Coupon Cabin is great for receiving cash back, for finding coupons, and finding sales for the store you are shopping. You can also find new stores, stores you didn’t know about, by searching for an item on the main page. This app does as advertised, and does it well. One critique: the timer. You can, of course, reactivate it, but after 15 minutes or so, the app deactivates your cash back. You have to click on the small (very small) box on the right side of your screen to reactivate.
I absolutely love this app and would highly recommend it to anyone that asks (which I do)! I’ve received nearly $1000 cashback since I started using CouponCabin about five years ago. I have it installed as a plug-in with my browser so i don’t even have to search for deals anymore. They just pop up! Plus customer service is great. It’s rare that I have an issue, like cash back not applying when it should, but they are super responsive and very helpful! UPDATE: I’ve past the $1000 mark in cashback and I’m still loving it!
The coupons are a cool little find when you look at that price tag and think your eyes got too big for your wallet. The cash back is the chlencher though. A coupling app that give you money back is normal for a credit or debit card, but not only are you helping me save money when I purchase something but now you’re giving me money back later just for being a member on your app? That’s what’s up. Honestly could use a little more of a wider variety of stores and types of stores. Just sayin’.
Very good for receiving cash back from participating merchants. Cash back amounts are similar to and competitive with other cash back apps such as Rakuten. The little extra from CC is the bonus cash back you get after making a certain number of purchases. It’s minimal, but adds up. The bonus is on the cash back you receive, not the purchase price which is a bit deceiving. As others have stated, I have never been able to get any of the $100 bonuses no matter how many times I’ve tried. As a basic cash back program for online shopping it’s fine. I suggest choosing a low threshold for receiving the cash back. Then you receive it much sooner. I get Amazon credit with my cash back so it’s a nice feature.
