The app itself is appealing and has a nice style and ease of use. However, the tracker function is beyond horrible. If it works at all, it does so with numerous glitches. It updates with glacial slowness. It frequently switches back and forth between statuses and often updates long after the particular function is already completed. Needs some serious help.

  2. Ordering is such a long, frustrating process if you’re interested in how much it’s going to cost you. No pricing until you order & then go to the cart to see it, plus coupons take forever to find which one is saving more money. Love the pizza tracker, skipping the line for pickup, ability to see & customize toppings. But it’s absolutely spoiled by lack of pricing information. Do I want to add extra cheese? I don’t know, how much is it going to cost me? Frustrating & unnecessarily convoluted.

  3. App allowed to request an in-store pickup when the store was only offering drive-thru pickup. I walked to the store to pickup the order, but when I arrived I had to walk in the drive-thru to pickup the order. It was not a safe scenario for a pedestrian. The tracker didn’t work at all either – the app just froze after ordering. I’ve also had multiple experiences with the app crashing while placing an order. This app needs work.

  4. Easy to use. No hassle, and no glitches. Edit(1/20/22): It does delay on the tracking sometimes, but everything else is still good. I REALLY hate that stores set a minimum dollar amount so your food can get delivered. I have to make the total amount $18 or more before it can get delivered. This is gonna put a damper on people that just want the desserts, etc and they can’t leave the house. Not to mention those on a budget. Also, I hav to put my password in EVERYTIME when I have to change address

  5. Sometimes the app is slow and makes me retype in information I’ve already saved and entered multiple times, but for the most part it gets the job done in the end. I just have to remain patient during the whole process. And keep updating my phone number everytime I use the app. It never saves the one I put in. That’s mainly it though. Overall I’d say it’s a pretty decent app but could use some fine tuning.

  6. Easy-to-navigate, add, and take away things. Wish they allowed you to pick any side sauces for any item while building/editing item. Instead have to navigate all the way back to menu page to find it at the bottom. Other than that great app and highly improved quality and not to mention all around flavor of pizza!!!!

App does not specify all details of the coupon selected. After I completed my order, THEN you see the total, and THEN I realized the coupon wasn’t applied. I started over and experimented with different options so I could see what the coupon actually covered. Also the App lost my info several times. Had to reenter. Would not link to PayPal for payment. Irritating. Im using this on an Android phone. The desktop app is much better.

  8. There were a couple of issues of course that going to be there on a new app I really rack that up to me and myself I was just used to the other app! I think this will be much easier in the future because of the way it rolls back to the homepage once you have saved your item. I would recommend this app to anyone!! I’m a single disabled veteran who eats from Domino’s two to three times a week! And drop off this post they have fixed the bugs with the app and all my issues are solved thank you

  9. Ray Rudd dice:

Well-designed app. Quick and functional. I had to play with my order go keep the pizza I wanted as the free pizza. It wanted to maximimize the cost. Another day — Again, the app wanted to change which pizzas were using a coupon to nearly double my order cost! I had to put the otder in three times, in different sequences to get the correct price.

  10. Update: 1/29/23 No more PayPal. Ugh. I guess that’s one way to fix it. 3 stars. ——— The app works fine for getting your order together. It has some issues on my phone with PayPal, I have to open up my browser to pay with PayPal I can’t use whatever browser the app is using, it just gets into a loop. If that was fixed it would be a perfect app. Pizza is awesome too!

  11. The Dominos app is so easy to navigate through. Everything is clearly labeled, and the coupons are great. I also like getting points toward future orders and that I can save any order to order again next time. Did I mention how awesome the XL Brooklyn style pizza is? Oh, and customer service is always friendly and fast. Rock on Dominos!!

  12. I like this app it’s easy to order pizza but there’s no real rewards if you can’t redeem the free pizza. I have a few free pizza’s I can’t redeem them. When you use the coupon it wants a verification code to check out and it never comes. I have verified my email and number it’s all correct and customer service doesn’t help. So far as the rewards go this app sucks but it super convenient to place orders.

  13. The app is great and easy to use, but please! put the prices on items added to your toppings!! And when you offer any toppings you want and then charge for them, that’s just not right!! Items you want to order should show prices BEFORE you order, I’d like to choose what I’m paying for, before having to edit and remove items that are already overpriced, when I go to the shopping cart.

