Revolut is very straightforward app, once you find the places you need. Very easy to work with, but still can use some improvements – in filtering transactions, speed of transfers to some countries etc. Overall however I can’t really complain! Works great and gives full control, including the cards.
Super unhappy with the services of Revolut. I cannot deposit money on this account in any way, the deposits are not accepted or fail and the option of adding using a card is not available in the app at least for mine. No easy way to get help to solve the problem. Frustrating! Open is easy, but once you have a problem is a nightmare!
Very confusing too use in general. Something as simple as making a payment takes a lot of time until you understand how it works., and that is one example. The chat is really useless. Any conversation can be summarised in just a few words: wait for it to resolve by itself.
I was originally cold contacted by Frances and was immediately sold on the process. There was no pressure. Onboarding was straight forward. I’ve just made my first payment and it was so easy. The cost is also significantly lower than other Fintech banks. I like Starling but this wiles the floor for Euro transactions. Great stuff. Frances is a real asset to Revolut! Cheers. Six months in and Starling totally out. Love the whole package. All that is left now is for Revolut to be a bank. Overdraft
