Old version was much better. Took me over 10min to figure out book a round trip. New app looks fancy but NOT intuitive at all.

Previous app was much better. I was trying to log a recent partner flight which was not showing in my mileage. Looked in My Trips (would only allow logging of ‘upcoming’ trips, although it had a ‘past’ tab but this was empty). To get to Mileage you have to click on the box with membership details, and you can search past trips there but you can’t add trips. That’s on an ‘up arrow’ tab at the bottom, but you can’t tell. I went in, you still have to log each leg of a trip separately. Disappointing

The worst experience ever trying to check in/get a boarding pass. The app and online are both useless.

Intuitive, helpful app. This is how all airline apps should work. Others can learn from you.
