Descripción

The DuckDuckGo app provides the most comprehensive online privacy protection with the push of a button. With one free download, you get an everyday private Internet browser that offers seamless protection while you search and browse, and access to tracking protection for emails you receive and apps you use. Many of these protections are not offered in most popular web browsers by default.

FEATURE HIGHLIGHTS
Search Privately by Default DuckDuckGo Private Search comes built-in, so you can easily search the web without being tracked.

Block Tracking Cookies While Browsing Prevent most 3rd-party Internet cookies from tracking you as you browse online.

Escape Website Trackers Before They Load Automatically stop most hidden trackers (3rd-party scripts) from loading, which prevents companies from collecting and using any personal data from these trackers. Stay secure with our cutting-edge tracker-blocking technology – 3rd-Party Tracker Loading Protection, which goes above and beyond what you get in most popular web browsers by default.

Automatically Enforce Encryption
Force many sites you visit to automatically use an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, which helps shield your data from Wi-Fi snoopers and network onlookers like your Internet provider.

Block Email Trackers (Beta)
Over 85% of emails sent to Duck Addresses (@duck.com) contain trackers that can detect when you’ve opened a message, where you were when you opened it, and what device you were using. Email Protection makes it easy to block most email trackers and hide your existing address when signing up for things online, all without switching email providers.

Protect Your Privacy in Other Apps (Beta)
Block most hidden app trackers in other apps day or night, and prevent third-party companies from invading your privacy with App Tracking Protection. This feature uses a VPN connection, but is not a VPN. It works locally on your device and does not collect personal data.

Escape Fingerprinting
Help stop companies from creating a unique identifier for you by blocking their attempts to combine specific information about your web browser and device settings.

Block Tracking Cookies
Prevent most third-party cookies from tracking you as you browse online from website to website.

We feature many protections not available on most Internet browsers (even incognito browsers), including protection from link tracking, Google AMP tracking, and more.

EVERYDAY PRIVACY CONTROLS
Tap Fire Button, Burn Data
Clear your tabs and browsing data fast with our Fire Button.

Signal Your Privacy Preference with Global Privacy Control (GPC)
Built in to our app, GPC intends to help you express your opt-out rights automatically by telling websites not to sell or share your personal information. Whether it can be used to enforce your legal rights (for example, current or future CCPA, GDPR requirements) depends on the laws in your jurisdiction.

Note about our 3rd-Party Tracker Loading Protection following DuckDuckGo ad clicks: Our 3rd-Party Tracker Protection goes above and beyond what you get in most popular browsers by default, but we’re constantly working to make it more comprehensive. Currently, if an advertiser wants to detect conversions on their own website for our private DuckDuckGo search ads, our 3rd-Party Tracker Loading Protection will not stop bat.bing.com requests from loading on the advertiser’s website following DuckDuckGo ad clicks, but those requests are stopped in all other contexts. This is because DuckDuckGo private search advertising is in partnership with Microsoft. As part of that partnership, viewing ads on DuckDuckGo is anonymous and Microsoft has committed to not profile our users’ ad clicks.

I have not been using the app for very long, but I do like it so far. I like how the past searches , history goes up in “Flames”. lol I have one suggestion: When you first pull up the app for a search, the X to clear the search box often disappears too quickly. So you have to back space to bring it up again. Kinda annoying. Also, sometimes it will bring up a page of pictures of the topic you are searching instead of the info. Other than that..I like the app.

  2. The app closed because it has a bug. I love DDGo, but I can’t run it on my Samsung Galaxy Tablet. It states that the app has a bug and requests that I clear the cache. I’ve done that of course, I have uninstalled and re-installed. It shows the “Let’s do this…” screen, but as soon as the browser opens up, it closes down. Any help here is most appreciated. I’m not in the beta program either. Thanks! I uninstalled updates to Play Store, rebooted, and re-installed the updates and it works now!

  3. Lea Emil dice:

I really like this browser, but I can’t copy from the address bar, which means I can’t share links to anything. I tried searching to see if it was some kind of privacy feature you could turn off (mobile Incognito mode on Chrome does the same) and couldn’t find it. It’s a feature I need, unfortunately, so unless there’s a fix I can’t keep using this browser.

