Fantastic app that is easy to use and has an incredibly easy to navigate layout. One big frustration with this app is that there is no way to stream video from my phone to my TV like with other video app out there. I don’t want to have to be staring at my phone at all times when watching Washington journal, for example. It would allow me and other viewers to freedom to navigate and watch segments much easier.

While all channels are displayed on the “listen” tab, only C-Span radio (cspan 1) is operational. all others require a cable subscription. Don’t reply that this isn’t the case, there isn’t a workaround to “listen only” for these other channels. The original app has this but the notifications are not operational.

I’m glad to see an app, which has the potential to provide a much better user experience. But for now at least on my phone the website has far more functionality, like searching thru the transcripts for specific phrases to find the exact clip I’m interested in. I hope that sort of thing gets added to the app.

Doesn’t support listening with the screen off/locked or app in background/floating video. Doesn’t track last video watched or progress effectively. Not sure what this app is meant to improve, but it doesn’t offer additional utility. Is it basically spyware?
