Every month, without fail, the app locks me out. My monthly payment is taken but it never recognizes that I have an active subscription. When I hit “restore” it says it can’t find my info and pushes the yearly subscription on me. I like the app a lot. But I lose several days a month not being able to use it. I do not recommend this editor what so ever. I’ve had a lot of issues with it over time. my biggest one is that it keeps just deleting the projects I’m working on, just randomly. Like no warning or anything. I’ll be working on an edit and suddenly the application will crash, and when I reopen it the file is gone. It’s a massive bummer. and also a massive waste of time.