  4. I discovered duckduckgo a few years ago. It is my default search engine. If I get hacked, I like it that there will zero “history” to look for and it’s so easy to remember to clear all data with the icon there that’s so easy to see. Love it! I can’t think of any improvements that need to be made off the top of my head, but seeing something periodically would be encouraging. Either way, I’ll stick around.

  5. My new favorite browser! I’ve been a chrome user for years. I was looking for a browser with privacy. This ended up being better than I expected. I tried Opera first and didn’t really like it. I even paid the extra for operas full VPN and was left dissatisfied. Then came across DuckDuckGo. Wow I am completely impressed!! I didn’t have to spend a dime and this browser has way more bells and whistles than other browsers for free!! I also use their filtered email service, also free. Love it!!

  6. Exceptional protections, fully functioning browser, alright search results. I love that I’m not being tracked, the lack of ubiquitous ads, and the fact that it actually loads every single page I’ve been to correctly (not gonna call anyone out. You know who you are.) Search results with DDG are not quite as good as using Google, but for most searches, it’s acceptable.

  7. Love the idea of blocking app trackers. And it worked great for the first few months that I had it installed. No problems. Then with the most recent update, it causes problems with many apps and I keep disabling the tracker blocking on individual apps but more pop up. Finally it was causing problems across the board so I had to disable the whole feature. I realize it is in beta. I do hope they get it worked out quickly. Love the rest of the attempts in this app to protect privacy.

  8. This is a a very cool app. It’s the first place I go now for browsing and you can FEEL the difference. You feel un-pressured, secure and At ease. And if you don’t like something… Just blow it up! I’m a three month user of the app now, and I have only good to remark about it. Has never let me down, absolutely no technical issues, no ads, very responsive, fast..FAST. And, as before, if you want to trash something quickly and effecietly, you merely press one button and it’s GONE! Thanks!

  9. I like the privacy and far less tracking. The app is cool. However the search is not that good especially if your input info has to be rather unclear. It doesn’t really partner with my phone so I have to stop and do more then I should manually. It’s a positive thing but not really practical from a time management stand point.

  10. I enjoy the privacy. I am a very curious person and when i go to research so ething that may be unsavory to others, i feel more comfortable to do it on this browser. No one can track me and my phone doesn’t start showing ads on other apps for what I’ve looked at. It’s a touch of security and privacy we should all recieve when browsing the world wide web.

  11. This used to be a good app until lately. Now it’s constantly popping up as if I had logged in and pulling up an assortment of things I would never have looked at. It interrupted my email and you tube by shrinking my screen and pulling up sights. This needs to stop immediately or I’m getting rid of it. I no longer trust it at all.

  12. C.F. J. dice:

For where it’s at in development it’s already become my go to browser. I’d like to see be able to write up an email and come back to it later without having to save it as a draft. I’ve tried the fire buttoned before leaving the window and that didn’t work either. Eithery way, still great and a vpn that takes me a good distance away.

  13. Abby dice:

DuckDuckGo is simple and easy to use. According to it, it blocks many many trackers, and I would agree with most of it because my activity doesn’t seem to be showing up on other sites’ adverts. I believe it does report info to Microsoft, but am not positive . The only issue is that it is occasionally does not work well with sites I have to (I think more the site requirements than a browser issue?) sign into. For general browsing it is great!

  14. Jax Ayesa dice:

It’s a great app, I only have two complaints. Whenever you try to reorganize or even just scroll through your bookmarks the app crashes. Every time, with no exceptions and it happens on both of the bookmark pages(the one in a new tab and the one on the sidebar.) My second complaint is that I wish you could pin tabs, sometimes I want to clear all the tabs except a few and it’s annoying that you have to do it manually if you don’t want to close the few tabs that you actually want to keep open too.

  15. Straighforward, easy to use, and I don’t get unwanted ads from trackers. I really like having my favorite website shortcuts appear on the homescreen as icons. And the only negative experience I’ve had was when it updated, on one occasion, I lost all my favorites and had to reload them. An annoyance, but it only happened once. So I’m very happy overall.

  16. Solid enough of a program, i have been using it for over a year now and i like it. Though for whatever reason I have been having issues with the Nintendo websites. When I go to load anything on the page, to veiw product, it will just keep trying to load the page with nothing showing up. This goes for all the sites Nintendo uses. Not sure if it is an issue with cache or what. Just thought I would report an issue to see if it iant the browser causing it.

