I use this app to keep up with my sets and occasionally post pictures of them, and it works very well. The only real problem I have is that it takes FOREVER to load when all I want to do is save a set to my account. Also the QR code scan is a little glitchy sometimes. I think if some changes were made there, the app would be perfect.
This is a great idea but the app is limited for searching and adding of sets. I could only add like four out of 25 sets. Would love to be able to search on set number and add to sets for my kids instead of having to keep track of all of the instruction manuals. The sign up process is too complex even as trying to set up a joint account for my two kids. it would be a nice feature to allow for multiple profiles on a single device for when you have multiple kids.
I’ve had the app for only a week, but, so far, I like it. I have not been able to find a few of my kid’s sets though…just a couple examples – Classic 10696 and Juniors 10673, to be specific…I also tried to search for some of my old sets from the 80s & 90s, which don’t appear to be available at this time…hoping there has been some thought to adding these. It would be nice to have pdf’s of those instruction manuals as some of my old manuals are very worn or have missing pages.
Well, Lego life is kinda great, but, when I wanted to be able to put pictures so I was gonna make my own account. But after all the filling in of things at the end it MADE u put in eather your credit card number or the last three digits of your SSN. So I was NOT gonna do THAT and I ended up not being able to post pictures!!😭 So I do not want to get a text from the Lego life people saying I can trust them!!!!!!!!!!!! Cuz I cannot and will not.
Hello! Lego Life is a wonderful game and I’ve been on for awhile but there’s one issue that me and others have that has come up this past week; When you scroll for a certain amount of time you will get a pop up that says you need to log back in when you’re already logged in. I’ve deleted the app 3 times and logged back in but it doesn’t seem to solve the problem. Perhaps there’s just a weird bug going around? Please fix it! Thank you!
Great app however I was unable to use my photos that is took using my camera app. It would not pop up in permissions under the app. If you are able to fix this then please do so since I can not post multiple pics at once. Also you are limited when it comes to communicating because you only have set sentences that you can say. I understand why they did this but I think we should have a better way to communicate.
I’m trying to upload instructions to this app for the sets my kids received for Christmas. I have tried by using the QR Code scanner (app tells me “Sorry this set doesn’t appear to exist”). When I try searching manually by entering the set number, the set comes up in the search results but when I click on the image/text for the set I get the same “Sorry this set doesn’t appear to exist” message. I’ve tried updating, uninstalling/reinstalling, and restarting my phone but none fixed the issue.
The App is Great. I just don’t know what kind of updates were added in the past couple of months. Because now I can not add pictures from my gallery, it says “Photo gallery is turned off” I have every permission turned on. My go around was, download the app from September. Which works perfectly fine…well untill today. So what’s the problem? I can’t access my phone gallery and I’ve given the app full permission. But I can take one photo at a time. What can I do? Please help!!!
So the algorithm has been fixed, with the new trending page, but I still can’t post pictures from my phones gallery, which means I can’t save pictures for later, post more than one picture, or use my phones editing tools. I’ve talked to customer service and they don’t know what the problem is. Please fix this.
The game was really good. It’s your every day app, and it has some cool features. But I started not liking it. Do you guys know those offline games, that would have an ad every minute or two? This is something similar. Every few minutes, I would get logged out of my account, and have to go through the entire process of logging back in again. And only to get logged back out a few minutes later. If you need my account name to fix this, my account name is FieryFly082 . Please try to fix this😭
Definatly one of the best lego apps out there! But could you please add a feature if you post offline that it will give you the option to autopost when your back online, last thing the Samsung camera permission is not showing when i want to add the acces to camera, please fix this, if you do THANKS!
Terrible app. Every set that we have we searched for, clicked on the picture and the app says it does not exist. My 5 year old was so excited to catalog all of her sets and it ended up being such a disappointment. The response to this review was not helpful at all. I’ve given up on this app. Very frustrating.
My child has enjoyed this app for a long while now but here recently she is unable to post from her gallery. We have all permissions enabled. I have checked several times but it keeps saying we need to enable. She is using a galaxy zflip3. I have tried to reinstall the app 2 times. Please help. She is getting so frustrated 🙁
Lots of my sets doesn’t want to load, shows my set, but keeps telling me when I select it that it doesn’t exist. You have just updated this app and nothing has changed. Problem still persist. Wtaf. Besides me, You guys are actually annoying my kid now because he can’t access builds. USELESS app!
