The doctors are great! The only issue I have is with the app itself. It glitches upon loading and almost made me miss my appointment but thankfully they have a great support team and the doctor was understanding and we were finally seen. Please fix the loading issue!
This was my first time using the app and it was so easy and convenient! After I signed up. I saw the doctor through video for my daughter she did a diagnosis and prescribed the meds. Quick and easy saved me a trip to the doctors office!
Dr office was unable to see my 4 year old at 3 different locations made me schedule using this app to be disconnected as soon as Dr logged on then stated Dr saw my daughter when she didn’t logged back in and waited for next Dr over 2 hours and oops logged off again stating she was seen when she wasn’t. No option for help within app only option to wait another however many hours again. Great patient care … needless to say this is a waste of time and needs to be fixed.
It’s been extremely helpful when they can use a video or picture instead of having to sit at the doctor’s office. Every physician has been extremely nice and helpful. I highly recommend this app!