  17. TimothyDG dice:

The app is easy to navigate and blocks a lot of different trackers. The ads do not clutter the screen yet leave enough room for your eyes to lock on to stuff you might like. I see only two downsides, one being it doesn’t block all trackers which is nearly impossible to do anyways, and occasionally the screen within the tab will go black without any known way to recover without exiting the tab, a note though you can still interact with the tab with the black screen as if nothing was wrong.

  18. Diamond dice:

Since the update, I have noticed the app is allowing ads to show through some websites. It was surprising to me since the app has done a great job not allowing ads. I guess things are changing? Other than that, the app is great and easily to use. It also filter out your searches. Which means, for example, of you’re use to searching on Google chrome, this app does not show the exact same results. It take some adjusting to of you’re use to seeing anything and everything. Safe or not.

  19. I’ve used this app for a good couple years at least and, like so many other users, was initially impressed. HOWEVER within the last year, I’ve slowly noticed changes in how the app works. My search results are coming up as not even closely related to what I entered. I used to have great success with searches…not anymore. Some results are tailored to my specific location, so apparently they DO track you. Refresh is WAY too sensitive. Will be looking for a better alternative.

  20. I’m enjoying the app. The ability to backup bookmarks and transfer to another device is a plus. Some other private browsers won’t do this unless you sign on. I do wish there was an option to turn off the initial popups manually, instead of waiting for the feature to expire on its own. The popups block my favorites on the home page until they stop popping up.

  21. Chris S dice:

Love that it eliminates the annoying ads. This helps websites load much faster and greatly reduces the data usage when not on wifi. However, it needs a few more controls. Being used to various browsers over the last 3 decades, a “back” button is standard and missing from this on the tablet version. Perhaps a full control bar is in order.

  22. I love everything about this app on principle, but it’s been increasingly slow over the years. I’ve had it on multiple phones and other mobile devices, so it’s not just a single device issue, and reinstalling does not resolve the issue. Not sure what’s going on behind the scenes but I hate having to use other browsers with increasing frequency because pages don’t load (even the main duckduckgo search page).

  23. As a dedicated user of DuckDuckGo for several years, i was glad to see this browser exist. After using it exclusively for a week, it is fast, unobtrusive, and friendly, all the while making me feel safer. There are some small tweaks I am mulling over, but i have not been tempted to go back even once. Nov 2022 update: the addition of App Tracking makes this an absolutely indispensable tool.

  24. I love everything about this browser. However, I have been having some issues with calls, texts, and voicemail going through. The tech support at Samsung led me to believe it COULD be because I’m using a “third party” browser. (That my phone is programmed to work best with another “particular” browser, that I’ll never use again.) I don’t know if there’s any merit to that, but thought it might be worth mentioning. Otherwise, I love DDG and will continue using it! ❤️

  25. This browser doesn’t keep you “safe” or “private.” I have used this app for a couple of years. Two problems: 1. The keyboard sometimes doesn’t appear when you click on the search bar. 2. This app fails big time at “protecting you” simply because it doesn’t have a dedicated ad blocker integrated with it like other private search browsers. Youtube ads pop up everytime, certain websites automatically redirect you to unusual websites, It doesn’t obscure your IP address, the list goes on and on.

  26. Chris dice:

App Tracking Protection is the greatest thing since sliced bread. I really hope it lasts. The only thing is that duckduckgo has disappointing search results which omit things like firearms. I always find myself just cutting and pasting the search terms in google out of frustration which totally defeats the purpose of tracking protection.

  27. painful dice:

I prefer this over Google and Bing… Pretty much works the same just it doesn’t let other companies track you (They really don’t!! I didn’t really buy it at first but it shows you what it blocked). My only complaint is that when you click on an image it doesn’t show you the rest of the image title like Google does… forcing you to have to go to the website the image is on to see the full title. 🦆🦆🦆

  28. I have had lots and lots of problems with Chrome for past few years. Search was very slow and not relevant, among other things. I switched to DuckDuckGo yesterday and I am pleasantly surprised. Search is relevant, faster and app was easy for me to navigate. The app tracker feature seems to be working and has blocked over 12,000 tracking attempts in last hour. Not sure if that is excessive, or how to rectify but if app keeps working I will never go back to Chrome.

