This is a useful app, and I’ve not had a v bad experience so far. The UI is fairly outdated though. There are two main problems. Region defining boxes are too many, leading to wastage of space. IE, there is simply not enough information being displayed on a single screen for serious usage. The second problem is that useful information is scattered around but not linked together. For eg, under the “peer comparison” section, the ranks shown should link to a full list of respective rankings.
1. The Stock watchlist system is horrible, confusing, and time-consuming. 2. US Stocks not showing up-to-date values while market is live. 3. No dedicated section to see and manage my wishlist products across all categories. 4. No option for Fingerprint unlock for my device running on Android 10.
I like your app , but if you make your make more compact with UI/ux, it will be the best 5 apps in India , support also some times lag .It will be Developer need to make a great UI/UX , also need to put dark mode for users. Make a easy interface for users. ALSO put biometric, every one cannot put password each time. Learn more UI/UX , this ui/ux is not enough.
Beware of this app.. 1. it changes and automatically allows the “screenshot and recording” settings/permission again and again. As soon as you close and reopen the app. 2. It reads sensitive data from your emails. 3. All your sensitive data might be at risk 4. They don’t allow biometric security as well. Only pin which they can read easily.
Upping my rating from 3 to 5 star. Been using this app for over a year now. There were lots of things even basic ones missing back then. You guys have done an amazing job though. Has more to offer now than I asked for. A few more improvements that I believe are important include making the price chart easier to analyse, move the Indian market investment experience into a different tab or option to keep ut hidden or something. It’s feels cluttery and something I’m not interested in.
This is a great app! Easy to use. I like the trading platform tutorials. No crypto. I like it so far. While moomoo at this point only trades on stocks and marketing, over the last few weeks and getting to know the app a bit better I like the layout and their charts. Also, i had to contact customer service a couple times and both times they were quick to respond and you can tell customer satisfaction is what they are striving for and service is 2nd to non. Oh, and level market data is awesome.
Stop loss option isn’t working At first I thought I was my mistake but after that I realized it isn’t working when I bought second share please fix this bug as fast as you can. Editing this comment it happened third time that stop loss didn’t worked. And what I’m feeling is the worst app i ever used.
In this app you can not withdraw your money smoothly. It has been two days and I am unable to withdraw my money. It says transaction failed due to technical error and when I reached to customer assistance they told we are working on it and it may take 24-48hrs to solve this. I suggest everyone to consider the app irregularities before using it. I also faced an issue of changing my trade order and they have not given me any details till now about it.
Really amazing app for process. For many months, the app said I am ineligible although I have excellent credit score. Recently I got a call from the customer care saying I am eligible. When I try, it’s getting stuck at the kyc step for no good reason. I tried some 100 times on various days across a month, but still it’s the same. And there is no customer care to contact, it’s all the more irritating. Slice was much better than this. The process was simpler and done in just a few minutes.
UI is amazing, support team takes some time but sort out all the issues. Because of this apps UI and features my interest in market investment increased. My go to trading app, I’m not sure of partner SBM bank but everything else works smoothly.
Issue open since last few months and every time new issue is getting merged with other issue and no solution. Latest reference is here . Issue raised as – I booked discussion with advisor twice but no update no contact,not sure then what does it mean to provide priority banker. It’s not good experience raising booking.. And in just hour got below revert of merging This is in reference to your query (1387782). It has been merged with another ticket. Rest be assured our team is working on it.
initially I thought this is a good application all at one place but recently I had a very bad experience where one of the stocks as soon as I bought it, the value showed as 0$ and then in couple of days it got delisted. I raised a ticket but not getting much help, the value fluctuated to actual value and 0$ when I bought it. I am assuming it’s a technical glitch. I wouldn’t suggest using this app
Only able to login first time, second time it shows total white screen with nothing written on it and the app stays still nothing works. I have to login and reinstall each time i want to open the app. very bad experience. I transferred all my savings and stocks to another stable app, wont be using this.
App is getting worse on each update. I have opted out of all communications, but I am getting 2-3 notifications daily. If i turn off notifications completely, app asks me to try on notifications everytime I open the app. It’s annoying. Also, unable to edit the loan. So many issues. App was better a year ago.
Earlier I used to like this app. I had all my bank accounts connected to track but now suddenly one of my account is removed and when trying to add it again it says no account in that bank. Very bad experience now.
INDMoney’s customer service is worse, completely unethical. I made a couple of trades today, and the amount should ideally be credited to my wallet, but it wasn’t. When I raised a ticket, the executive team called and shared incorrect information, stating that the amount would be credited on T+1 days, even though all my other trade amounts were successfully credited. Their customer service is even worse, and I do not recommend them. I am planning to withdraw my entire investment
1. No proper customer support and no way to raise ticket if we get struck with some problems. 2. App is not working recently, whenever I open the app i always gets blank white screen, i need to close and open multiple times. 3. My US funds got stuck for past 7 days and no proper way to track the current status and the technical team is clueless. 4. Poor technical support and eventually we will get frustrated and ask them to close the ticket.
They removed all my rewards that I earned. Anyway, after using the app for more than a year, I found it totally USELESS. Very bad and unintuitive UX. Can’t track investment correctly. Every time I have to refresh all accounts to know my actual wealth.
