Not sure why under amenities there is no option to filter for views, e.g. mountain view’s, sea views, lake views, etc. like other apps do. Also being able to filter for available properties only would help, as would sort by price – low to high.
I love the fact that it does all the search for me with great details of the most modern and beautiful homes.
Confusing. Places show as available but when you try to book they are not. Also search very limited. Can not search for a one bed apt. And when u search for with pool it lists many that dont.
I thought I had booked a rental, come to find out I had not. Not clear nor easy to use.
Useless, every search I made have me same houses and very very very expensive houses. Deleting app

I put in the city the guest in the rooms and it was getting me hotels and resorts in Cancun Cancun and stuff. That’s not what I looked for and where are the actual houses for rent? If I wanted to hotels I’d go to priceline. I will stick with the airbnb app.

This app is the best thing to happen to travelers! It is so user friendly and helpful. Each property has key features that are wonderfully detailed and the amount of pictures brings peice of mind. I use this everytime we need to book a room or plan a getaway.
Good app. Well thought out with good functionality, but it’s basically a less aesthetically pleasing and less feature rich version of Airbnb – it simply can’t compete when it’s the same type of thing but with a much smaller network.

Date selection doesn’t work properly, I’d click the link to select what dates I wanted and the pop-up calendar would show that they were available but when I would hit next it said the dates weren’t available. after trying five or six times I gave up.
Keeps crashing on me, and when it doesn’t crash, it won’t load past the page where it asks how many guests, bedrooms and bathrooms. Keeps saying ‘An unexpected error has occured, please try again later.’
Wanted to view my already booked Holiday Lettings trip details. App doesn’t show them.
Buggy. When sorting properties by “best value” I got way fewer options – sometimes no vacancies, but switch that filter off and options galore. Use regular site, it’ll yield far better results
Never again. You need to pay for booking to have access to the information( full price). In case you have a problem, and you cancel your booking because you had no answer before paying it, your money will be not refund. Nothing. 0.
ZERO STARS Very very bad app. I don’t recommend booking from it. They did not help us with our problem with the owner of the house. If there was a zero rating I would give it to the Home to go. Very disappointed and annoyed.
Does not allow you to leave a rating because they gave horrible services, strongly recommend not to use them, they left my family stranded in NY
This is ridiculous…find a great property to book & then it takes you to VRBO…. amounts shown are in USD. Allow 25% more when you find something you like!!
