I use this app every day. Things were generally fine, but recently the notification area will not clear. Whenever I clear the notifications, then refresh the app, they all come back. It’s been days since this started, and the notifications start to pile up, making it hard to respond to my viewers. If it continues to be a problem, I will have to rely exclusively on the web app instead of my phone, which is not my preference.
I tried emailing the developer, it said that email address is no longer being monitored. Had no problems with YouTube studio app up until about a week and a half ago, am unable at present to clear my notifications, whether I swipe or hit clear all up in the top right of the application, they disappear the minute I go back in the notifications they all reappear. I really don’t want to have to use my computer every time I need to do something on YouTube studio. Please fix it.
App is very good, but notifications won’t clear like other people have said. I love all the analytics and how easy it is to access them, but I do not like the notifications at all. They were working fine but now all the sudden they don’t go away after I read them, dismiss them, or even delete all notifications. Other people have mentioned this too and it’s very annoying. Please fix this bug asap.
I clearly told the app to schedule a video to a later date, because I had not yet finished preparing the video. The app confirmed the changed date, and proceeded to post the video at the original date anyway. I could not think of an application more worthy of one-star, than one that could simply not do what you asked it to do. Thanks, for nothing.
