Hey!! I have noticed that it’s not always necessary to have to watch an ad to continue if u get stuck. I play ‘draw 3’, so yes, it’s challenging. I love that about it. BUT, when it pops up that I need a free card by watching an ad to continue…. When in fact I don’t need to, makes me feel like this game is shady or cheating.
Been playing for a year – love the simplicity while still incorporating goals that aren’t too difficult to hit. Only recommendation would be an option to turn off the tutorials or an auto off after a certain level since all the events run the same. Every couple days when the puzzle resets I have to sit through the explanation on how it works. Would love an option to by pass these since I’ve played literally hundreds of them.
While the game is colorful, fun, and only difficult if you take up the challenge modes, the thing that keeps the game from being 5 stars is the intrusive and incessant ads that appear after you clear every single game. It’s perfectly fine to have ads that give you something like coins or speed up the dragon’s egg hatching when you ask for it, not when you finish completing a hand of solitaire.
This is just meh. I dislike the ads, mostly because I can get ad-free solitaire elsewhere. The only contest I’m interested in is getting new dragons. Instead, you have to wait for a bunch of stuff you picked up between each game (after waiting on the ad.) They’re also unbalanced with the stinginess of the coins per egg available. It seems like if you put a dragon in the wrong terrarium, it’s stuck there, so it’s harder to get attached. The dragons are the only reason to choose this solitaire.
I won’t lie, lots of ads but you get usually get coins for watching. I love solitaire games as it keeps my hands busy (ADHD) and this one has the benefit of getting cute dragons! They don’t do anything and contrary to the ad that got me, you don’t have to save them. What bugs me is there’s no way to log in and save your progress, so when my phone randomly deleted apps, I lost all my coins and rare holiday dragons! Other than that, it’s a decent game.
For those looking for solitaire with a “little more” … Beware: there are forced ads at the end of each game, but they get stuck 50% of the time and don’t give the rewards for completing a game. And the rewards aren’t much. It either gets stuck on a black screen or the x is stuck over the previous screen, either way forcing you to restart the game and losing ay rewards you might have gained. I don’t bother with gems/coins/dragons/whatever and just play the solitaire.
Stingy with the coins. The dragon cost goes up and up as you increase in levels, but the coin payout stays the same no matter how fast I finish a level and how little moves it takes. The higher in level I go, the longer I have to play to get a dragon, unless I want to buy coins repeatedly. Which, I guess, is the point. No thank you, that’s boring and I don’t have the money to give incessantly.
The cute dragons liven up the game! Once you get them, your dragons are flying/walking/performing while you play. On the home screen only, you can tap on them while flying to fly faster or tap on them while they’re walking to perform. They have a ton of different dragons and different habitats that you can work on getting. And there’s really only one time there is a mandatory ad, after you finish a game (no actual game interruption!) You can view ads for more coins etc to get more dragons 🙂
Not bad, but the mini games seem to cut off abruptly before you even figure it out, and getting long X3 click ads after every game kinda turns me off from doing any of the ad options to get additional prizes. Screen is filled with money offers to get ahead, when that could easily be put in a little side menu. Game has potential, but does overheat my phone like no other..
You’re forced to watch an ad after every round you play. You want to get dragons faster? Watch another ad. Don’t feel like playing the round anymore? Ad plays just for backing out. Then after the ads play, the animations for all the event currency you got that round lock you out of being able to press any buttons until their animations are done, and there are a LOT of them when there’s 3-4 events going on at the same time. Love the concept of this game, hate the execution of the app.
Way too many ads. I really am enjoying the game. It is easy and I like the cute dragons but an ad plays every time you end a game, have to restart a game and to get some free items. They play way too often. Sadly I will be deleting the app because I see ads more then I do play time. So 2 stars because of that.
The game is fun and I enjoy the playful dragons. However, you need coins to buy decorations and dragons. Even after getting the ad free version; to get the coins you need you must click on play ads. You get 3-5 times more coins by watching the ads. Plus, if you listen to audiobooks while you play, when it transitions screens it shuts off my audiobooks. Very disappointing.
Ads that will not close and game freezes up every time you try to close out the ads, this game is unplayable. I updated hoping the issues were resolved but it seems the same if not worse than before the update. The few times I was able to play it was enjoyable but those were few and far between. 1 star only because that’s the lowest rate available. There is absolutely no way this game has an average 4.5 stars the developers are liars and should be kicked from the play store imo
Way too many ads. I have yet to play any of the games where we’re to save the dragons. It’s all just games to acquire eggs. Could be fun just for the solitaire, but the frequency of ads is too much. It looks like this complaint is a frequent one, but the designers have not done anything about it; therefore, I’ll be uninstalling this game.