I LOVE this app! It’s great fro sharing your Lego photography and creations. Everyone is super nice. It’s aimed at younger children but it’s great really for any LEGO enthusiast. There are competitions where you can win LEGO worth hundreds of pounds (I’ve won a few so it’s not too hard 😁)
I allowed access to photos but it is not letting me use them. I can only post photos from the camera not the gallery on my Samsung Galaxy S21+ phone. I turned on all permissions that were available in the app to no avail. This change only recently occurred in the last month or so.
I think it’s really nice but maybe even better if you are above the age of 8 you can talk to friends and comment something by yourself but its really fun. Maybe Lego should add cool deals page too and some offers for being in this app but I think this app is still pretty niceee.
can’t login! It always says that the user or password are wrong, even if I reset the password and are able to login in web, in the app it doesn’t work
Scanned the 31109 pirate creations set and it shows as doesn’t exist. Manually searched for the set, which appeared in app but when selected presented the same error.
I used to use this app but now I’m using this again but I don’t know if this is a bug but everythime when I go to someone’s profile it tells me I’m appear to be logged out Can you fix that bug that I told you? Idk if it’s a bug of not.
My daughter really enjoys this app but her account has started constantly telling her she is not logged in when she is. “Captain Safety” said to write a review to help resolve. If you can let me know how to progress would be appreciated.
I enjoy scanning and collecting all of the QR codes found on the instruction booklets to watch my piece total go up with every new LEGO set! Only 4 star rating b/c app is a bit confusing to navigate. Otherwise, a must have for any LEGO enthusiast. I’m 41 years old, and can now afford (most of) the sets that I find inspiring, like Kylo-Ren’s spaceship or the Millennium Falcon!
It dosent let me update it and says “our systems think you are a time traveler. updates the app and come back.” Please make it updateable
I hate this game for one main reason it’s because when I spend my hard time and work building it won’t even let me upload my build and it makes me very sad that I can’t upload the heart of the work that I’ve done very bad app I’m extremely disappointed in this it’s loads of people get to do everything they want but I don’t
*EDIT: THE PROBLEM I DESCRIBE BELOW IS FIXED! (I WANT TO EMPHASIZE THAT I’VE CHECKED EVERY 2-3 DAYS SINCE THE START OF THE ISSUE; NOT UNTIL TODAY [2/8/22] HAS IT WORKED.)* For the past 4 months I could NOT SEE ANY OF MY SETS IN MY COLLECTION! *When I hit the red brick tab to try to view all my sets, I get the error message saying words to the effect of “oops, there seems to be a problem” and the only thing I can do is hit “try again” which refreshes the page yet the same problem persists.
Absolutely terrible. Simply does not work. Either i get a message that says “Sorry, something weird happened” or it just crashes.
I think the app is really fun. But also whenever I go into a set to add to my collection it says sorry set doesn’t exist

I like the app, it’s kind of like a social media for AFOL’s and basically everyone who is interested in Lego. One small kink I have with the app is that when it asks me to sign the code of conduct I read and sign but it keeps saying that something’s wrong, that is impossible because I’ve tried it with all internet fullbars at least 13 14 times already and still no success. That’s about it either than that every thing is good totally recommend this app for you and others. Thank’s Lego. Four stars
Cannot change the language. German language shows up and there is no way to change it to English
This application is intended to be kid-safe, but the information asked to “verify you’re a parent” is inappropriate. We have an account created to receive the Lego Life Magazine which requires an adult to sign up. This account was used to set up a kids profile, yet it still required credit card information or last four of your social plus address, age, etc. just to sign my kid up. Promising the information will be deleted is not enough. Requiring so much for a child’s acct is over the top.
takes a long time to set up and then you can’t even play building things! it only seems to be for sharing photos and not much more. thank you for the feedback. still, I thought that this app was for digitally building things with lego bricks on the mobile phone, play and explore without having to buy all the pieces. I am aware of the other Lego games, so will go back to these. they still miss a big flexibility and invention that you can get from having access to all the pieces indefinitely.
I can’t post pictures for some reason. Don’t tell me to allow the permission because the picture permission is not an option on my phone. I don’t know what happened but please try and fix. great app though. it’s like insta but safe!! thank you LL
Beautiful app but it won’t let me see all my sets in my collection, it just says something went wrong, it will let me scan and add a new one but then just goes straight back to the error message when I try to see what sets I have in my collection
I would give it 5 stars but a thing that says you have been logged out pops up every time I try to look at another person’s posts. It’s not just me. It’s other people too.
Love the app. Fantastic way to pass the time. One thing, though. Could you possibly add Ahsoka Tano character minifigures for avatars and star wars items like lightsabers and Blasters, etc? I would love to see that added to the app. I, personally, want to have an Ahsoka Tano minifigure as my avatar character.
the app is super fun. I just wish you didn’t have to make an account! altogether worth ut though!
