Your app doesnt have many features that your competitor yandex, has, so please implement them when you can: – when starting a new order, the pickup location is always automatically set. give us field, where we can change it, before selecting the destination. – no star/feedbacks for drivers. – when we zoom out and scroll across map, as soon as we take fingers away, the marker automatically zooms into the map, and we have to re-zoom out again. make autozoom disabled ,or any option to turn it off.
These guys are shady. Unsafe. Driver shows up in a different car than the app states. Uses different name (photo of driver is the same???!!!) And could not communicate where to go. Cancel ride…they charge cancellation fee. Book next ride…SAME DRIVER! SAME CAR!. Had to cancel that too. Third driver was exactly as advertised, but I’m probably done with this app. Completely unsafe and no verification.
I love the app(Georgia). Selection of drivers and cars is amazing. Clean cars, Polite drivers, pick up timing is on point. Although, my only and most important concern is the map of the app. It is unbearable to use, specifically in Tbilisi. Choosing an address is a nightmare. It can never find exact location, some of the streets are not even searchable. I would like to ask the support team and technical group, to work on the map of Georgia to improve user experience. Thank you⭐
It’s alright in general. Nice UI, intuitive, etc. But there’s a single problem which made me rate Bolt a 3. The story goes: you will be able to go for a run, make coffee, and eat your breakfast before you get a driver. Guys, seriously, fix this. It is not possible to use the app because the drivers keep cancelling the ride, and it takes forever to get at least someone to do their job.