Uninstalling since all my progress is gone. They have no way to link or create an account to save your progess so I don’t recommend spending too much time or ANY money on it. It sucks when you’re almost level 300, have unlocked a bunch of ‘habitats’ (including the special holiday ones), have hatched a ton of dragons, then get a new phone and lose all your progress. I contacted support once before to see if they could load my progress on the backend with the info from my old phone and they can’t.
I truly love this game. The new mini games are fun and you get lots of adorable new dragons. My only complaint is the habitats fill up so quickly because you can only have 20 dragons per habitat. Please make them bigger or give us the ability to buy more room. New habitats don’t come quickly enough and I’ve lost dragons, which is upsetting. I do truly love the game.
Don’t waste your time, the ads that are shown is nothing but click bait. It’s a subpar solitaire game with far too many ads. There is an ad pretty much after every single thing you do, it’s frustrating enough that it’s nothing like they portrayed it in the ad, it’s also obnoxiously over run with ads. 😂🤣😂 They look forward to my continued support? I deleted the game and have told me friends and family not to waste their time with it.
It is fun, but I get frustrated when it constantly makes me do something. Don’t want to check the treasure hunt? To bad you have to. Would rather look at the holiday games later because you want to hatch an egg instead? You don’t have a choice. Outside of the beginning tutorial there shouldn’t be any mandatory way to enjoy the game.
One of my favorite games. Not too many ads compared to other games on here. The solitaire game itself is easy. It’s a challenge to keep buying the dragon eggs, which I like. When it gets too difficult, I uninstall the game and start over. This is my 4th reboot. I have even spent money on this game before.
I really love this game but i keep getting kicked out when i watch ads and lose everything i did for it. I also get kicked in the middle of games now. I dont want to uninstall it but if it doesnt get fixed i just might have to. .. Please if you can fix it so it stops freezing and kicking me .. Thank you .. Now 1/17/23 your ads are just kicking me out of the game there is no point in keep trying to play if you dont get anywhere
I like this game. It’s a fun time waster. However, I wish it were possible to sell dragons. I’ve gotten several duplicates and would like to sell one and get more coins. Also, it’s annoying when the game turns my music off. How can I stop that? Those would be a great future updates. I’ll change to five stars when those become available.
It’s a fun game to play, but each “habitat” has a limit for how many dragons can be in it. Once all your habitats are full, you can’t hatch any more eggs until the developers release new habitats. It has been a long time since any have been released despite updates with activities to get new dragons. It’s become more frustrating than fun.
Cute art style and easy to pick up, but it frequently freezes in the middle of ads, and that means you have no choice but to close the app and lose ALL of your rewards. If it ever plays the ad at all that is. Also the witch’s wand tends to be very unhelpful.
I do love getting the dragons, However not being able to chose which habitat I put it in is frustrating. I do not mind watching videos as that makes money for them . Every time I finish a hand, the same ole advertisment taking up my time, if i want the bonus , same ole videos again. If i get blocked on the game i have to watch videos to complete the hand or lose progress and start over. I am all advertised out. I never get the puzzle dragon. The duplicate pieces turn to coins is no fun.
One of my favorites to relax with or pass time. That said – coin acquisition to dragon egg costs is pretty vastly skewed, I’m to the point where all the eggs are unlocked and and leveling doesn’t give anything but taking forever to buy all the eggs unlocked. Also has no option to restore purchases (like no ads) or to back up/save your progress, which with limited events and dragons to earn is a huge oversight. If something happens and you have to reinstall, all you’ve done or earned is lost.
The game itself is enjoyable and I don’t mind the ads to get extra stuff. I don’t like the million ads in between games and the prize wheel. It’s too much. Since the last update, the game keeps closing out right in the middle of playing or watching an ad for something extra. We also don’t get enough coins per win for what the cost is for eggs.
SO.MANY.ADS. Before, during & after you play a round & also just randomly. 70 seconds or longer! And you can’t close or skip them. I get why there are ads but this amount sucks the fun out & kills your battery while it’s at it. Now the ads crash the game completely & you lose all credit. Plus the round and daily rewards are so minimal. There’s just not enough incentive to keep it. It could be a great game but it needs a major overhaul. For now it’s just a waste of time filled with frustration.