  29. Best and most comprehensive privacy browser ever (period). Using the BETA app tracking blocking feature. Had some initial issues in the early days with tracking activity so high that it disabled the protection. Now it works like a champ! Regular tracking attempts in excess of 200K per day (from one major music app) that are ALL blocked. Tracking so high makes me question whether I should be using the app in the first place. Long time fan and user. Please keep up the awesome development.

  30. I can definitely say it does what it says. For the short period I’ve used it, encounterd no issues with incorporating it as my default browser. However, noticed websites came up slightly different or at times less than searching with google. Overall 4 because of that. No regrets downloading. App also provides VPN & it’s all free. Permissions to access other apps can be granted at your discretion a plus. I intend to continue using it until it remains simple & user friendly as the present version.

  31. T D dice:

I have been a long time DuckDuckGo user. I never have any problems and very much appreciate the level of privacy that the app gives. The app having no advertisements is great too! It is very easy and convenient to add both favorites and bookmarks. I also enjoy the options to personalize the icon with various colors etc. Thank you very much to the developers; keep up the great work! This is an excellent app!👍

  32. The only thing I would say could be improved is that with ddg, when you use the talk-to-type function for things like searches or the address box, you say what you are searching for, then hit the back arrow, then select from the drop-down list. If the mic automatically closed after 2-3 seconds, it would be worth that 5th star.

  33. I have something really necessary to show you. It’s DuckDuckGo, the browser that’s kind of hard to use because it’s for privacy. The app description does match the app experience. However, because of the technical characteristics of my fingers – namely that they are clumsy and fat – I can’t use this with Reddit. Whether this is or is not the right browser for you depends on your ideas on free speech. Also by necessity it’s too hard to use the clipboard with the app.

  34. D N dice:

Several sites no longer work right with recent updates like fireproofing not working. I wish there was a way to disable the privacy shield animation- it serves no purpose and constantly triggers everytime a page refreshes. Gets distracting and annoying after a while. On top of that they have a new duckduckgo survey popup ad that keeps appearing. I will delete this app if I see that stupid thing again, this browser is supposed to block popups not generste them!

  35. September 15, 2022 What a great app!! I have issues with hackers, and this is a hard one for them to crack. It’s not perfect, but going through the dark web and Tor is difficult .I’ll keep using this app till someone comes up with something better, but I have my doubts that anyone will. After reading other reviews, I noticed many issues that may be hacker/ user error related. This is a very stable app, I keep it in secret mode always. Thank you Duckduckgo! 698 found this review helpful

  36. So far the browsing experience and the VPN are both mostly headache free. I lose my internet connection every couple days, but I assume this sort of beta bug will get worked out eventually. Edit: I did find one bug where my autofill program (1Password) is receiving the incorrect URL from the browser. If I have Amazon open in the first tab, and Google open in the second tab, trying to autofill in Google will report that I’m autofilling for Amazon. More of an inconvenience for safety though.

  37. And easy to use app, which is very helpful and feeling safe surfing the internet. Though my server search engines seem to combat each other and want to take over my phone with ads, so I get frequent interruptions due to this. When I’m searching for something it does create a great delay at times. Overall I’d recommend this app..

  38. Robin dice:

Best Browser Ever! I have been using Duck Duck Go for several months. I am beyond pleased with the results. I cannot believe how many fewer junk emails I now receive. Also, I love the fact that I am continually updated on the numbers of tracking apps that have been blocked and which sources they originated. It has truly exceeded my expectations – bugs and all. After using Chrome and Edge, I’ll choose this browser every time! Thank you for providing this wonderful service!

  39. Overall it’s everything it claims. Particularly like the browser. The email function is a bit confusing, but understand that I have recently purchased a new phone, as my Boxer boy, Mayhem decided to crush it and play keep away. New phone has a bit of a learning curve, therefore I expect the use of all these features will become second nature in due time

  40. Amazing to see how many apps track you! So far on galaxy tab s6 lite, all is working well with tracking protection turned on. One limitation is the VPN approach which means any other apps such as adguard whole network ad blocking cannot run simultaneously with duck duck go tracking protection, which seems like an android limitation. But the app and add blocking work well and it’s great to have the ability to block so much tracking that’s going on all the time from almost all major apps.

  41. This app has changed it all for me, especially for social media. I don’t see ads targeting things I was looking up online, it stops background trackers, and has an easy cache clear. I have seen a few compatibility issues, but that is to be expected with sites that rely on various tracking mechanisms that DDG blocks. It’s a 10/10. Better than Cats!

