I have a oaidsubscription and cannot get into my account. I reset my password and reinstalled the app. I don’t know what happened because it was fine until I did an update. I got a code and a link that doesn’t work. After about an hour, I get in but have to download all my music again. REALLY FRUSTRATING! I do appreciate the prompt customer support though some of the artist/songs I downloaded are no longer able to be downloaded. Frustration overload, just canceled.
Great app with a wide & diverse selection, but as a Premium user, they are some real basic features that are real oversights. Not being able to edit the order of songs in my own playlists is kind of ridiculous. There is also no way to see if a song is already in your playlist, so you end up with duplicates. The changing of album covers has recently been annoying as well (that one is less egregious). If these were fixed, I wouldn’t have much to complain about.
About everything regarding your app is fine. It’s even fairly easy to navigate once you get used to it. But the shuffle feature on the play button does not work at all. When I want to shuffle my songs and not play them all in line, I press the little shuffle icon on the play button and nothing happens. I’ve seen other people complain about the same thing and ask advice on how to work the thing. Fix the shuffle button, please. That’s annoying.
Let me port over all my music from spotify with tune my music for free! The app does have lag issues while music plays if you’re trying to navigate other places/select a different song it takes a few seconds to respond. Most frustrating for me tho is when you’re editing a playlist and moving new songs around, once you’ve scrolled away and cant see the new song in the new order, it looks like it resets(if you save it’s in the place you put it) which can be confusing Otherwise great!
