I kept hoping quality would get better but it just gets worse. My first order I was happy with. Everything else has been awful, the colors have been completely off, someone decided to change the zoom level for the image I had put on a blanket and cut off the top and bottom of the image. Even with the “free” monthly gift the products just aren’t worth it for $8.99 shipping.
I love this app and the entire family of apps! Of course the shipping is a little higher than you hope, it’s based around giving away free stuff… But! I am regularly willing to pay for the similar items when they aren’t on “freebie month” and that seems to balance things out pretty well. If you’re only using it because you want free stuff, go away, free stuff isn’t real. This however, is higher quality than most and is honestly a wonderful avenue for testing out designs on mediums!
I love the free items I get once a month. Even though it’s not completely free due to shipping and handling but I love the items I can put photos on. A lot of options. Just wish the shipping and handling wasn’t so pricey. Great app with great options… I’d recommend this to anyone. Especially for a meaningful and memorable gift.
The item I ordered, the “free gift” was just really, really cheaply made, the edges weren’t even straight and there were huge lines going through all the photos that I don’t think washing would help. It was supposed to be a gift for someone and I couldn’t even bring myself to show it to them. I contacted customer support for a refund and never heard back from anyone. Deleted the app, will never try it again. So disappointed.
Absolutely love this app. I am able to make cute little photo books each month for my baby. There are many styles/designs/colors. Not one of my books is the same. They will be awesome memories to look back on when she is older. Also had a great experience with customer service. One of my books was missing pages and I emailed about it. They sent a new one right away.
I’d really like to be able to use this app, especially with this month being a free photo blanket, however as soon as I click on the “personalize” button I get a message that the app isn’t responding. I might try again later, due to photo blankets being super rad (especially free ones). 😀 I was able to personalize an item for sale on here, but not the item being offered for free. If I can’t get/personalize the free item, then it kind of steers me away from wanting to buy something on here.
I was just tickled, at how much you helped me get to the right and correct pictures that fit in each space, so the pictures and blanket turn out perfectly. I’m really hoping that it worked and my purchases turn out beautifully!!!! I used a different company a while ba I don’t have the words to say ck. It was amazing how horrible the pictures were!!!! My goodness, I was just floored!!!! they just took a frame and ACTUALLY sent them!!!!
Free prints works great. Free gifts, not so much. I had all kinds of problems last month with the blanket. Never did get it straightened out so never ordered. Thought maybe it was me. This month tried to order the mug. Pictures went on fine but wouldn’t let me put it in the cart. Decided to just come back later and check. It’s not in the cart and unlike the blanket which kept the pictures, it didn’t save the pictures to the cup. Will try for a few more days, then will delete the app if not succe
The products are good quality and so cute! We’ve gotten a photo blanket and personalized beach towels so far and we’re very happy with them! You just pay shipping and a small upgrade fee if you choose to upgrade. They also usually offer you a discount on extra orders all rolled into the one shipping price. Very reasonable!
App is pretty user friendly but today when I tried to open it to check the status of an order (my first order) I’m getting a “Network Error” that says “there seems to be a connection difficulty”. So I tried to open the original free prints app to check that order and it’s working fine, no issues at all. I don’t think it’s an issue in my end.
This was a really great app but the last several updates have caused numerous crashes nearly impossible to create photo calendar. Most recent update slightly better at least I was able to complete calendar put it in my cart without losing it altogether. The 2nd most recent update caused me to loose everything more than once. Also products are priced too high to purchase.
There is no way to change the background or to add text or anything fun! The tutorial popped up twice but when i actually wanted to look at it, I couldn’t find it! Every single picture i tried to use had the yellow ! on it. That makes is seem like the only picture I should use are perfectly taken studio pics, nothing from my phone itself was good enough.
Edit* I just realized what I was doing wrong! Updating my rating! I had to scroll over to the templates. Love the idea of the app. I just lost my one dog so I want to put all of my dogs on the blanket and upgrade the size of it. It’s a bummer you can’t customize the blanket in the app. I used another photo app but I can’t get the dimensions right so it cuts my picture off. I was really hoping to be able to create this blanket. I even have a custom photo that I want added to the array of pictures.
