The app is nice and all but my issue is that the corrections don’t save. I’ll be writing a paper, stop return to it and the corrections aren’t saved. The app keeps telling me to correct errors I already used the app to correct. Overall I think I may just be better without it. Don’t waste your time with this app. Because the free version of it is no different than using the correction feature on google docs. At least on that it saves the corrections and is also free.
I really like Grammarly but it seems like the more I type a sentence, or the longer my message is, the bogged down the app seems to get. The keyboard will start lagging and it will periodically hold all of the keys I’ve typed in limbo for a few seconds before fi ally figuring itself out. It’s weird and very distuptive. However, it does work very well as a tool to check what was written and how to properly fix whatever minor or major grammar issues you night not know you even have.
Loaded last update alot better in swipe tying still not enough to use. My view, but better! Downloaded the updates, still bad swipe over and over but never right, compared to others.. I wish they would get this I would use, until they do I can’t use.. Great for spelling, but you can’t swipe words, even typing they are not accurate, never gets it right, swipe is a total waste. I will come back if you can correct this. I had to retype every word at least 3 times. In this post!
Good grammar checker, not a good keyboard. Halves my typing speed and has autocorrect that butchers entire sentences. It is way too aggressive on its autocorrecting. It should be suggesting more than correcting. I am a fast typer, so maybe slow typers don’t have this issue but it is still an issue I have. Edit: I can’t seem to access the link in the dev reply, putting it into a browser just searches instead of going to the site.
