There is no mobile phone setting in the profile. There is a primary number, and an alternate number, but no indication about which is my mobile number. And the text options in the alert settings are all disabled. Some screens have a back button, but others don’t. The search function for transaction history is useless: search by name doesn’t work, there’s no filter for $ amount or transaction type, and no sort option. It’s a decent app, but still needs work.
In the 2 ½ years I’ve had my card and account, I’ve not been able to get past the login page once. Sometimes I get an error saying the service is unavailable, sometimes it just crashes. Either way, would give no stars if possible. Update: I’ve reached out to their support team about the error twice since they replied to this review; no response both times. If someone from their Android support actually sees this, please reach out. I’d be more than happy to get this issue resolved 🙃
3rd Update: 12/23/21: 8 months later, and this app it is literally THE WORSE! I still can’t log in, if I tried to log in, my phone freezes and then shuts off. Useless piece of space on my phone. 2nd UPDATE: 4/28/21: it has been almost 7 months and app still freezes way too much! So many features are mentioned on what the latest update includes but what good does it do IF I can’t even pass the login page. It freezes and shuts down. WORSE APP EVER!
This app has gotten notably better over the past few years. I would have rated this app one star a few years ago due to biometric login issues. Login was so frustrating that I switched off this card as my primary card. Giving it 3 stars because the app has gotten a lot better but still has limited autopay features (I want it to pay current balance & I want to be able to pay in advance of my schedule payment so my schedule payment is a safety net only.) App looks crisp and clean.