  42. Extremely slow to load pages IF it even will load a page. Happens frequently, page will hang. Second time I’ve tried this app. It’s just plain slow. So again, deleting the app. Would be nice if it didn’t lag. Maybe something to do with CSS. Sometimes I’ll see the page fully load for 1/4 of a second then totally change as if some of the CSS was dumped. Idk. Like the privacy with DDG, just don’t want to sit for a minute for a page to load, IF it even will. No way to delete cookies or cached pages.

  43. Very reliable and blocks a lot of pop ups but I’ve noticed it can be slightly harder to look things up. For example my wife and I just had our 1st kid and they required us to watch a YouTube video on the epidural. I literally had the name of the video in the search bar letter for letter and never found it. When I switched over to Google it was the 1st thing that came up. But for everyday searching it’s done a good job and I still recommend it. I know they’re gonna keep making it better in time

  44. Improved browsing experience with fast load times since tracking scripts are automatically removed. I love how the app has a nice mini introduction to the privacy features that are being applied but then seamlessly transitions to a crisp, clean browsing experience. I have now made this my default mobile browser and will not be switching back.

  45. This browser “ROCKS” ! I just started using “DuckDuckGo” just about a month ago and now I’m paying more attention towards the security of my smartphones. Impeccable! Web browser hands down. But then again, Chrome has a lot of security features too which doesn’t let you know, (I guess by default), that it’s blocking malicious links and other goodies from loading while you’re surfing the web. You’ve gotta enable notifications in Chrome to see what Chrome is protecting your device from. Mucho Bueno

  46. Enjoying this app. Much more intuitive controls for deleting browsing history and general “housekeeping.” It would be nice, though probably difficult, to create an diwnloadable add on for the individual device that could offer the option to securely store passwords for frequently visited websites. As well as deleting of updating that some information. If reasonably priced, I would buy it as an extension of the app. This is a small nit to pick, however.

  47. Most pages work well enough. Some features are out of sync with the desktop version. Namely, I can’t find the settings for enabling embedded Twitter. I’m also annoyed that I can’t find how to disable the recently added news feed. They shouldn’t be tracking me well enough to give me news recommendations in the first place. Might be time to look for a new browser.

  48. Pretty new to using it as my go-to server, but so far, really liking it. Have used it as my search engine for years. It’s been a minute. I’m very happy with it. I notice that Facebook is less appealing to me because I access it from my browser, and FB seems to hate that. So it makes things clunkier. If I’m really motivated to see what they’re denying me access to, I open it through my old browser. But mostly, I use it less. Win-win! More security, less time spent mindlessly.

  49. Arman P dice:

No pop-up blocker is the biggest killer with this app, it should disable opening of new pages/tabs/pop-ups by default. Especially the ones that claim I have malware on my phone; the pop-up itself being malware of course. The other annoying thing is if the app goes to sleep on a site and you relaunch the app, it forgets the previous pages you were on. This results in the back button going to a blank page. It should be a setting I can turn off.

  50. No One dice:

I’ve used this app for a few years, and I would rate 5 stars if it weren’t for the download client. It’s ridiculously slow downloading at 1mb per sec or less on wifi. Waiting an hour and a half for a 1gb file to download is acceptable for 2023. That’s only if it downloads because it fails most of the time. Otherwise, it does as advertised as far as security is concerned. If they fix the download client, I will change my rating to 5 for sure.

  51. First off, not a bot. Just to clear any suspicions. Though, I wonder if pointing it out causes more suspicion? Dunno. Anyways, It’s a wonderful browser that I’ve had no issues with, none whatsoever. It always works as intended, and the built-in adblocker is great. It’s fast, free, and takes up less space and RAM than Google Chrome. To the developers of this app, thank you! I wish I could name some of you at the top of my head, but I haven’t memorized nor seen any of your names. Have a good day!

  52. I just started using this browser and I love it but I’ve noticed that different files get downloaded into different places, pictures go into one folder, videos in another completely different folder, and everything else who knows where. Is it possible to add a way to choose download paths for pictures, videos, zip, and other files?

  53. A great relief that they are not intrusive at all. Very easy to delete anything you want without having to go through multiple clicks like Google. I will be deleting it off Google Play where it picks up intrusive actions and go through it’s URL. A little trouble but goes a very long way in not having Big Brother breathing down your neck. Don’t have Ai “thinking for you with all those suggestions.

