With the exception of not being able to ever use your wallet to pay at the register and more than half the time your points do not ever reflect when you do the mobile checkout. You’re supposed to get 10 times the points when you do mobile check out and it never has gone through for me not once. I’ve got regular points couple times but never 10 times the points so that’s a false advertising. Other than that it’s really cool and I recommend check it out
This app cannot be used when there is no internet access. And the app developer does not allow screenshots of the barcode, So you cannot use the app or scan the barcode when you have no way to connect online. More and more stores are closing, making it difficult to find a 7-Eleven, then once you do, you have no way to use the app. You make it as difficult as possible to get to a store, then make the app unusable. It would be Great if you made it where the BARCODE could be scanned OFFLINE.
I used to think this app was great!! But this year, points weren’t showing correctly, they were going DOWN every DAY, and I wasn’t using the points, and there isn’t any history showing I used my points! THEN, they decided to take away points in a certain time frame, if not used? Well I list tens of thousands of points!! I worked hard to get those points and they just took them and kept taking them!!
7 Eleven’s app is easy to navigate and understand. ,You earn points quickly and they can even combine your account points and your points earned from just using your phone number with a simple phone call. When I combined my account and my phone number I had over 2,000 points. I got so many snacks and a pizza for free! They make it easy for you just like a ‘convenience’ store should!
