This app is slower than anything I’ve sat through to listen to. Just constant loading. You go to favorite 1 item… be careful, you’ll be there an easy 10 minutes before you realize you should just close the app (and maybe run). Glitches like crazy!! Adds constant duplicates of an item… or doesn’t add your item at all. I’m honestly very surprised and taken back by the fact that SAKS out of all companies, doesn’t have a better app. This app is just overall poorly designed and runs very poorly.
Stay away!!!! They sent me boots that were the wrong size and when I tried to return them in store they told me I have to ship them back (no in store returns in Canada even though this isn’t mentioned on the website). I’ve sent countless emails and two months later I’ve gotten nowhere. They’re useless and the online product is hit and miss. I shop at the actual store all the time, but I will never order online again and now I’m tempted to shop elsewhere all together – I feel like I was robbed!
This app works poorly. Once item is in the cart it goes back to the original price and when reviewing items it adds more of the same item. I would not recommend h this app. Considering the high quality name you would think that the app would be just as high quality. Not ! Need to do much better
Pitiful…As long as it took get an app, you would think it would be great, but sadly it’s less than satisfactory. It’s terribly slow and takes forever to load and refresh. It’s almost too frustrating to use.
I downloaded the app and it was working so slowly and badly that I was curious if the reviews here would say same thing and then I read all the reviews and yes it’s true don’t bother downloading it cuz u can’t shop. Nothing loads and if it does it takes a full minute or more….. Shame cuz I’d probably order a lot from them if app actually worked.
Pictures are not showing. Downloaded app, went to search for bag I wanted, and no pictures. So I didn’t buy anything…bummer. Missed sale, and will probably wait until I can take a trip to California instead of using app.
Huge merchandise choices and beautiful goods.
When I filter my size, it’s adding an additional size. If I click on a heart, it never stops buffering. The app has always been annoying.

So bad. Can’t even log in to my web-created account, or even find any products using the app’s search functionality.
Shopping difficulty. Nothing is being added to my bag. I worked for 5 minutes then it stopped. I was shopping online but it happened there too. How do you expect us to make you money if we can’t even add items to our bag let alone checkout!?
Amazing! Always good sales at Saks Off 5th Ave. And there’s a very diverse selection of designer brands to choose from. Great clothing choices. Just bought 4 great winter coats too. Real Fox fur. Niceeeee!
This app is a scam. Charged my visa card and didn’t send me any sort of confirmation. Their customer service agents all lie. What a joke of a company. Never shop with them.
I paid for an item that was never shipped then got a partial refund for it. Customer service is horrible.
Don’t download the app to avoid purchasing anything from Saks Off 5th. I bought a pair of $500 earrings, and the pearl fell off after three months and customer service said they can’t help me.
Poor, had to delete an install again. Loads very slowly, making it very frustrating to shop.

Stay away. They double charge your bank card, the items are NOT as described and delivery is a joke. The Saks brand products are garbage as is their customer service.
I order Armani shirt I get staind saks off shirt I order Hugo Boss shoes I get dusty beaten saks off shoes that has nothing to do with my order. It’s either the workers that keep discounted products for themselves or they send saks off product if they don’t have it in stock!
