Сдача или продажа недвижимости. Воспользуйтесь формой подачи, чтобы быстро разместить объявление о сдаче или продаже квартиры, дома, участка, гаража. Sync btw pushes and events in app – not ideal, other – good
The UX is lacking, and the app itself works very slow. Also, there is no option to customize the ad. More than that, there are a lot of scammers who pretend to be real estate agents.
This is very good 5 star app, but I give only 3 stars because no dislike button for not like conditions… This is for 85% russian people who search for apartments / room. Here For foreigners little difficult to find a apartment or roon specially for boys / man’s.
After last update application have issues with search. Try rent make 2-3 filter like balcony air con then switch off one filter option and app totally freezing only restart help and again the same. Fix issues with search please

Number one application for finding apartments, houses, Villa’s and land for purchase or for lease. In Russia is working very good indeed! Don’t hesitate to download it, totally ad’s free application!
I understand the idea of how landlord’s have the freedom of choosing their tenants, but even if it looks bad in a way. I think there should be a search option where i could just not see all the apartments offered for “slavs only”. In other words i want to search, and be able to filter out all the slavs-only landlords so i save my time. It is a very, very frustrating experience wasting time with landlords who have some superiority complex 😂😅

Why there’s no English in this app??? Why I must always use translator to use your app? When you will add English? App is pretty good, like trivago but there’s no my native language and it makes me sad

Very often I come across advertisements containing discriminatory requirements. For example: “I rent an apartment only to Russians / Slavs.” Why there is no option to send a complaint regarding this topic?

Best service to rent a flat or place
I downloaded this app only to give 5* and say that it’s a big step for russian society. And it’s so sad that idiots don’t understand the aim of the idea of new cian’s politics. Also still cian couldn’t steal your rule to make what you want with your property, but it gives a rule to respect yourself and people around you