  14. Love this app! I can never get through on the phone with our local Dominos. This makes it easy to place an order and see when its ready. You can also see your previous orders and reorder. Just be sure to use the coupons provided in the app or it will be pricey. And keep in mind that you can only use one coupon per order. Lastly, I love that I’m earning free pizza regularly and it’s easy to redeem on here!

  15. This app does not save unused portions of gift cards. If you don’t but the total gift card amount you lose the remainder. The app requires specific sequences. I must choose coupon first. You can’t add after the pizza is defined. Login is not where expected, newly downloaded app jumps past it. Guys people change devices. No place for baking instructions like it used to.

  16. There are good deals on combo orders. They are priced very well. But when it comes time to check out… it’s more expensive then it seems was advertised. There are additional charges for EVERY LITTLE THING! I like ordering in the app, I just wish the price they advertise wasn’t $10-$12 bucks more at check out. I’ve cancelled multiple orders, and ate elsewhere because of the increase in cost at check out verse the advertised “deal” price. This makes it no cheaper then any other pizza joint.

  17. The App works pretty well. I can’t say that the driver tracking is always super accurate, but it doesn’t cause that big of a problem. I also kind of wish you got more pizza points depending on the size of your order. When I spend $50 on my orders regularly, but only get 10 points each, the free medium pizza tends to not feel a very comparable reward.

  18. STILL NEVER CONNECTS. I like the easy reorder feature. but I don’t like not being able to even open the app because it thinks I’m not connected to a network. if I’m not connected to a network, how could I be posting this right now, when I happen to be starving and on my way to a location that’s ten minutes away, where I wanted to pick up my food when I arrived. can’t do that if the damn app thinks my connection doesn’t exist, when it clearly does

  19. Dave Lane dice:

The app is great. Ordering is super easy, and the delivery is typically always on time. In the instance where it is late, I’ve received automatic credits for a free pizza to make up for it and without even having to communicate the issue. My local Domino’s is awesome and the delivery drivers just as much! I’m really happy with the app and the service. Highly recommended!

  20. The app is fine for ordering and all… but the tracker seems to keep restarting itself, like going back to being put in the oven after it says it was on its way.. Also tends to show the driver is in Africa sometimes even though I’m in the USA. Finally… there are times it says my order was delivered, but I wait about 5min and than the driver shows up. So tracking wise.. its buggy.. but it always works for ordering the food correctly.

  21. If you hit back too many times, it clears out your order. If you try to replace a coupon with another, because the 20% off one that Domino’s gave you for when they took 2.5 hours to complete your last order actual increased the price, it gets in a loop asking are you sure you want to replace the coupon. I ended up having to clear out the order and add everything back.

  22. i love being able to order easily like this but it feels like it takes a lot longer to be sent out of the store than when you go in person and order–i dont mind it too much, i know they probably prioritize in person orders rather than delivery, but it can get a little annoying when it takes 40min longer to get here than it would to drive. Sometimes no one cam take me or it’s late, & i can’t drive by myself yet!

  23. I have to sign in every time I use the app. I have to choose the store every time, too. My carryout tip wasn’t saved on my account. After preparing my order, I backed out to find my tip code to add it – & had to completely start the order over! Then, after preparing the order again, online checkout wasn’t available! Maybe it will begin to work again after the coupon’s expired. I updated the app & it did the same thing. At the store they weren’t helpful either. Don’t waste your time.

  24. The app is relatively easy to use. The main reason for 3 stars is that it doesn’t tell you how much toppings and other things cost. It just gives a total at the end. It also supposedly was giving me $3 off but there was no indication of it or anyway for me to check if the final total was with or without a coupon

  25. Ryan Kuhn dice:

easy to choose, glitches on payment. I like the menu and coupon interface. It’s easy to use and intuitive. Unfortunately the orders can take 3-4 tries before they are accepted. At least the cart is saved so it’s just mildly annoying.

  26. Was four stars, but a couple issues brought it down. First, it has asked me to rate the app every single time I buy a pizza even though I’ve already done that(through the click-through. Also it doesn’t reflect the change in price on parmesan and peppers which led to a glitch when I tried to order them.

  27. I saw two prices in the description for a promo via the app. I called the store to inquire, and I was told, yes, the price went up. That was disappointing. Why wouldn’t you just change the price instead of leaving both prices listed on the promo? And the promo had just come through my texts today, so it was brand new. I wasted a lot of time trying to figure out if I had inadvertently added something to my order that took the price beyond the promo price. I was not happy about that.

