Customer service doesn’t answer. Half of my order that I needed for dinner couldn’t be found. I substituted items 3 to 4 times and still didn’t receive. I have tried this service 3 times now. First time I didn’t even receive anything and never was refunded. Please, pick drivers that will actually look for what is requested. I also called the location to have an actual krogers employee check for the items that were not able to be found. They had everything in stock that was supposedly out?
Chat has never worked. Can send but not recieve. Use regular text messaging on phone. Only size of Frosted Flakes on app was small. Small not in stock had medium and large in stock, didn’t show them in app. Overall not bad.
Its says free delivery then they still charge you for delivery. Its the advertisement of showing me its free to choose this delivery method and then charge me!! I always tip too so im not selfish!!!!!
I did not want instacart. They take no care in choosing the correct items. I thought Kroger had their own delivery service. I’ll just have to use HEB in the future.
