Had a free version that had quite a bit before I had to factory reset my phone due to issues it was giving me. Went to find the free one again but it wasn’t there. Figured since I loved the free one, I’d try out the full version. Has lots more than the other but still great as ever. The set-up is wonderful and easy to use. Definitely worth spending the money to have an app like this to use.
I love the way the lighting model changes on the moon, like the acutal shadows in my telescope…. but I want to zoom up the moon and see its craters, which I can do with two fingers, but its really hard to keep the phase to ‘now’, it wants to drift …. I’d like to see a time control which has a locked on ‘now’ option, along with letting you go forwards or backwards to any time, and display the moon phase at that time. like, if this display algorithm was combined with LunarMap HD and its crater labeling, I’d be really really happy!!!! as it is, this app is a $2 toy.
A very interesting and useful app especially while fishing or hunting. As of 12/20/2019 – I am really enjoying this app. It has been a great help with planning for my fishing and hunting excursions and events because certain fish and animals come out during different phases of the moon. Tracking and trailing in the wild successfully by using the GPS on my phone makes everything come together well.
Excellent app., I had it for years and used it as my background for some time. In the countryside helps to know how much light we can expect at night and the veracity of some country wisdoms i.e. the full moon brings cold weather and frost. I am not aware that this app generated much unwanted advertising or that it collects data from my phone more than any other app does. I have no idea how it makes money.
DON’T BUY IF YOU WANT SUPPORT As you do not get it. Look for a different App-. A beautiful App- but the zodiac information is very confusing. I have tried it to give me what it is on my next birthday & get a totally different sign. Have contacted the programmer for a small bit of advice on whether star signs are different to moon🌙🌒. signs But never had a reply even after trying at least twice.
Great app, although would be nice if there would be a something like a countdown until the full-moon or the moon stage, when it’s happening. Its good without it, but would always be better if something like that would be there. If it’s somewhere in the app, maybe I should find it somewhere in it. Otherwise I recommend it.
Perfect graphic representation of moon phases, estimated dates of all phases, associated astrological aspects & timings included. Nice graphics. All for a low fee and the constant tracking for ads also disappears. No loss of functionality when upgrading from free version. Flawless.
The only thing I would suggest is once you set options, you could go back to the original screen. I have to use the back button on my phone to get back to the previous screen. I found that a bit irritating once I figured that would work. Sept 8, 2019 I still can’t believe you haven’t figured out a done button that would take you back. I got into a screen showing me moon in relation to my location and could not get out of it. I had to close the whole app and start over. I didn’t return for a few d
Been a PRO customer for years now. 1 of the few apps I always download when I get a new phone. The moon widget was the reason why I choose this app. I use the live background and haven’t came across any major issues, Just a small lag when my phone battery is low. Other than that, no crashes or major lags where I would have to turn of the live background, unlike other apps. I would like to see more of them! Also moon eclipse would be nice & if the moon can fade into different shades gray/red. Thx
One of my favorite apps. I bought the full version. I love astronomy. Wish you could take up the banner and do other galaxy bodies as well. No one seems to be able to master the art you’ve put into this app with planets or the like. Well made, interactive, informative, easily accessed, and fun. Thanks for a great widget
Helpful when you go straight to the app for information, but I downloaded the app specifically for the purpose of a live background and there seems to be absolutely no option nor instructions to do so. Should have just stuck with the free version with the widget instead of wasting my money.
I think a few things could be fixed or added but this is a killer app if you want to know the moon phase and position. Its hands down the best one i found but i dont look for days i find o e that does what i want and i buy it if you want to know about the moon and dont own this for 2 bucks then i feel for you. This is seriously awesome i love the touch screen interaction it may have it and i didnt find it but a place to make notes or take pics I love the subtle space time addition😍
the best part of this app is it includes a wallpaper that is the moon in its current phase and the stars are subtly moving in the background. AND there is a home screen widget that’s just the moon in the current phase and I love it for lots more reasons but I’m too tired to keep typing
Extremely informative and easy to use. I use the moon phases a lot for camping and gardening. It’s great that you can scan ahead so easily to see the next full moon or whatever is coming up.
