WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER Experienced in my life!! I feel regret booking a rental car through them on express deal! I have used in the past to book airline and hotel bookings. I feel regretted for recommending my friend to book a rental car and wasted over $800. They have very absurd policy that don’t have an option to change the reservation, it’s total ripoff of the money. In addition, the customer service was very horrible and didn’t even care about customers concerns! PLEASE STAY AWAY !
Don’t book with Priceline. They abuse their elderly customers. The worst service ever! I booked a trip to Vegas, flight,rental car, hotel. The hotel which they rated 4.5 stars was reasonably clean, but definitely not worthy of more than 3 stars at most. And that was the best part of the experience. I planned my trip around having a rental car, which I paid for. But , nope. They refunded the money I spent, but still, no car meant that I was stranded in a barely adequate hotel. They ruined my trip
Whatever you do do not book a trip with Priceline! It’s BS! Find the hotel directly and make a reservation with the hotel! Priceline booked me a hotel an hour outside my requested itinerary! When I tried to get my money back or even simply change to a hotel slightly closer to my REQUESTED location, they told me there was nothing they could do! Shake my head off! Then I found out that the deal I thought I got wasn’t a deal at all. All the hotel directly was cheaper! Shame on you! Desperation!
Cannot turn off spam notifications There is no option in the app to turn off different types of notifications. So the app by default spams you with “special deal” coupons and other nonsense. I had to go into Android settings and manually disable all notifications from this app. Unacceptable from a professional level application.
