  1. It’s a okay app. There are other free apps I like better. I downloaded this one when it was offered for free and then 10 days in it asked me to pay. I would save your money and use another one. The workouts are to easy, they don’t describe how to do the workouts to make sure you do it correctly, even when you click the ? For more description. The visuals of the workouts are not very helpful. You could probably do better on your own.

It would be great to have customized rest time setup for custom workouts. I also noticed I couldn’t find pullups and pistol squats. I think being able to include YouTube videos, with “start from” and “stop time” could enhance the experience by providing All the exercises and workouts we want to perform at once (with a customized rest time in between 😉). For the rest the app works great, the included workouts are interesting and the food tracker is a killer feature. Great job, thanks for that!

Excellent app for beginners. If you want to start working out but don’t want to spend money on an app, this is a great place to start. Nice varying exercises for overall body as well as specific target areas. Would recommend trying it out. Other feature include weight tracking and calorie tracking.

  4. Great App. Every app could use some improvements, but for what I need from this one, it delivers. Something to improve: In the meal plan, include calorie count. Since we cannot all access the foods you recommend, especially in Africa, we can always have substitutes, hence the importance of calorie count.

Been using Pro version for a while and all the sudden I need to pay extra to unlock workout I was doing for a while – in PRO(!) version. Disgusting

  6. App is very good for home workout. I don’t use the dieta5 part do can’t say much. Human Graphics can be improved to see realistic body movements. I am happy .. keep up the good job

  7. Overall app is best. Nice workouts without equipments and i can see the results. But there are updates that can be made inorder improve user experience add 3d tutorial for all the exercises along with change of angles. Cons : there is one workout in warmup adv called wrist extension stretch where it is ×20 i was confused whether it is 20sec or 20times as there is no action provided in that look at this and fix this type of issues

  8. Disapointing! The app is good but the developer does not appear to be honest. They offer the full app as a promotion and then lock it and ask for money!

  9. P dice:

Got the pro version, still it’s asking me to pay to unlock the workout plans. Edit: No response from the developer from over a month. Won’t suggest to buy if this is how a user is treated.

  10. I’ve got the pro version which is supposed to come with all plans. I followed one plan for 5 days and then it asked to pay to unlock to continue. Very bad experience. There are lots of other apps. Don’t waste time on this one.

  11. So far so good. Brings out a good sweat. Just that the update made the narrator glitchy

  12. Great app. Timing is perfect to stay on track.

  13. robin c dice:

Doing the 28 day challenge makes you realise how much work you have to do. Great sets of work outs with instructional video to show you what to do

  14. Loving it so far. I have a target to reach. If i do get there, you will see a detailed blog about that and how this app helped me get there.

  15. Great, I think my stomach is getting flatter, could be the intermittent fasting I’m doing at the same time though

  16. I have purchased workout pro app from playstore and used it for 10 days. Now it is asking to unlock the app by paying money.

  17. Brilliant well timed programs with easy to follow instructions. I like the ability to skip these now that I am familiar and enjoy the reminders and having no adds.

  18. Yalok Iy dice:

Asks to purchase the All plan again, but I did it already at the end of last year. Also, the new version erased all my workouts history.

  19. Disgusted. Got the pro version of this app in a sale and have been working through the different challenges. Got half way through week two for all of them and suddenly it says I need to purchase each plan to carry on. I’ve never encountered such deviant, knavish money grabbing trickery. I’ve used better free apps and I’ll be going back to them. It’s just a shame I’ll have mess up my routine because of this app.

  20. P C dice:

Would be great if you could at least preview the next 30 workouts to see if it’s a program you want to start, but you can’t see workout 2 until you’ve finished workout 1, etc. Only one full body workout, and no options with it. The rest are muscle focused. Not as complete as most of the other apps. STILL no option to have any sort of sound indicator thats not a really obnoxious voice coach.

  21. The best workout app I have ever tried!!! I highly recommend it to all those who need to get in shape especially those who think they can’t do it… Easy to do exercises with promising results. I am only at day 8 at the moment and noticed significant changes like stronger, more defined muscles and burst of energy. Remember, the expert at anything was once a beginner… Who knows you could be the next Chris Heria…

  22. It is lacking the ability to change an exercise with another one if you are hurt for example, it does not allow to view the whole long term exercise schedule to replace exercises from it, time allowed in some exercises is long and for some other very short, graphics not clear enough on some complicated exercises. Does not give your body a rest in the 30 period day. Also there are days that overloads exercises on the same muscles. Overall I have had better results with other exercise apps.

  23. D O dice:

I love that there is a meal plan for vegetarians. This app has and gives a lot more than what a lot of the fitness apps out there don’t offer or overcharge you with subscription prices. Your health is important it’s worth the few $$ to just buy the PRO version.

  24. Amazing. I never got into a workout routine and now that I have two kids, it’s been even harder to find time to workout. This app is convenient and fast, I can get into the app literally anytime snd anywhere and do a 15 min workout, no pesky ads in the way. The animations clearly show they should be done. Love the google fit integration too!