  28. Always awesome, ordering online, service, food, delivery personnel are on point 100%! Easy online ordering! The only yhing that troubles me is the tipping section. It wont allow me to customize my tip. The empty field for custom tipping, wont allow me to type in my preference. This has been an ongoing issue that needs fixed.. pronto!

  29. Works okay but has issue when submitting orders, either cancel the order or at least it looks like it cancelled the order… Which is basically the most important part of the entire process which of course is the one part that’s messed up. By a billion dollar a year company. For several years. Literally forcing me pretty much to go to other places, with easier online menu process

  30. Love the app and how easy it is to order. Only 2 complaints: 1st- is I wish when your using coupons it tells you what type of crust will be more expensive or if you accidently choose more than 2 toppings on a pizza that it will cost more before you add it. I have had to redo my order several times due to not realizing I’m choosing the wrong thing.2nd- why rated 4 stars wish you earned 1 point per dollar you spend (like everywhere else). We would order more if that was the case and rate 5 stars.

  31. Haven’t had no problems with the app so far, it works well. Out of all the times I’ve ordered pizza on this app I think there was one time I can think of where the tracking didn’t work properly. Otherwise it’s worked fine so far. Sometimes the PayPal feature doesn’t want to work so I have to restart the app, it usually works afterwards though

  32. I find this app easy to use. The deals are easy to find, the ordering process is simple and easy. You can save your quick orders for future ease… I think the only criticism that I have is that despite changing my name repeatedly in the app, it doesn’t save to my account. I got married almost 7 years ago and the app still won’t save my new married last name lol. Minor annoyance, however, because it doesn’t really matter, it’s just a preference.

  33. App is easy and pretty smooth. It would be nice if it had option to be able to mix two different types of sauces, i.e. alfredo and tomato sauce yum! Also it’s odd that I can open ap, make my order including check out using any of my credit cards or PayPal no problem. But if I want to save my order as an easy order I have to find an old password I haven’t used in forever (bc you don’t log in to make order) which is impossible. So reset password, my favorite! Weee!

  34. Every time I use the in-store coupon or the $3 tip it’s never accepted. It says there’s always an error when I went to the store to verify and show him the picture of my screen. They said they couldn’t do anything about it so I don’t know if it’s a scam but it sure is this enchanting when you have a coupon that you offer and you can’t use it… And there are way too many ads and add-ons, I own a restaurant in Cincinnati,.. and my staff is required to ask for an upgrade of certain things but not

  35. Usually better than calling the store for speed of order & tracking is a great feature. App needs serious UI/UX work though. E. G. “Coupons” are almost meaningless. Certain toppings/crust options cost more & they DO say this in the mice-type, but WHICH ones are apparently top-secret. 🤫 Short of generating your own spreadsheet of all possible combinations, you’ll never have a clue why order prices don’t match coupon prices. 🤔

  36. James dice:

This has to be one of the most terrible apps I have ever had the displeasure of using. It barely functions/always has an error message upon launching the app, and I never get to see what is going on with the tracker. I essentially have to guess if my pizza is almost arriving or not. For a multi billion dollar company, you would figure they could afford to design an app that is practical and works.

  37. It’s frustrating when my address is 5 minutes away and it tells me I’m not in the delivery area. So I have to call the store and change it to delivery, which means I can’t pay online because there is a delivery fee. But wait, there’s more. If it is over $50, I can’t order through app because you have to pay to secure your order (see step 1). So I try then to pay with PayPal and the link just refreshes to the same page every time you hit the PayPal checkout option. 🙄🤷‍♀️

  38. This is an awesome app. It gives you free pizzas once you order enough on your account. It’s never slow or glitchy. And you can pay with cash upon delivery instead of adding all your credit card info. Truly a God send. Always takes me less than 15 minutes to order my food. And it can take even less than that because it let’s you add your main order, and your main address so you can click on both those things every time you need too order on the ready.

  39. Apps great but could use some UX improvements. 1. I would like an option to not have to put my pizza profile password in everytime, my phone has its own security 2. Checkout doesn’t show you the delivery address on the confirmation screen. It should because… 3. If you mess up an order there’s no cancel or edit button in the app. I had to get the number from the email confirmation and call the store to tell them I messed up the address.

  40. I do like how you can navigate through your order and how you’ll have it made. It’s very easy. Also I love the rewards system. The only down side is sometimes the app will just pick a domino’s near by to place that when you sisnt want it to be there, that can create confusion. But other than that I like this app.
