The app works poorly. Many of the other negative reviews, mirror my experience…login doesn’t work in app, but does via website, can’t get appointments scheduled, etc. For drybar service being such a top notch experience, you would think the app would be the same.
This app has been deleted and reinstalled a few times, but it just won’t act right. I try to click repeatedly on membership and it wont search for my area….i try to find shops in a specific zip code and ot wont search. I tried to edit and appt I had and the screen just sits there with no reaction to my command, like a person with a blank stare – annoying!!!
Literally cannot even book an appointment. Cannot physically select a location. The map feature is BROKEN
This app is the worst! Always gives me error messages when I try to login. Then I go online and login works fine. Please fix!
