I previously used a different company via app to purchase my frames pictures. I came across a Keepsake ad and decided to give them a try. I ended up ordering 6 new picture frames. They were delivered timely and without any damage. I think my only complaint would be the app limits you on which size frame you can purchase. Which to me was frustrating because I wanted bigger frames for the specific pictures I was ordering. Otherwise, a new hassle-free way of getting memories on the wall.
I’ve been attempting to get a print made from our game camera, but kept getting less than desirable options. Keepsake Frames not only made it possible, but delivered sooner than promised, and I was able to surprise my husband for Christmas! I got the canvas prints, excellent quality! I love that you know immediately if the pic on your phone is going to be the right quality BEFORE you order! I’ll be using Keepsake Frames from now on!
Keepsake is great. I have so many photos on my phone that I dont want to lose. They make it very easy to just pic a photo, pick a frame. You can adjust the picture to get it just the way you want. In no time at all its on your doorstep. I was pleasently surprised at the quality of the finished product. My first order was three photos and I just ordered two more. I LOVE Keepsake and highly recomend it!
I had a great experience. I wanted a larger size than the app offered, but Hannah told me they would be happy to work on it and my picture was PERFECT (incredible customer service and quality). I was surprised it came from a phone and not film. It was perfectly matted and framed. I have recommended Keepsake to others and look forward to being a repeat customer.
Really takes all the stress out of getting your pictures off of your phone and onto your walls. Picked up three prints/frames and am very pleased with the experience and the final product. A lot of choice on sizes, frames and hanging/standing options. Final quality on the frames was very solid, and the print quality on the photos is very clear and vibrant. Will use again. 👍
The service is expensive and they aren’t transparent about their pricing. I first tried just going to their website to look up price ranges but it required me to download the app. Once on the app, there are no prices on anything as you browse options. The price isn’t shared until after the app asks for a shipping address. I like to see prices before I put them in my shopping cart. The company knows they’re overpriced which is why they don’t share the pricing until it’s time to ask for payment.
Best shopping experience in years. I ordered 2 frames with the same photo on a Friday and the frames came in the following Tuesday! Great quality! If you work and do not have time to go out and do this in person, this is a great option. Heck, even if you do have the time. It was so convenient and the service was tops! AWESOME!!
Great App!! Very easy to use and at a reasonable price. I selected a photo from my phone and then configured it into a number of frames available for selection. Once completed, I submitted my selection, along with payment. In several days, I received a framed photo that I am very pleased with. Ordered two framed photos. BEAUTIFUL WORK! Considering that I would have to have the photos copied somewhere, go buy frames and mats and assemble them, or have them done by a frame shop, the price is amazing! And, they were delivered only four days after I ordered them from the comfort of my recliner. Will definitely use again!

DELIGHTED!! I ordered prints from my son’s wedding, and was very happy with the previews. But Hannah from Support reached out to me, worried that they were from screenshots which are different than taking pictures on your phone. She said they might come out sub-standard, grainy. But they were all I had, so I told her to just go ahead. Several days later, I received an extremely carefully packed set of the pictures I had ordered-and they were WONDERFUL! Zero graininess. Hats off to Keepsakes!
I saw a promotion for this app, installed it and selected my wife’s favorite picture of our grandson to use to test it. Did a crop, chose a frame and submitted it. The completed picture ready for hanging (including nail) arrived in the sturdiest packaging I’ve ever seen. Looks great and I’m looking forward to watching her open it on Christmas day. The app is really easy to use and the finished product is very high quality.
Great service but expensive! Ordered 10 frames, delivery was quick less than 2 weeks from order to delivery. Overall, nice frames, but I believe overpriced and print quality doesn’t seem to be as good as it should be on high-resolution pictures.
Tried the app for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I wasn’t sure what the quality would be like. However, everything was PERFECT! The finished product blew our minds. The entire process from ordering to delivery was exemplary. Will definitely use again.

We ordered 2 pictures for framing for Christmas. They arrived in plenty of time and couldn’t be more happier with the results! Keepsake does a outstanding job and we are already picking out more pictures for them to do. Highly recommend and I like how they follow up with you after you receive your order to make sure you’re happy.
Ordered this last Sunday and my order was supposed to arrive TODAY, 5 days later since I paid for expedited shipping. Surprise, it’s not here. The status on the app is still set as “processing”, on the day it should have been delivered. Contacted them by the 2 ways they give you… nothing. There is no legitimate website to turn to, you’re always diverted the app for a resolution that never comes. Seems pretty scammy to me. Even if it comes, I’m refusing the charge.

I absolutely love the picture we got. It was produced in London Ontario. They did the little things to picture that make a huge difference to me. They brown paper the back, screw in the quality hanger wire and hardware, felt tabs on the back so there’s no chance of scratching a wall, crystal clear image and the frame was perfect. Yes, I could’ve done it cheaper myself but I didn’t need to go anywhere or do anything. This was a fantastic experience. Thank you! 👏 👏 👏

Lame. Tried to order a frame and all the options were either vertical or square frames, no horizontal frames available at all. Deleted the app.
