  1. One Banking App: A Game-Changer! One banking app has completely transformed my financial life! The app is packed with features that make managing my money effortless. From budgeting tools to instant transfers, everything is just a tap away. I love how user-friendly the interface is, making it easy to navigate even for tech novices. What sets One apart is its reliability. I’ve never experienced any glitches or downtime, and my transactions are always processed promptly.

  2. Mostly happy user of One, sharing feedback here for visibility. I previously would have rated four or five stars. The app has gotten worse over time in a few ways. Notifications should be granular. I should be able to opt out of ads/marketing notifications without losing the ability to know when payments/transfers happen. The new account view makes moving funds between accounts/pockets/goals hard. The transfer interface doesn’t show the amounts in the to/from accounts. Please fix this.

  3. THANK YOU for fixing the issue with the accounts sorting from the transfers menu, now I can use my app normally again! It’s taken a while to get used to this new app, but overall I think it’s very aesthetically pleasing, but some of the navigation choices you guys went with are really not intuitive. Once you get that muscle memory though it’s all good. App aside I love this bank! 5% APY on my savings is amazing and the deals with Walmart are smart! Keep on keeping on y’all!

  4. App went through a lot of bugs, the app actually works now and actually remembers me, but I still cannot give it more than 2 stars for an issue with the notifications. The app sends at least 2-4 random promotional notifications a day, and unlike every other banking app, I can’t turn off promotional notifications while leaving important account alerts on, I can only turn all notifications on or off at once, which is just below the modern standard of app design.

  5. It would be nice if we were able to search for transactions. Right now, we have to scroll through, which is tedious. Whenever I try to withdraw cash, they’re unable to scan the barcode at the store and have to type in that long number. Also, my bank doesn’t connect with plaid, so there’s no way to direct deposit. Lastly, I hope that you add a way to instantly cash out to a devit card. It’ll be much more convenient than having to keep running into the store to get the money.

  6. Worst service . Don’t recommend. Had less than 30 minutes, and it locked me out of the app. Called customer support, and they basically said they couldn’t do anything just for me to wait for an email. They lock me out from seeing anything dealing with the account for 2 days. Called and couldn’t explain why. Contact the customer support and talked to everyone I could, and still they couldn’t help. It’s a problem on their end, and they are treating it like it just not their concern. Frustrating!!!

  7. Unable to change defalt debit card in the app. Unable to apply big coupon promised if used at checkout with Walmart. Coupon only good for 24 or 48 hours. Very convienient…NOT. The incentive for signing on with “ONE” was wasted because the PURPOSELY, IMO, didn’t make it user friendly. Now I’m getting email with promises of rewards if I sign up for direct deposit. I was initially considering it because they were convincing. Now, I just dont trust it! Somethings are user friendly, some are not..

    The new update has ruined this app for me when it comes to savings. It used to show savings and debit separately, but now it shows them combined. I’ve gone to make purchases I couldn’t actually afford because I saw the amount of money and, since it was combined, assumed that’s what I had to spend. What’s the point of a savings account if it’s combined with the regular account? I’ll be taking my money out to save it up instead

    If I could rate this lower than 1 star that would be the only option. Not only does having this card FORCE you to have this card as the main way to deposit funds, they consistently have issues to the point where the app is rendered USLESS. ONTOP OF THAT they have no actually customer service you can reach out to. No phone number, just an email and a “live chat” option that with all the issues the app has is point less because you can’t even start a conversation with anyone. Deactivating account.

    Been using this bank for over a year, and today they have some sort of data breach. The app says they’re having some sort of technical issues and to try again later. It’s been saying this message all day, and declining all my payments when I have almost 3k in my bank account. Apparently everyone else is having these issues today. They’re chat on the app won’t work and just closes it right after you message them, and phone calls and email contact won’t work. Terrible experience from this.

  11. Love getting my cash earlier, but some of the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. They are far more concerned with lying and dodging accountability than actually fixing the issue. Replaced my physical card and was issued a USELESS virtual card because I can’t even use it in Google wallet. Which I’ve been doing up until this point, but was told it wasn’t even an option. I don’t want alternatives, I want my virtual card to work. Period.

    Terrible app. I literally set the app up with my savings and all because it kept telling me I’d get paid on Tuesday if I set up direct deposit. Guess what that’s not true every time I’m supposed to get paid the app says it’s experienceing technical issues and I don’t get my money for a while. Not to mention sometimes it takes a day or two to reflect recent transactions. Do yourself a favor and don’t use this company or app for banking or savings. The advance option is decent though.

  13. All day there has been a “technical issue” which stops many if not all users from accessing their accounts, completing transactions, or transferring money. Would not recommend an app with this terrible of reliability. Customer service doesn’t even talk, it’s a bot that tells you to email them and then promptly hangs up the call. 0/5 stars

  14. I’ll have to say that One really came through for me when we had a misunderstanding. They had a reward for $15.00 when you spent $15.00 at Walmart. Unfortunately, to me, the terms of this reward were unclear. So, spent my very last $15.00 and didn’t get my reward. Being on a SS disability fixed income, I don’t get a lot of money each month. Anyway, One fixed the situation and now I can’t wait to use my account to receive more rewards. I appreciate that they even looked at it. They really care!

    TLDR it’s a nightmare, stay away. I don’t recall giving this a good review but here I am to edit that. One was never perfect, but after being acquired by Walmart they have severely declined. The user-managed subreddit for One is a good archive of the constant issues. Several occurrences in the past few weeks have locked users out of their accounts and prevented them from sending or receiving money in any format. Card services sometimes just stop working. And they seem to never publicly respond.

  16. Terrible app. Wanted to use it for convenience since starting at Walmart. I’m able to make one purchase for the day before every proceeding purchase is met with “something went wrong”. Plenty of money in the debit, I use my physical card and it works just fine but the moment I use my phone app for any other purchases it stops working. I leave my wallet in my locker and it’s incredibly inconvenient having to walk across the entire store ON MY BREAK just to be able to pay for my things. Ridiculous

  17. Stop breaking the interface to move money between accounts. I want to choose both where it is coming from and where it is going easily on one screen like before. ALSO the accounts are totally out of order again in the listing. how this manages to happen every time you guys decide your app interface needs to change is absurd.

  18. Im irritated, we’ve been banking with yall for a while now, randomly my account goes negative 20$ with no transactions causing it to go negative, no transactions showing where that 20$ went. Its happened at least 3 times. 60$ gone with no idea where it went but i had to pay it back. We constantly have no access to our funds because of “technical issues”. The only way to contact is via chat, which never works and when you finally get someone, you cant reply And no one is from USA that you talk to

    Loved it. Until I couldn’t access my money when I needed it due to technical issues. Now I get to be stranded until they resolve the app issues. If you were to call customer support they using the same number as your account, the call gets disconnected…… Super helpful

  20. Greatest prepaid card application you could use. Easy to navigate. No glitches or freezing. Security features for your card. Just an all around easy app to use . Great savings features of different types. If you need to transfer money from your savings into your debit, it’s instant and easy to do so. Also allows different cash back options. It’s the best banking app for prepaid cards. I 100+% recommend this application for the ONE card. It’s an absolute must for this card!!