  25. It’s incredibly annoying that the app keeps asking you to rate it, and there’s no way to turn that off. Otherwise it’s fine, but I can’t give more than 3 stars until the app gives you the option to get rid of all the unnecessary popups. This is supposed to be the no-ad version, so stop the advertising for yourself!

  26. Good home workout app with plenty of variety. Easy to follow and visuals are helpful. Not 5 star yet, as I’d like to be able to create a custom workout for one day and be able to copy across the whole 60 days. Having to create individual days is too time consuming.

  27. And Ers dice:

Good app to start exercising at home, but not good enough to continue using it. Need an option to swap exercises (sometimes it’s needed). And when you want to skip the rest it’s very inconvenient that exercise starts right away, especially when it’s an exercise with the timer. Should skip until 3,2,1.

  28. Some excercises and streches are just bad for the back. Estethically its a misunderstanding, high quality images with ripped abs and astonishingly low quality animations. Music during workout should be turned of by default. It is also just bad. Not many excercises, although mix of challenges and excercises for each grup is ok, but seen on other apps as well. Are far better application on market, much room to improve it. This app is just a low quality rip-off of many others, but now paid. Gg devs

  29. GREAT APP! 💥 “ALL PLAN PURCHASED” 👉 NO (NORMAL) SITUPS??? ADD THIS!! 👉ALSO ADD: Ability to CUSTOMIZE your OWN MEALS (LIKE KETO)! (Default meals suck). 👉ADD ABILITY TO DUPLICATE CUSTOM DAY WORKOUTS! 👉MUSIC is great, but would like MY OWN MUSIC as background. Can’t mark an unfinished workout to completed if it wasn’t finished at that time. App forces finish if not completed that day. Must start previous day instead of next day two, for example. 👉AUTO PAUSE when phone rings. THANKS AGAIN!😀

  30. this is a cool app for which I would normally give 5 stars. However, in all the exercises they have, there is not a single one that is for the back muscles. Also they have a category four arms, legs, and just about anything but nothing for the back! yes, you might be able to figure out which of all the exercises may also benefit your back muscles, but it would seem that an app of this class should have it’s on category for the back and also specific back exercises that somebody could do.

  31. Alex x dice:

No settings for Google fit – it syncs as “gymnastics” and said 10 min in Fit but 5m36s in Workout app. Rarely enough time for doing exercises at the speed the animation shows. Often better to look up exercise on youtube rather than trying to mimic animated character. Instructions for exercises are also not always clear or says stuff that isn’t happening in the animation, such as “grab your ankle” when animated character does not. No indicator which part of the body the exercise activates/trains.

  32. Can’t update and install after deleting

  33. A very good app and helpful in guiding and motivating me through a series of workouts. I have rated it 3 stars only because there is no version for Android TV. Will up it to 5 as soon as a TV version is available. I also would like to see a workout regimen that can be performed by both men and women and maybe even children together so that we can work out as a family. Need not be very stressful … just light and easy to keep the family fit.

  34. I used a lot of the non-pro version before I got this and I enjoy the work out routines, as there usually a number of exercises I’ve not tried before. The 3D model and animation looks pretty hideous and I prefer the free version’s animated character a lot more. Good way to track your workout and find out new exercises you may enjoy.

  35. cannot edit/save workout in the main challenge even if it says edited/saved you lose your changes, must define custom but then not use the main app. some exercices cannot do because of back but cannot remove them from workout. its a meh at best… particularly dont like the pictures of overmuscled men shown… animations should be live instead of weird cgi

  36. Actually useful free version! Unlike most other apps, this one actually includes some helpful workouts without requiring a subscription. The abs challenge in particular is really well designed. Looking forward to trying more before deciding to upgrade.

  37. looks like most of the “excersises” are a selection of stretches and a few basics from grade school. not a single mention of even a dumbbell, yet the imagery in the app seems to show bodybuilders… The 3d model demonstrations, while a good idea, is done somewhat poorly, with some hilarious movements and stretched polygons here and there.

  38. There’s a weird bug. After completing a certain exercise, in break section it always shows push ups as next exercise even if it’s not. If you hit pause in the middle of exercise and then resume it always skip to next one in the list. There should be a video tutorial or link to the YouTube video or at least Gif about next exercise should be provided in the break/pause section. Other than that this app is good.

  39. The app is great and i like the animation for each exercise. BUT Everytime i am trying to edit a workout or edit an existing custom work out , changes are not saved !! i am trying to edit repetition and adding more exercise, press save then quit all and restart, nothing was saved!

  40. Excellent so far. Started the 28 day program. There’s a clear progression, good variety of exercise so it doesn’t get boring. Very understandable voice trainer that tells you when to get ready for your next exercise etc. It also feels rewarding. People who have made this app seem to know their way around a gym 🙂 5****