  54. Works fine as a browser, but I have one suggestion. Can you add an option to where when you select one of your bookmarks, it just goes to that URL instead of opening up a whole new tab? Kind of annoying to have to constantly close tabs when I’m hopping around on bookmarks that I frequently use. Otherwise, everything’s good. ^_^

  55. Have been using DDG since it became available for androids and absolutely love it. It shows just how many apps have actually been tracking! However, when I updated the app 2 days ago from the “play store” it stopped blocking. When I use the internet via DDG as my default browser, it says that it’s disabled so I tap on the message but then it show green which means that it’s working. Yet when I attempt to access the internet, it shows red mssg meaning not working. So what’s going on???

  56. I’ve been using this app for quite awhile now. It’s a great app for many reasons, blocking trackers is just to much! But here lately I feel these tracker cats are fooling us ! Whenever I surprisingly jump to the toggle switch page,I catch the toggle just turning on and pages are flashing fast to the right ,what is causing this?!malicious software?! Or a couple of company guys have figured out a back door. Please let me know what you find .thanks

  57. Edit: Nope, still doesn’t work. Touching the three dots still opens the bookmark itself. Mostly great, but…there’s a glitch in the Android mobile app that doesn’t let you delete bookmarks. Tapping the three little dots opens the bookmark itself instead of a menu of choices of what to do with the bookmark. A minor nit, to be sure, but when you no longer need bookmarks you need to be able to delete them or the list rapidly become unwieldy. Fixing that would net a solid five star rating!

  58. Dawn B dice:

It does block what it can but I find certain features do not work under Duckduckgo. At times Videos from news stations I like, won’t play from my FB notification list. When I tap on it nothing loads. Go to the FB app and it loads. That defeats the purpose of using the Duck. Probably a FB app thing but took some swear word invention and experimenting before I figured it out. On the computer… I can’t seem to save pages without going over to the default computer installed search engine apps.

  59. Incredible! Saw a pop-up for this on YouTube. So sick of every time I do a search getting the same targeted ads on chrome. I’ve had this on my phone for 10 minutes and I am so happy I can’t believe the difference! Went to the worst pop up sights of my favorite bookmarks and it was cleaned up. I’m so happy! I got the web back!! Update. It’s 2023 and still the best.

  60. A Alger dice:

The only thing that could make this browser better is f Google would loosen it’s intrusive controls. It has been my favorite browser for years and I find search results are more intuitive, helpful, and I thought all the unnecessary ads and distractions common to Google. I love the added tracing protection. They do their best to offer some protection for you and without asking anything in return. How many organizations can you say that about? 10 stars for Duck Duck!

  61. E Sea dice:

Used this browser for years without any issues. I even looked the other way when they announced search results would be marginally filtered. But this latest update is pure garbage; I can’t get a single page to load. I hope everyone that was involved with this update is never able to walk more than 20 paces without gravel somehow popping up in their shoes. 0/10

  62. M (Slim) dice:

As far as I can tell this is the best Free Search Engine Available for added security measures. I really like the fact that you get regular reports of tracking attempts and seeing that it’s actually working + which apps are doing it. Would be great if it had a version of maps, still gotta use Google maps till then I guess. Thanks duckduckgo, keep up the good work & don’t sell out ha!

  63. In version 5.146.0 there is a major problem. You do a search, select a result and open a link in the browser. You are attempting to read the article by scrolling down. Then all of a sudden the page scrolls down all on it’s own. You have to constantly scroll back up to where you were originally. This did not occur on previous versions and needs to be fixed.

  64. ☹ The DuckDuckGo app seemed good at first, but after using it a few days it’s apparent it is extremely BUGGY. Multiple detailed reports submitted yet, AFTER MONTHS now, no response… So many web pages just won’t work; FEEDBACK REPORTS IGNORED; The app crashes multiple times per day; Audio streams repeatedly stop only minutes to seconds after initiating the play/’playback’; It’s useless for things such as audio, …and other things; I’ve had to return to using other browsers for certain things.

  65. Can cause issues with other apps. My phone wouldn’t access the internet. I couldn’t access my bank account, news apps, music apps, etc. This was after I enabled the tracking software within Duckduckgo. I uninstalled Duckduckgo and immediately everything started working again. I have since reinstalled it, partly to see if the issue returns.
