EDIT: I have since reached out to customer service and they sorted everything out, including quickly sending out a replacement part for a piece that was damaged during shipping. They were prompt and very nice, so I would now happily recommend Aosom. Input a coupon code for 10% off, the price reflected the discount. Made the purchase, and I was charged the price without the 10% coupon code. Very scammy and insincere practice, working on getting my order refunded.
It is a mini Amazon with better pricing in outdoor stuff. Just don’t understand why all error messages are in chinese??? I don’t speak chinese and there is no chinese on my phone or computer…? Can’t you put english error messages please, this is annoying.
I found this company completely by chance and took a chance with the unknown. I think it is a great place to shop and have done a few times. Good selection of items and really good quality. Customer service was great for me when something arrived broken it was quickly dealt with and replaced…. I will be buying more and have got others onto the app as well.
I have only ordered One item…….PawHut Solid Wood Cat Condo 4-Floor Villa with Litter Box Space……My Ragdoll cat and I love it. I did not need to contact them, I had no reason to. Fast shipping all parts arrived to build. Very sturdy have used cat condo over two years now and I have moved it several times. I love it

There seems to be no way to clear items from your cart in this app, which is a huge oversight. I even thought perhaps my cart would clear overnight, but nope. Other than this the app seems to work well and be user-friendly, so it’s a shame this problem exists. I’ve deleted the app and will use the website.
Great app with one little bit of a glitch for me, the delivery tracking system on the app works but it seems to be (out/late) by an hour or two. Very fast delivery service just like they say as well also plenty of discounts for each order. So come on, install the app and give it a go, you won’t be disappointed.
User interface is so substandard. Their customer service via email is beyond atrocious. I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ordering anything through these people. I do want to give a nice bump to 2 stars only for the apparent one rep answering the phones. He was very professional. Otherwise, their website, app, and customer service skills sans the one gentleman are appalling. I ordered an item 1/1. It’s 1/5 and I still cannot track anything and it says it hasn’t even reached UPS.

If this on-line store actually had any stock to sell it could be a good app. Out of all products I looked at there must have been around 3 quarters out of stock… Apart from that it does look really good with a good choice of items.
I don’t like the fact it doesn’t show shipping day until you buy the item. Many other websites shows estimated shipping times but not this item, I’m going to pay 10 bucks more fire the same item on Walmart because at least I know it’s the quickest shipping time!!!!!
Many companies strive to reach Amazon like buying capabilities in term of technology and offering. Aosom in my opinion have done something different, they have strive to imitate Amazon like Customer Service, in doing so I believe they have succeeded and surpass Amazon Customer service. Although they do not control the quality of the products, but they try and ensure that the customer experience (pre and post sales) is exceptional regardless of the problem.
I have ordered several green houses from Aosom. Shipping is fast, and I’ve always been happy with my purchases.

Reviews are skewed, new listing for the same products are put up ensuring no bad reviews show. Products are cheap junk, and without a proper return policy you’re stuck with it, don’t bother, go buy something you can see touch and feel before using this app.
So I have put a few things in my cart more for comparison now i cant see anyway to remove the unwanted items. Unless it is because I’m using my my mobile devide

Perfect for us.So easy and keeps out no see ums. 45 seconds up is true. Don’t be discouraged by the heap on the ground, pops up quickly and looks great. If we had young children would place over sand box to keep bugs and cats out. We will be making wind/ sun shades for it when we return home. Best purchase this summer.

I can’t imagine the cats anywhere else! I bought the cat tree ceiling high and the cat tree tower with sisal scratches post and they are sooo lush and plush and sturdy and easy to assemble and came in record time and the cats love them and… and…lol real talk… the quality really is good and the finishing divine… they and we are all so pleased…highly recommend!!!
