The APP and website are buggy and unstable. Often Error 505 when trying to log in. If you change your password it takes way too long for it to hit all of the tables. The search engine needs work. When searching on APP it doesn’t show all items and you must invoke “View all results”.. why?? Just list them like you do on the website. APP and Website a bit better than it used to be but still too many crashes, failed sign in attempts, too many bugs. Tedious to use. Needs work.
Not bad overall – not having issues at all. Sounds minor, but after you sign in, you have to repeat the process to load digital coupons.
It doesn’t work. I tried customer service, it goes to instacart. I went to terms and policy to find a number, they try to sell you a 100 dollar visa card, you stay on till they hang up on you, call again, and get another number for customer service. I was doing this for 2 hours. Horrible. That’s putting mildly. It giving us the run around. You should be sued.
I can’t load the ecoupons to my account. The screen has a blank pop up screen and doesn’t go away. I had to use the browser to load them. So it’s pointless to have the app.
No prices listed. I do not buy if I do not see the price. I downloaded the app and when opened it I attempted to shop. However, no prices were list on the items. I cannot give screen shots because I removed the app from my phone.
Forever to load. And when you get to check out, the staff have to use something manually for me to get the sales that are online. Only reason I still have it is because of the workers are willing to go thru w sales.
I don’t know what the problem is with this but it will not let you log in with your credentials, I can use the website and log in no issues, download the app go to login and it keeps telling me wrong password, nonsense
You can’t pull your card up in the app, you need to re sign into the app to look at setting and why do I need special characters vin my password this app is not signing me into my checking or 401k. My option this app sucks. I tried to change my password 3 times and never got the link.
I have some problems with the app loading. It just said “Something went wrong on the server side”! I’ll update my review after it fixes but I literally just downloaded the app and signed up for it too.
not a good app would not let me use my Yahoo email l had to put in gmail and it would not let me use my name l had to use a nickname and had a hard time making a password had to get some one to help me and then when they help me with a password had trouble uploading a coupon because it kept saying invalid entry so took the app off my phone l really wanted because l shop at priceright but no thanks if l got to go throw all that for a app bye
I shouldn’t have to give out personal information just to download coupons. Anything else PriceRite has to offer is of no interest to me. It would be nice to not have to jump hoops.
Nice to see what’s in store, but it won’t navigate to the page to create an account, so no coupons, no making a list… 😔
Cannot allow me to load digital coupons or compose a shopping list! Love the prices bit if I cannot load the digital coupons I might rethink shopping there going forward

Useless app. In the weekly ad country style pork ribs are listed $1.29 a pound. Search it in the app zero. You can search pork ribs, country pork ribs or just pork. Zero comes up in search
I’m not able to download the app it just keeps saying pending something is going on with downloading never had a problem with downloading an app
The app is not working nor your website. Cant log in, load coupons look at the flyer nothing. Please fix this.

Cannot load digital coupons. Freezes up.
Only useful for verifying your enrollment so the cashier can deduct your coupons manually.