Very poor customer service… client can’t even call them..very poor responce for any issues..just want to cancel all my account…we can’t update the nominee..in the app..their help n support only give the ways to do it …but it never works. Raised a ticket but even after 14 days they can’t resolve it…
Best All in one finance App. This app is the only motivation for me to start investing and diversify my investments. I’m just loving it. Everyone must download and learn how many investments or diversifications you have for investments. So easy to track outside investments too. Hands off to the App Creator. It’s Awesome ❤️
Removing my old review, as wanted to highlight for other users as well. If you read data security section of the app it clearly mentions that your financial info is shared by 3rd parties. Not sure if you are all aware of this but this is the one of the main reason why you get targeted by scammer or get lot of spam calls. There are lot of other trust worthy apps to chose. Please be aware of this. I have already asked INDMoney to delete my data. You can do it too.
The best part is that you can trade on International stocks. Or even have the sip option. But the only problem is too little information on the companies. It’s good for just investment but very much lacks the critical financial details. Or even if you just wanna have research on some companies….. I would love the developer of this app to include some more details on financial terms. Which are critical
App has some good tracking & investment features but some of the other features are removed without any intimation. One of such features was goal setting. It was so helpful but was removed without any notice. Really disappointed.
Ind app is only syncing with Gmail earlier this was not the case not allowing other mail id option to sync. I was able to sync my upstox account easily not it’s not happening after updation. Similarly I’m not able to update mutual funds also. Will this gets sorted or I should switch to another app for international trading.
Created an account on this app on 2nd May 2023 and filled all the details. Got stuck at “Secure Your Account”. Tried contacting customer support multiple times but still no resolution as of 6th May 2023. Terrible terrible experience. Wonder what’ll happen once I invest my hard earned money through this app and face an issue? They just don’t do anything other than give those automated replies. Horrible experience. Edit :- Issue resolved on 10th May thanks to one sane customer care executive.
Helpful for investing. Has good detailed information about all stocks. Helpful for borrowing money in emergency too. Although one star less because the interest rates are still pretty damn high. But had a good experience with their follow up. Hence changing it to four stars from two.
It is a good idea but poorly managed. UI is too complex for a normal person to understand. Sync is difficult. Can’t add loans from scheduled banks. Cant add inhand cash. Can’t add physical gold. It should consider each asset a person holds
This Worest app i never seen this type of app, ind money technical support also very very very very very Worest team I never seen my life, kindly don’t install ind money. They will not help you be careful this and management also. I contact technical team from one month and still not solve the my technical problem.
Overall a good app but the support is bit poor. It does not matter how good your interface is if your customer support is so poor. It takes a lot of time to find a way to connect to someone related to any problem. For the past few months some of my tracking itself is disabled. For example EPF is not getting updated and it just says it will be enabled this month for past 3 months. What is the point of tracking app if some of the portfolios can’t be tracked easily.
Please dont download this app, they have made a easy system to take all your money but nothing you get out of it. its easy to lose your hard earned money to this people. Worst case scenario is they dont even have a proper system to check where our money is. Ridiculously they ask bank statement to check the money, which we have transferred to their system.
Initial stages this app look good but after using from long time I found that there is privacy issues with that app and found it not providing correct data and force to activate another services which i don’t want to continue with that app. So i recommend that it’s very bad app for users and now I want to close my account but there app not done this as not providing proper way to close the account. So i recommend that please don’t download and open your account with INDMONEY 🙏
One of the best app. With soo many options. Due to lot of tabs, the UI looks complex. Probably you should give an option to user to choose their favt home tab.
Very bad app, cannot complete KYC without headphones or by connecting Bluetooth headphones. Only people with wired headphones can do KYC and eventually use the app else waste of time. The is app exclusively made ONLY FOR PEOPLE WITH WIRED HEADPHONES. Others don’t waste your time
I liked this app and using this app now for more than 1 year. It is the great agreegator app which shows all assets and liabilities at one place. I would have liked to give 5 star to this app but I’m not giving it. The main reason for not giving 5 star rating is this app is literally forcing to open brokerage account. I cannot directly access my third party broker stocks, for that I have to do 3-5 more clicks and swipes. Same goes with MF.
Writing this review again as couldn’t edit 1st one. I’ve faced numerous issues on this app. The first time, 7000rs was missing from my portfolio. I had to keep following up every single day. It took a week to resolve. Then again I paid for one fund but another mutual fund got allotted instead. Today again 5000 was deducted for an SIP which I paused before the SIP date. After the first review, someone kept calling from the team to tell me to delete the review. I don’t recommend this app at all.
The features ind money provide no others app provide but all is temporary. Like sip on us stocks. I used it for long time but suddenly they stop the features.now recently mini save on sbm Bank pause sip and I have to switch on fi mini save.so all the features are good but all are temporary. No motivation for long term
Most disgusting app I ever seen. At the time of deposit money they will never tell you about what documents you need but after deposit they hold your money for specific documents. With out this at the time of withdrawal my experience is horrible, I am trying to withdraw my money for last three weeks but every time they are saying your withdrawal request is failed. Now what should I do I actually don’t know.
Changing my review from 1 star to 3.5 stars I guess. EPF tracking is live now. Although NPS tracking is still sketchy and not at all precise. The only issue that prevents me from giving 5 stars is since the moment I availed service to keep track of bank account balances, I am being spammed for personal loans, credit cards etc. I am sure indmoney has sold my contact details to some the third party.
It’s really wonderful because you learn how to invest your hard earned money in a systematic way and get profit as well. It’s difficult to manage in salary which we get once in a month so we should search safe place of multiple income and this is the right place. So hurry up. The app has authentication and approved by Govt. of India so don’t worry. A wise investement can lead you to huge benefit.
Need some basic features like sorting of our holding shares based on price,profit loss and other parameters similar as other investing apps. Also all the atocks in index like NYSE,NASDAQ,DJI are not there. Suggest you to use different platforms. UI/UX can be improved.
