Downloaded the app to place my first order ever, took 20 minutes going over the menu and placing my items in the cart. Entered a gift card and debit card and when I went to place the order, an error message pops up saying an error has occurred. I tried several more times and finally gave up. If you are going to offer a service, make sure it works before wasting everyones time! Update: I sent an email to them like they asked and noone has responded, they don’t seem to actually care at all.
I just want to browse the local menu! Seems I have to fill out pages and passwords to look at menu! Not a good way to get new customers. Frustrating. Not everyone wants to order immediately..looking for anniversary dinner later in week..it wants to take order. Like to look at the menu!!
As good as the food is, that’s how bad this app functions. I can never get a call about my place in line. Worse than that I can never get a place in line through the app without showing up physically. I’ve now tries ordering through the app, which forced me to delete the appetizer sampler because none of the options are available, but they can be ordered individually. And THEN, it won’t even let me pay for my to-go order. The app is terrible.
I’ve used this app several times over several months now. Scanning the qr code almost never works, so I always end up entering the code manually, which is faster anyway. The signature never works, so every payment gets submitted with an indecipherable scribble for a signature, which seems like a bad idea. A couple of times the app just wouldn’t connect – was unusable. One time the payment submitted without with the tip percentage I chose, but there was no way to cancel/resubmit a corrected payment. Luckily I had cash to leave for a tip, which isn’t always the case. Originally, there was a page that showed a history of my visits and payments through the app. This is gone now. I can’t even see the payment I just made. Why would they take that away? This app seems to get worse over time.
