    Literally took me 20 mins to place an order because the app constantly freezes or crashes. That, and it will keep loading forever forcing you to close it out and start all over again. This is even after updating. I’m using a fold 3. I also find it odd that you can’t order combo meals and only dinner meals. If I want a drink it has to be separate yet the store itself sells combo meals… it’s 2022 and yet this app is such a pain. Other restaurants apps are far more streamlined.

    You’re better off taking your business to another place. We downloaded the app to order for seemingly good deals but it turns out there’s no way to check out with card information for pick up. So we had to go to the physical store. None of the deals on the app were available in-person including the meals. We were giving “similar” or “replacements” only to be charged way more for way less food. Unless the app is fixed (and the website cause we tried that too) don’t believe meals or deals.

    Offers are sent but dont work. Pricing on menu’s are only available after you select each individual items. Glitchy and honestly active deterrent to eating at Popeyes. Although i love the chicken sandwich. I have sent a message to support about the functionality issues. However, I am not sure where you would like feedback on the poor usability of the app. The design of the GUI should be consumer minded. Prices should be associated with menu options…..not displayed after items are ordered. People consider prices while they order.

    I like how easy the app is to use, the convenience of using it, and the app-only special offers.. not to mention reward points! What I don’t like about the app is that it doesn’t allow customization of my order, ie. I can’t order chicken by the piece or select my prefered pieces with my meal. Likewise, sandwiches offer little customization, and drinks only allow size selection, but no ice preference (none, light, regular, or extra) or 50/50 sweet/unsweet iced tea. Email to app support sent.
