I’ve been playing this game for years. People say finding the same items in the same scenes is repetitive, but I like challenging myself for speed. Also, the cases are interesting. I like having the option to watch an ad for extra energy/coins, or for extra spins on the wheel. Operative word being OPTION. Now it plays ads after nearly every crime scene. Way too many ads now, it’s pretty annoying. I’ve changed my rating from 4 stars to 2. I’ll change it back if they go back to how it was before..
Love this game! It’s a little bit easier in the beginning. The clues are easy to find and put together and they do a good job of adding several suspects to keep it interesting. As with every game they’re always looking for payment which I find particularly annoying! But if you can be patient and wait it out, there are ways to earn lives and the items needed to continue forward. Like the ads don’t just randomly pop up if you choose to watch then they earn you what’s needed to play without pay!
Way too many ads. I also purchased a pizza boost that was supposed to permanently increase your max energy, but when I discontinued the weekly charge, the max energy went back to what it originally was. And as I said, the number of ads has now increased to the point that they’ve become quite annoying and I just stop the game after the second, or third one plays… I’m waiting to see if this changes, but it probably won’t and I’ll just delete the app. ☹️
It’s fun but everything takes forever if you don’t pay your way. Need a star for just about everything and the only way to get them is revisiting crime scenes over and over and over. And 2-3 hour cool downs or wait times for stuff is a bit excessive. Also, WAY too many ads that are repetitive or can’t exit at the end without pop-up play store or website.