The game itself is just standard solitaire. The dragons are cute. My 2 star rating is because it’s infected with ads. Ads open when you don’t touch anything. They reopen when you hit the closing x. They return when making any move at all. It’s impossible to play with this bug. (Yes, I updated. Yes, I restarted my phone. No, this isn’t an issue with other games.)
Was cute at first. But there are so many ads, there needs to be an option for a one-time purchase of No More Ads. Play enough and you’ll eventually start getting 60 second ads after every game. That’s ridiculous. And if you close the app to skip the ad? You don’t get your reward for completing the game. And only getting 10 coins per game is a spit in the face. Give more coins based on better time/points at the end of each game. And NO 60 second ads!
Not quite like the ad that got me to download the game. Also, the commercials are getting really tedious. Finish a hand, commercial; spin for a small amount of coins, commercial; do anything, commercial. I’m deleting. The long term quest rewards aren’t obtainable (for me) with having to watch an ad between every game and the puzzle pieces drop has too many duplicates. So tedious. Not fun.
This game is terrible. I have never seen a game with so many ads. There is an ad after EVERY SINGLE DEAL. Win, replay or quit the hand and bam, there’s the ad. You have no option. The ads aren’t short either. If you want to double your coins when you win, you have to watch a second ad. I’m only at level 11 and have seen enough ads to make me remove this game. Problem is, it might actually be a cute little solitaire game if it wasn’t for all the ads. I can’t really tell though.
I really like the game but there are way too many ads. Every time you do something in the game it’s followed by an ad. Some ads are broken. I have to hit 3 x”s to get out of the ad. You say you’re going to fix it but you never do. You give every review like mine the exact same canned answer. Lowering my rating from a 3 to a 2. If you don’t fix the issues my rating goes lower and I stop playing the game!!!
This game is very cute, but riddled with ads!!! As others have noted, you end up spending at least HALF of the time you are in game watching ads!!! I wish they had the option to pay a few dollars for ad-free, I looked and looked and never found it!! Why not offer us the choice?? You would get a lot more players if you did!! But constantly being forced to watch ads is not my idea of a good time!! Too bad …
It’s alright for solitaire. Why it gets 2 stars. The ads are ridiculous in this game. They’re very long, eats up a lot of my data and they’re annoying because they randomly pop up and interrupt the gameplay. It takes longer to watch the ad than it does to play an actual game of solitaire. They make the ads play through past 30 seconds which I thought was illegal by that law they passed. I wouldn’t bother downloading and playing it. It’s about to be uninstalled from my phone.
I like the game and in my opinion the ads are not too bad. However they are WAY too cheap with the rewards. For example, you progress by purchasing dragons, and where I am right now one costs about 500 coins. I just finished the reward for completing all three challenges per day for the entire month of September, and my reward was 30 coins. What a rip-off. I don’t know why anyone would even bother. In the future I surely won’t waste my time.
I don’t normally give reviews because I understand that devs need ad revenue to succeed, and I never want to be ungrateful for free apps. HOWEVER this app has some of the worst ad interruptions I have seen. I keep getting a Facebook banner ad that breaks the game and requires a restart which cancels my hand. I just kept restarting albeit frustrated, but I just got a 15 second ad that immediately added a 30 second ad after, and when I got back I got the Facebook banner ad.
Very relaxing/relieving of stress! However, I rate this 4/5⭐, because the game was not able to connect to the internet (only happened today; let me explain further). I tried to fix the issue with common solutions that I knew. First, I cleared the cache; did not work. Second, I tried restarting my phone; did not work. Finally, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. That last common solution only made things worse… I lost my progress..! They don’t have a restore option, but I spent money there!
It’s not exactly as advertised and that is always annoying. Worse still, as you collect dragons this slows game play down. It is ok for solitaire, but it also is fairly easy as it automatically moves cards where they can go if double tapped. Easy to not pay attention and just click to finish.
Bugged. A card got stuck half off the screen when I pulled it a bit too far and became impossible to win after that since the card was untouchable. The two buttons at the top became unusable as well so could not access settings. The only option left was to basically give up and lose. I have a screenshot and a recording of this as well.
I wish there was a “no ads” version, because I would pay for that just to avoid the insipid Royal Match ads. I also wish there was more variety in the solitaire games because there are so many out there. Cute artwork but I would spend actual money to avoid ads (except for a monthly fee basis-I love games but not that much). Otherwise, good job to the team.