Love this app. Informative and clear, beautiful imagery. Was super thrilled I could have it in my notifications, but after the last update it disappeared. Hoping I can get it back! I love always knowing where and when the moon is moving! 💗
Forced to allow access for no good reason. I used the live screen for home and one day it disappeared. When I was restoring things it absolutely forced me to allow it access to “stuff” I was unsure if I should have done so. When I did not like the additions that were done I uninstalled it.
Ok… once I figured out that I needed to allow more permissions on my phone, now this app works great!!!! “Loved this app, but the live wallpaper won’t work with my new Samsung 10 +. at least I can’t figure what I’m doing wrong.”
I love this app and have managed to set it as the wallpaper on my phone. However the moving background makes me feel nauseous. I managed to turn it off in the actual app but it still shows now that I’ve set it as my wallpaper. Help! Mandi Bosworth
I got the paid version so I could have the live wall paper that I had free on my old phone. After paying for the “pro” version… the live wallpaper didn’t come with it like advertised. Edit: I was contacted by the app publisher/creator and was shown how you get my wall paper back. I am now completely satisfied and happy with the app!
pro option is definitely the way to go. Only I’ve lost the atlas. When I had it last, it was in Spanish? First couple years it was in English. Other than that I use it all the time and it makes great wallpaper.
The best moon phase app on the market, I use it every day, its invaluable. Bite the bullet and pay for the Pro version and get rid of those pesky intrusive ads once and for all.
This app is easy to use, and the visuals are great. I like being able to easily scroll back or forwards in time to check past and future moon phases.
The moon tonight in Wellington NZ is illuminating at the lower left 7 o’clock quadrant… but the app moon is illuminating at the upper left quadrant 11 o’clock… it is correctly set to southern hemisphere…. pretty misleading.. incorrect
It would be nice if the What’s New wasn’t at least a year old, with most of the “new” stuff 3-4 years old. I like the idea of the 3-D moon app, but I do not want it as wallpaper. Is there a way to get the other features without the wallpaper?
I paid for this app and when I changed my mobile phone recently the app doesn’t work properly. Can’t update, can’t get help. Pretty rubbish after sale service.
This app is so cool!!! I love how the widget on my homescreen changes in real time and the features in the app itself are awesome! I haven’t had any glitches and it works how it should! A++
Love this app. I schedule my vacation time, painting, and events etc according to a full moon as it usually rains the week of a full moon. Also plant flowers veggies, trees, shrubs, grass at a full moon due to the greatest possibility of rain.

Well worth the payment. I just wish the moon locator map was a little easier to navigate, other than that outstanding.
Great app which I’ve had on several phones over the years. Only thing I’ve noticed on the Huawei P20 Pro is live wallpaper is hiding. Could be a permissions issue but I can’t see any option to fix that if so
Great app except the side of the crescent on the moon widget is the opposite to real life and it is bothersome. Otherwise perfection.
when I bought this app I didn’t know it would constantly keep asking for my location. …I can’t get rid of the two red exclamations at the top…it’s already set for my hemisphere, that’s all it needs to know.
I love having the moon phase widget, but it will randomly stop updating unless I restart my phone. Not sure why, wish this issue could get fixed.
Using for a few years. Better before when you could set to auto rotate. Now it often shows as wrong date….
I use it every day and it is always awesome. I like that it not only includes the phase but the signs the moon is in. my only wish would be a listing of when the moon is void-of-course (not in a sign)
Perfection, this app is not only free but it works perfectly. I love to change the Moon to my date of birth or my parents date of birth or any other day in history to see what it was doing that day.
I need an app like this to be able to get the exact phases of the moon 🌙, I love being able to follow these phases so I am able to understand the working of working with every phase of the moon, the lunar compass is able to supply a wide variety of information on every day life.

Nice app. I got paid version, but it is annoyng that I can’t set my location instead of let it use GPS function. Please introduce such option!
I LOVE the idea of this app but… the best feature of the app th notifications no longer work. Even have them set but it has not been working for awhile.
