  1. Terrible app. So many glitches. The modules are juvenile and basic. Entering food consumed is impossible with the drop down of choices. Once you finish a fast day, you can’t go back and look at accomplishment. Workout included in subscription is just a timer, otherwise you have to pay more for workouts. I should have done the trial instead of paying for 3 months. A total waste.

  2. Not what I purchased. After completing questionnaire, I was provided a calendar with workouts and meal plans for the day. After closing and going back in, it’s a different view. The one workout I completed had instructions and previews prior to starting. That access is gone. The workouts in my plan tab have no transitions and no instructions. The calendar plan was very good and I was very excited to get going. I can’t seem to find that plan in the app or my emails. Very disappointed

  3. There are no spoken instructions. Distance from wall, angle of body when performing exercises… nothing. Having to look at your screen constantly is not good. I cast it on my TV but I couldn’t make the video full screen on my phone to begin with. Voice commands when performing exercises with video are super important. Many times it adds to your motivation too. I had to keep pausing to switch positions for the next exercise and I couldn’t just start over. Not good.

  4. I like the wall pilates, but no transition time in between exercises. It also needs sound, a voice explaining the exercise and what is coming up next. It needs to be more planned out so that you don’t keep switching from standing to being on the floor. If you had transition time between exercises then it wouldn’t matter as much.

  5. The probably has some good features, but I was more interested in the workouts. With no voice or indication to get ready for next exercise, I miss parts and feel rushed. I also wish there were some basic instructions, reminders on form. I agree with others on no annoying background music is nice. I definitely won’t use the app till they do more with the workouts.

  6. first workout. was a good series of exercises, but there is no time allowed for position changes. like if an exercise is standing, then flows right I to the next, and if it is on the floor, you miss out on a few of the exercises and vise versa. maybe I will flow better after more practice. but a 5 second pause between, to get next move down would be helpful. really at any level.

  7. I like it and I’m going to keep doing it because I have goals and made the purchase/commitment for 3 months. However, the workouts could make more sense. They go from a mat being parallel to the wall to being vertical constantly so you make a decision to keep the mat to the benefit of you for the majority of the time which is vertically. They go from up to down workouts constantly with no flow. I lose time doing each move because I need to watch what shes doing then reposition myself completely.

  8. I bought a 3 month subscription, thinking this app would actually be useful. I even read reviews that led me to believe it would be, but it isn’t. The workouts are not even narrated, just a tiny person on your phone screen, which you’re supposed to imitate for 30ish seconds, then something else. No help on if form is right, no encouragement, just a tiny person on your phone screen. The app is CONSTANTLY trying to sell upgrades & doesn’t interface w/common apps like Fitbit. Waste of time & $$$.

  9. So far not impressed. The workout doesn’t have any audio to tell you what to do next, so you have to get up and look at your phone and watch each exercise before starting it. Then there is also no time between exercises to shift from one position to the next. I thought that the app would give me the directions in my earbuds so that I could go through a workout seemlessly, but that doesn’t appear to be how it works. I will see if there are some other settings that improve it.

  10. I feel like this app needs ALOT of improvements. It won’t let me adjust my fasting time, for one. I decided to start fasting early one day, but then about an later, I decided to have an alcoholic beverage, and there’s no way to delay your fasting once you started. Also, when tracking my calories, the app has nothing in its history. I’ve used calorie apps before, and this one is super inconvenient. I’ve paid for 3 months so I guess I’ll just keep using it.

  11. There is no volume/talking. I know that there a timer in place to warn you of the next move however it just goes straight to the next move without giving you time to get on position. There is no way to back time for restart. I’m going to give it a few more tries, before I go back to FitOn, bc the methods might work even though I don’t care for the presentation of the workout.

  12. Lisamarie dice:

Edit 1/5/23 this is very much like Noom. Almost exactly, but without a coach and with the added benefit of workout options. They do need a way to go back and restart the exercise I don’t see a way to do that. Also I’m screencasting this on my TV but it certainly would also be amazing if this app was available on the smart TV so that you could just do the workout without screen casting

  13. I’ve only done 1 workout so far. The app needs improvement. Transitions between exercises would be great. As well as an explanation of how to do them, which muscles you should engage and how to breath through it. I’ve also read the first 2 chapters and, as a petite woman who doesn’t have any body image issues and just want to be healthier, I don’t resonate with the writing. Somethings are helpful like reconizing automatic negative thoughts and reevaluating your core beliefs! But needs more work.

