Does not store messages before sending. Error deletes your message, meaning you lose it. Draft and Outbox folders exist in theory but are apparently not used. Instead of storing your message temporarily as a Draft or temporarily putting it in the Outbox before Sending, your message is just Sent and if there’s some kind of error: pffft, gone. Start over. I know of no other email app that works this way and am, frankly, shocked.
Great alternative to Outlook. I had been using Outlook for decades and it has started crashing on the Android and Chrome devices. I’ve been using this app for the past couple weeks and it works flawlessly. It has one integrated inbox which simplifies my accounts and is just plain easy. I’m very happy that this app exists!
I have been using this app continuously for at least 2 years , and lately (the past few months) has been kind of slowing down . But today is acting weird: it keeps opening one same chain of emails even though I choose other emails. One new email arrived , and it still didn’t open it but marked it as read…. After spending some time trying to make it work, I finally came with the idea of closing the app and opening it again, and fortunately, the problem was solved. Hope will not happen again.
Most email apps for Android are design for phones. This one works the best (of those I tried) on Chromebook laptops. It gives you more of a feeling of a full desktop experience, than those designed for the tiny screen. One thing I wish it had was the concept of “tool tips” like you get on many Windows apps that quickly remind you what a button does.
