I’ve used this app since 2013. Shows a lot of great info in a collected and easy way with extremely limited ads, which is nice. *UPDATE* I used to really love this app, but now with the new update, almost all my favorites ( <3 ) have been deleted! Now when I click the heart on new ones, it saves but everytime I change the area of the city or if I reopen the app, it is gone. How is this helpful?? Please fix this pesky bug! Changed from 5 to 3 stars for now because this bug is so aggravating.
The only improvement I could suggest is the price range and other filters could match better. In other words I am looking for a 2 bedroom in the $1400 range. But it lists apartment complexes that have 1 bedrooms or studios in that range but the 2 bedrooms are not in that range. I hope that makes sense
So far, the superior app compared to Zillow. It shows ALL of the apartments in my area and allows me to select them for viewing. I’m meticulous about details and the fact that this app shows all of my options, is nice. The tour checklist is a nice feature, as well
On the website I had found a place but I couldn’t see much due to the thing saying to download the app so I did and they didn’t have the listing I was looking at because of filters but I absolutely has to have a move in date.