  14. ** dice:

I’ve only used it a few times. It’s a little different from traditional videos- no annoying voices, just a person doing the excercises. You need to be ready to start when starting the video, as it just jumps in. But I like it 👌. I’ve done the senior stretch, I believe it’s called. I used to excercise a lot, then life and a few things like osteoporosis and stenosis set in. Before things ruin my body, I figured I better get moving. So far, so good! I’d definitely recommend it.

  15. Super basic. Food only logged in ounces. Need to add ability to log in cups, tbsps, etc. Can’t see nutritional info at all. Maybe strike a deal with my fitness pal. You ha to be logged in on the computer to get the workout for the day, doesn’t show on the app. Have not been able to try the recipes because they don’t let you see the ingredients until the day you’re supposed to eat it. I’m not going to the grocery store every day before breakfast for engredients. Need a low fat low carb meal plan.

  16. I wish there’s a time for the transition from 1 exercise to the next. It’s so hard getting down on 1 exercise then get up on the next. If I want to pause for the next 1 its a waste of time pausing for all the exercises in 1 set. And I need a coach while doing the exercise instead of complete silence. No music either try to check fitcoach. They’re app is more inviting than this.

  17. Workouts didn’t consider my bad knees. There was no demonstration on how to properly perform each exercise. No pauses in between exercises made it extremely difficult to change positions. I was better of without the app and using the free version of Noom. This isn’t even a pilates workout program. It’s a lie!

  18. It’s great that it has loads of recipes and exercises, even that it includes a fasting recommendation. BUT why can’t I get this on my tablet where everything could be on a much bigger screen? The exercise screen won’t even rotate on my phone so it could be a little larger? A little more tech friendly would get more stars from me. Would also be great to have an option to print the recipes. Please?

  19. Mel T dice:

I purchased a 12 week subscription and I’m very disappointed. It’s very limited, and it’s not even clear what benefits are included with my subscription. Also, I am trying to turn off the auto renew option for this subscription and I am unable to. This subscription does not come up in the subscription section on my Google play app and it doesn’t show in the app. Very frustrating.

  20. Nadja El dice:

Love the layout and all functions. Please add a 5 sec transition period between exercises! I lose so much time whenever the exercises shift between standing and on the floor. Also the ability to add more food and water to the tracking in Hindsight (a day later) would be awesome.

  21. Terrible instructions and boring avatar. There’s no time between position switches. It just pops from one to the next and they vary between on the floor and the mat perpendicular to the wall and against the wall with mat parallel. So you have to catch it and pause every time to readjust your position. Not worth the 15 I paid and certainly not worth 30 sub every month. Plus the constant badgering of add ons. Bah!

  22. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Now I see the same complaints I have. There’s no time built in for transition and no demonstration. Also, I expected a demonstration or follow along from an actual person, due to having to download a “video.” I’m only a couple of days in. The exercises are good, but there’s room for improvement from the actual platform.

  23. Hope Ash dice:

This is a very middle of the rode app for me. The videos do not have an instructor talking you through the workout, explaining good form or what muscles to target. They also don’t give you any transition time between exercises. Also ever time I log into the app it asks me to make an in app purchase, which is very frustrating considering I already bought my program just to use the app at all. That being said, I’m going see how I feel about the actual workouts by the end of the month.

  24. this is a pretty good site. I have balance issues so they do have modified exercises that I am able to do. but just a word of caution: when you are registering online, they will keep trying to get you to add more products at a discount to your subscription, and even when you log in for the first time. don’t fall for it until you’ve tried some of the diet plans and the exercises first.

  25. I’ve only done 2 workouts and I’m new to Wall Pilates but so far I’m disappointed that I have to pause each exercise due to zero transition time for moving from a floor position to standing and changing the direction of my mat. Im not a beginner at wxercise or these typesbof apps. I also don’t like that I’m forced to X out of a request to upgrade every time I open the app. I’m already paying for what I want.

