    Tried to use a dq deal for $1 off a blizzard. While waiting in the drive thru line still within the 15 minute window, I moved away from the app to answer a text. I didn’t close the app it was still running in the background. When it was my turn at the window, I returned to the app to find that my deal had “expired”. I was unable to use that deal. It must be an error due to me switching between applications on my phone Tried to leave feedback about this via the app and was met with a string error

  2. Let me tell you what is wrong with this app. It displays errors messages underneath the screen keyboard, so you can’t see them. The app doesn’t allow you to remove the on screen keyboard until after it displays the error message, but the error message is only displayed for 2 seconds, so you need to be Johnny on the spot clearing the keyboard off the screen to read the error message before it disappears. For whatever reason, The Android password manager saves the password, but doesn’t auto fill

  3. Was working great. Now suddenly I can no longer scan in bar codes for points. I keep getting a message that I’ve reached my limit for the day even though I’ve not used it in almost a week. I tried manually entering the number but get the same error. Wish someone would fix this!

  4. I placed an order via the app. The only option was pickup inside the store. I placed the order then called the store to see if I could just pick it up at their drive-thru. (I have some mobility issues.) Nope! Gotta go inside. After getting our food and driving to a park, we found they had not marked the wrappers on the cheeseburgers – I love pickles, my wife hates them. Oh, and the pickles are UNDER the cheese, impossible to see without destroying the bun to get it off. Thanks DQ – NOT!

  5. Great app, easy to use. Makes mobile ordering a breeze! Pretty sure this is the only food ordering app I have that doesn’t mess up at all when I am using it. From browsing the menu to placing an order, it’s always good! The staff pay attention to what’s ordered too, I’ve never had an incorrect order. Keep up with the GREAT work and GREAT FOOD!! 👍

    Like the food but the scanning receipt on the app is frustrating. I can only scan one receipt then I have to wait 2 or 3 days before I can scan another. My wife and I normally use cash to buy our food. Some receipts it says were already scanned when they were not or they will not scan. Keeps telling me I reached my limit until the receipt is too old to scan. Sometimes I cannot scan more than one receipt a week. It is very frustrating. If they fix that I will be happy to give 5 stars.

  7. Unusable..never had problems witht he app until today. I’m signing in and takes me through a bunch of info then asks me to pick my DQ store and won’t let me move beyond that page. Ticks me off because i have cleared the data and cache and Uninstalled and reinstalled several times and still won’t work. I have many points I want to use but can’t. Fix this please!!

  8. Went after church to get the free Dilly bar but the app was not working. There was only one person inside and one outside washing windows and one outside supposed to be sweeping up trash but he was on his cellphone. 4 people total waiting inside to order. A gentleman went outside a got the guy on his phone to come in to take our orders. The app was not working. I guess it crashed. It would not let me check out.

  9. the meal deal is definitely worth the price! Where else can you get a burger 🍔 ( or chicken strips) 🍟 fries, soda, AND a sundae for dessert 🍨 for only $7.00? I always order this from here, and I am never dissatisfied. I recommend this meal deal to everyone I talk to about fast food orders. This was my first time doing a mobile order for pickup, and it is way too easy. Always good service at this location (Scenic hwy in Pensacola) so I can easily say, this is a great place to go to eat!

    This would’ve been a 5* review a couple months ago because the deals were actually super high value and great. I went to dq often just because the deals were too good to pass on. However, I have noticed somewhat recently a lot of those great deals are no longer being offered, which gives me less reason to use or recommend the app. Also, up until a few days ago, I was able to order sundaes with peanut butter for the topping. This feature is gone now. Give me back the best topping, please.

  11. Easy to use app. Prices are in the menu, unlike Sonic App. But I’ve noticed some strange pricing quirks. When choosing a Misty Freeze for a combo, the upcharge for small or medium is a dollar and change, for large it’s five dollars. Applying deals has been easy. The app let’s you know if items in your cart don’t qualify for the deal you have applied. The app doesn’t employ overly aggressive tactics to garnish first impression reviews upon first use of the app, like the Arby’s app does.

  12. One of the most finicky apps I’ve ever used. For some deals, it won’t let you checkout out, even if the required item is already in the order. However, if you use a redemption code, that works for some reason. One store we placed an order with didn’t have the ingredients available in the app. There’s no way to order a custom blizzard in the app. It’s kind of a pain to use

  13. Doesn’t work! Went to sign up, but the app wouldn’t let me select my favorite location to finish signing up through Facebook. I tried the email sign up thinking it could possibly be a glitch through the Facebook sign up, but it told me I already had an account. I was able to reset my password. However, when I went to sign in, it made me STILL fill out sign up information and had THE SAME GLITCH AS THE OTHER SIGN UP MEATHODS! Pointless ordering without account points.

  14. I love the rewards aspect, but ordering through the app is a waste of time. The orders are never ready, half the time the store doesn’t even have the order in their system (and there is only one DQ in my area, so I know I have the correct location). Fix the ordering and the app will be 5 stars.

Good for ordering ahead of time at local DQ, but for whatever reason if I decide to order something not related to a deal I selected it just flat out won’t let me continue to check out even if I don’t want to use that deal anymore, and there’s no way to un-select the deal, and so I just can’t order unless I reinstall the app. Clearing cache and force stopping doesn’t clear the order, and there’s no restart order button.

  16. Lousy, I TRIED placing an order, getting a bogo deal, which showed up just fine, but it would NOT process the order after entering my card. I tried 3 different cards, and it kept coming back with, “oops something went wrong.” Entered a debit card it said. “The wrong type of payment method.” OMG! I even restarted my phone, hoping that would help. It didn’t!! Worthless app. So, I guess I’ll go to Twisters for an ice cream. Too many problems with DQ! Bummer!!

    The full menu items are not available in the app. I’m told to place and pay for order then call the location and tell them what you actually want. Since all blizzards are the same price it wont change the total. It does make little to no sense to have to do this. Here’s an idea: Make the store menu the same as the App menu that way you don’t need to inconvenience your customers and employees. Novel idea.

  18. Security on this app isn’t great. My account was hacked, and someone ordered several hundred dollars worth of DQ across the United States (Ohio, Florida, California, Georgia, etc). I had to freeze my bank account and get new cards. 🙃 I still ended up paying for all the food ordered. The apps interface was okay, and it was convenient to use when I was on the go, but I can’t get over getting hacked. If you download, don’t add any cards to have on file.

  19. Dairy Queen’s app is a convenient way to indulge in delicious treats and meals! With easy mobile ordering, exclusive deals, and rewards, it enhances the Dairy Queen experience. The interface is user-friendly, and customization options for orders are excellent. However, occasional glitches during checkout can be frustrating. Overall, a great app for Dairy Queen fans, but could use some minor improvements for a smoother experience.

  20. The store locator does not work. Tried multiple times to even find any store and using different locations. Could not get the app to locate a single store. Yes, I had my GPS turned on. I even turned it off and on. It even found where I was located. But could not find any store. I even redownloaded the app several times as well, still the same result. Hopefully it works eventually.
