  1. The app that detects facial palette has been changed. The original one was able to at least get close. With the update, however, it cannot detect my eye color but gives me skin color results instead (my eyes are blue-green). Something went wrong here with an otherwise fun and decent little app. Please change it back!

  2. I paid for this and the only difference between paying $10.99 and nothing is a few squares of colors that I could have found online after determining my season. Seems disingenuous to charge people for a premium product & only deliver a few squares that can look varied depending on the source your using to view them from. I definitely would not recommend paying $10.99 for the upgrade. That is utterly insulting.

  3. I question the color selection of various seasonal palettes. As a certified PCA I would agree with about 50-60% of them, but not the rest. The features are definitely cool and unique. I keep getting an “unsupported camera” error code when trying to scan a color. Changed settings in the app giving permission to access my camera – didn’t help. Looks like more work and bug fixes need to be done here. FYI – I paid for the app.

  4. Love the idea of having a customizable palette. BUT… it won’t allow me to log into FB, so the custom palette I just spent so much time on can’t be imported. (And it will be deleted in 7 days.) Nor, apparently, can I create a custom palette directly in the app. Pretty frustrated with the usability problems.

  5. Needs a usability expert to improve the user interface. It implies it’s good to find a colour palette suitable to you, but even the Help doesn’t describe how it knows what I look like (it’s probably there somewhere, but I couldn’t find it). A proper interface starts with the person, then the season, then colours – this seems to be backwards.

  6. I saw this on tiktok, and was excited to try it. I did the website photo analysis and got classic autumn. When I went to the app classic autumn wasn’t a choice, and I wasn’t going to create a pallet. The app is good in theory, but they might not have your options.

  7. Nothing works on this app. I can’t select my colour palette. All I get to see, no matter what I click on, is the colour pallette for warm autumn…which I am not. Also, I’m not seeing any place to upload a photo. Must be with the paid version, which is $14.95. Given that the free version won’t work at all, I am not willing to dish out anything for an upgrade. Edit: I live in Canada and I assure you that the upgrade is $14.95. Edit#2: I have upgraded my review due to great service.

  8. It’s super duper great! But the lipstick, jewelry and eyeshadow has a clothing texture rather than their own. So I hope in the further update, they can have their own textures as well so it would make shopping way easier. Overall, it’s an awesome app! I’m loving it! 💕

  9. I found myself needing help figuring whether colors were in my palette based on what they looked like on real clothes. I bought the premium to get deep autumn and compare the color swatches to images I could take of actual clothing, and so far I like the app! I do wish the color picker would tell you explicitly whether the color you’ve picked has warm, cool, or neutral undertones. That would eliminate my doubts about whether or not a color was right for me.

  10. I had trouble with this app. I wanted to love it, but based on the pictures it kept telling me I was one season that I was confident was not correct based on my research. When I scanned clothes, it told me many things were charcoal that were olive or other shades even in clear light. Perhaps it is only as good as the camera on your phone and mine is not great, bit I didn’t find this app helpful.

  11. I tried this a few times with different pictures (varying brightness/quality) and each time it gave me the same result! So I feel like that means it’s accurate, no matter what picture you use.

  12. Excited About Update! The additional info of colors that compliments your base colors. There is info that tells you your base lip color, and jewelry. I’m excited because this helps me to put outfits together without colors clashing with one another. I’m glad I made the purchase when I did…Great Job with such a wonderful app.

  13. Should let you pick your color palette and get 4 colors THEN charge for additional features like makeup and jewelry. I’m a black woman and my palette is a pro feature. I’m tired of being the exception. 🙄😒🤔😕

  14. I love the idea but the app doesn’t work properly. I can’t choose any of the custom palettes I’ve created and saved, although it says on the website that they’ll all be compatible with the app. As custom palettes aren’t listed under “Premium palettes” but under “Free palettes” I assume that they are, indeed, free. Or did I misunderstand? I can’t find anywhere that it says one should pay for using custom palettes. So, frankly, I don’t see a reason why they wouldn’t work but the fact remains that they don’t. And out of principle I don’t want to pay 9.99 euros to find out that the app still doesn’t work. I’m in Europe so maybe that’s why this app doesn’t work?

  15. Joanna M dice:

I would love to test I and perhaps even purchase a paid version, but the basic version doesn’t work at all, I cannot choose any other type then the first one – classic autumn.

  16. Miles B dice:

If you unlock the full app on Apple, it doesn’t also unlock on Android, even if you use the same account. Scam.

  17. It is an excellent start fo all those interested in seasonal colour palettes. I have a free version and I am quite happy with it.

  18. Hi, I installed the app, but just classic autumn palette is active, with this warming “failed to load palettes. Please sure that your Google play store app is up to date.”

  19. Hi, I’m a professional image consultant, I find the ability to work with virtual fabrics brilliant. My suggestion is to create the ability to save favorite fabrics. Thanks!!

  20. DO NOT BUY!!!! It is NOT what it claims to be. If you want a true colour analysis app, this is NOT for you. I paid to get the “dark autumn” palette and it’s abhorrently incorrect and they wont refund you even though they’re false advertising

  21. I love this app. It really is helpful when buying clothes, eyeglasses, makeup, etc to get your best colors!

  22. I just purchased the premium palette to access toasted winter, but that doesn’t integrate here? it’s a separate product or it just doesn’t work? I’m pretty sure I just wasted my money 🙁

  23. The app is simple and yet provides very useful information (in my opinion with great accuracy).

  24. Gumi W dice:

great website but the app is very lacking unless you pay an expensive premium… i can find my colors for free on the web.

  25. App didn’t even function to access basic features. Waste of time. The website is far better.

  26. Rosilda dice:

I’ve just paid for this app and I reggret it. Can I have a refund, please? The app only work fully if I login on another place exclusively with a Facebook account. I don’t have one.

  27. Good color options forbdifferent times of the year, the camera option is also a cool feature

  28. Hard to navigate and it’s confused .can’t access paid for features

  29. Idk it makes you think the process is simple. Oh You have dark hair and Light skin? Deep winter of course.

  30. It’s not very user friendly. It would be nice to have demo to learn how it works.

  31. dl’ed only to find my palette is considered premium and would cost 10 bucks. I can google a pic of it for free. pass. uninstalled

  32. I’m a classic winter and it gave me warmed toned colors when I’m cool toned. Doesn’t do a good job.

  33. Free app includes only 4 classic seasons. To access the 12 modern seasons costs $14US. Useless in the free mode.

  34. Doesn’t work, colour pallet stuct on Classic Autumn and doesnt allow you to change it. Such a shame

  35. Can’t log in through Facebook so you can’t sync to site. No embedded browser log ins.

  36. Cool idea for color-based shopping. Camera feature is really appreciated.

  37. I like this app. Simple and cute. Colors are usually spot on!

  38. Lots of fun! Look forward to using the app when shopping.

  39. Amanda L dice:

Like it, the camera feature is really nice. I think this is a great app, I love using it.

  40. paid for the premium features these had an update and its asking me to pay again!
