There were so many issues with the audio and video feed that I gave up. The issue with my 1st session was attributed to weather disruption. The 2nd time I tried the app cut in and out the same way it did during the 1st session. I thought if it was an issue with using Android, so for the 3rd session I used my wife’s iPhone. I realized ten minutes into the session that the same problems were happening, so I quickly switched to a PC. Again, the issues persisted. I hope I’m not charged for this.
Need therapy to operate this app. When you pick a provider you don’t get a full list. A small subset is forced on you. Once a provider is picked it will force u to “informed consent” page which says “you can decline anytime” but it doesn’t have a disagree button!! Then sometimes your provider can suddenly change without notice or reason. Then if you wish to change providers, the control is a completely unintuitive location under “payments and plans”. Then the TS support won’t respond at times.
I received counseling from a wonderful therapist. However, when my situation changed I put my membership on pause. Prior to it renewing, I attempted to cancel but there was no way to do so through the app. I then emailed support, their automated did not provide a solution. I emailed back 2-3 times with no reply. I then saw I could request a refund through the automated system. I attempted to do so but got an error message halfway through the processing. I tried again but could not do so.
I’ve been really needing therapy lately, and as a minor it’s hard to find cheap/free therapy, so I looked up “free therapy” in the app store and this is what came up first. I was hoping it would work because it looks really nice, but, I couldn’t even sign up! I signed up, verification email was sent, I clicked on it, and I sent me back to to sign up screen! I tried so many times to log in, but it still didn’t work. So, if that’s just a bug, could you fix it? Cuz I seriously need a therapist.
