    Love this app!! I’m so happy I switched over from Roam Pay which always had issues! Clover go customer service is A+ when I needed help to get set up. I’ve never ever had any issues with this app and having using it for over a year. The only thing I don’t like about it is where the tip line is located. It should be on the same page as the signature instead of before. It makes it awkward for tipping. Hopefully this will change in time. Otherwise I would for sure rate this a five star plus++

    My only issue with this app is the gratuity option. I provide services, but I also sell retail. when a client is paying for both, the app incorrectly calculates the percentages based on the total amount. I wish it had the capability to only factor in the tax free service amount! Otherwise it works great, and I am very happy with it!

    Lots of issues with the app and company. The app will oftentimes time out, freeze, or crash in the middle of transactions. It has taken over a week for payments to go through the app and into our checking account on multiple occasions, and customer support is nonexistent. Use anyone else.

    Opening the app, and rating your experience as other than “loving it” causes the app to lock into limited mode. Then calling customer service requires a ridiculous amount of verification to get to someone who…requires you to verify everything again…and then 4 minutes into the call…their automated system finally kicks you to…someone who doesn’t support the tool about which you’re calling. The good news is, they have another number for you to call.