  26. When you pay for a membership here, remember that there are a lot of problems with the app, and not everything is straightforward. For example, I was confused about the extra costs, which I did not expect.I had been using a similar fitness assistant for a long time, but with free access. I decided to find something more interesting in the Play Market and came across this one. I expected a lot more from the paid counte

  27. I really wanted to get in better shape, and this sports software was meant to assist. Instead of the risk-free trial time, outstanding outcomes, and recommended food list, however, it provided me with a tense experience that left me feeling completely spent and dejected. I should have carefully read the remarks and choose an application that better suited me.

  28. When deciding to buy a subscription, take into account the fact that there are hidden costs in the app. The developers sell some features separately from the subscription. I’m frustrated becauseI was counting on exactly the functionality that costs a separate fee. The final amount of usage for me was much higher than I expected. I do not recommend it.

  29. This is probably the worst fitness assistant I could have chosen. I have used many analogs before it, so I have a lot to compare it to. There is very poor functionality here, the app does not offer anything interesting or unique. In addition, here, the most primitive but important functions are missing. The program can’t even be opened without access to the internet. I might as well just work out at the gym.

  30. Just a worthless fitness assistant. I regret spending the money and time on a membership here. If there really was a trial period here, there’s no way I would have bought a subscription. The app is full of pitfalls; too many problems with the functionality. The developers, instead of fixing the bugs, are removing the trial option. Cheaters and swindlers.

  31. This is definitely the worst fitness assistant you could pick from the Play Market list. What angered me the most was the strange way the subscription works. It can’t be controlled,so I contacted support to turn it off. I was ignored until it automatically extended again. After, I did get an answer and agreed to let me go. But at the end of the month, it charged me again. I am asking for help and hoping for justice!

  32. I chose this fitness assistant because it seemed to me that its services were the most favorable in comparison with other analogs in the Play Market. But as it turned out, this was not the case. The subscription was indeed cheaper, but it gave many times less. What I was promised was not included in the subscription price. I had to buy the necessary features separately. It came out to be much more expensive.

  33. I want to complain about the terrible work of the algorithms for selecting individual nutrition plans. The assistant did not give me any of the products that I selected earlier during the registration. The first few days,I thought it was a bug or a bug and they were about to give me my perfect diet, but no. Neither after a week nor by the end of the month, did the app offer me my favorite food. I didn’t like it. Lots of other problems.

  34. This is probably the most ill-conceived fitness app in the entire Play Market. There are a lot of trivial problems that are very easy to fix. The app doesn’t have a trial version. There is also no offline mode feature. In order to keep track of my workout intensity, I need to always be connected to Wi-Fi. Since I don’t like to work out in the gym, the app didn’t work for me.

  35. When buying access to this app, I did not expect it to have hidden costs. When choosing a fitness assistant in the Play Market, I compared their functionality and the cost of the subscription. As it turned out, I was deceived. The functionality that I was promised turned out to need to be purchased separately from the subscription. This comes out to be much more expensive than any other fitness app. It’s just awful.

  36. I’m autistic with ADHD. Only a few days in, I don’t like daily upgrade ads. The UI was a little difficult at first. I wish there were optional verbal prompts throughout the exercises. It’s hard to look at screen to see what and how to do exercises while doing them. I need verbal directions and reminders. Only trying for 3 months unless they add verbal prompts.

  37. When using this fitness assistant, I noticed problems with the diet algorithm. Even in the very beginning, I chose a certain list of foods that suited me. But when I paid to log in,I saw a diet that didn’t have any of what I had selected. No one could tell me the reason why. Believe me, it’s very hard to stick to an unpleasant diet. Disliked.

  38. I strongly advise choosing another fitness assistant from the Play Market list. I absolutely did not like this app. The service here is horrible, and the customer experience is poor. But the worst part is the way the subscription is set up here. Once you activate it, you tie it to your card, after which it is very difficult to disconnect. The support operator ignored me at first. Then they tried to convince me to stay a customer. But after all that, there is no way I would agree.

  39. I do not want to recommend this fitness assistant because of a lot of problems. There is no trial version, no offline mode, and there is also the problem of communicating with support. But the real challenge for me was eating the foods I was advised to eat here every day. The app ignored my food preferences and recommended things I couldn’t eat. It was difficult and frustrating.

  40. I cannot recommend this fitness app to anyone. I resent the weird working conditions of the mandatory subscription. They won’t let you try it out, they literally make you pay.But it’s worth knowing that when you connect, the subscription asks for access to your card. It doesn’t connect to your profile inside the app, it connects to your card. I don’t recommend it.
