I registered, saw a doctor & had the prescription sent in all while waiting to be seen at my local urgent care center! I walked out before they even called my name and I haven’t been back since! Excellent app and service that I’ve recommend to several people I know. I like how it allows you to choose from a list of currently available doctors (with a short bio for each) instead of just connecting you with whoever is next. The app functions without any errors and is easy to use.
This app has functioned perfectly every time I’ve used it and is user-friendly. I have never waited long for a provider. They have all been friendly, professional and quick. My prescriptions are sent immediately to the correct place and I have always received follow-up communication after my visit. The app and service are both exactly what I want them to be.
The app is old tech, and not very user-friendly. Constant issues signing on, and a headache just trying to start a virtual meeting with the provider. The biggest issue though? The only service they really provide is medication management, according to one of their physicians. If you need any kind of paperwork (accommodations, FMLA, etc) they don’t do that. The weirdest part of that is that there is still a whole list of meds that they can’t even prescribe. Trash app, with a trash business model.
Great option instead of going into the doctor’s office-especially while taking precautions during COVID-19. I can see this being helpful for those with children who have frequent appointments and are unable to take unpaid time off from work. Of course there are times when the doctor has to physically see the patient, but when it isn’t necessary this is a great option! App was very easy to navigate, too!!