I went in the middle with the reviews because though the monthly free gift is great and they turn out great the shipping for some of the items is RIDICULOUS! The one month they offered a canvas photo as a free gift but the shipping was $16. I was like.. WHAT? THAT’S A RIP OFF… PASS! The items are worth it, but Watch the shipping price because they will rip you off!
I’ve used this a few times but this month there was an update. The pillow is too hard to edit. It keeps swapping and changing pictures. I’ve arranged them like 5 times and it keeps moving them around on its own or duplicating pics. Such a pain. I finally gave up. 5 stars if you can get your app functioning properly and get it easy to use
Pictures are very nicely detailed and done perfectly. Very easy to pick out the Pictures that you want and easy to use the app. Prices are affordable and shipping takes no more than 2 weeks. Now you even get a free item every month with no subscription needed. I recommend downloading the app.
the app is awesome because I’m able to print anything I want free (total of 85 prints) every month +free gift only pay shipping, plus they’ve really got a vast variety of product choices.I do wish things cost a wee bit less as well as more options on thi gs for personal design ideas and not so structured with text so that numbers or symbols could be used. and lastly if color options on photo blan, mugs and even photo tile and Tshirts was available. That would be really awesome! (pretty please)
So a few days ago I recieved an offer for my “free Gift” it was the magnets. They were free I think I paid $1 more for two & shipping. I would Not recommend their magnets. The quality of the pictures aren’t that great. If you want Nice size Magnets use the FreePrint app. They are larger and very much more vibrant! I’m giving a 1 star for now. Hopefully if I do purchase in the future it will hold up with what I get using the FreePrints App.
Cute stuff but gave 4 stars because most of the categories available didn’t allow for pics to be transferred to an item. When I did attempt that, (the order after I got my free gift), the typing ended up incorrect and wouldnt allow any correct spelling for the names, (like on those awesome frosted mugs). If you could make more items available where you can transfer photos onto them I will reinstall, but most of what I see is transferring of names onto a premade designed item, (beach towels).
I like my new app, actually I got two new apps. My third was first one and really easy to use as so are these. I look forward to using these two on my laptop as my first one is on my phone where most of my picture ae located. After I am completed with tying the two together, the phone and the laptop, I’m looking forward to ordering my first blanket. The app says each month there is another products for free. Great, can’t wait to see what’s after that. My phone is overloaded with pictures of new grandchildren I’ve been blessed with. I believe the tiles are the next project. Happy Photographing, Lisa
I think this and free prints are hands down best app I ever seen. I think out of any single one thing I’ve ever purchased online anywhere this app and all the free prints affiliations are the best. I’ve never lost a package. they are very quick. they pack very well and they have very good quality stuff. I will continue to use them. very happy best app ever.
This has got to.be one of the greatest apps there is! This isn’t a complaint, but I wish you could go back into the app after ordering and see what it was that you ordered. I’m writing this at Xmas time, and I have ordered many things, from many places, and I lose track of what exactly I ordered. So, I think that would make this app over the top AWESOME to be able to see what exactly you ordered.
Hi, I downloaded the APP on my Android phone and tried to create a blanket. I tried it several time but it would never let me add the finished product to the shopping cart or complete the order. It kept saying Timed Out. After 5 or 6 tries I just gave up. UPDATE: I reached out to the company, but before I heard back from them, I decided to go back into the site to get some information for them and noticed my item somehow made it into my cart, and I was able to place my order. Thanks.
I ordered prints and they’re on the way. I get an email for a free 5×7. Great! My Service Dog just passed away so I hit the link which goes to the homepage… no free 5×7 link but now I’m offered a free blanket. I want to check it out so I hit the link…yup, you guessed right! No blanket but now I can get a free notebook (ugly design) or free post-its OR I can go shopping for “deals” or their whole catalog. I’m anxious to see my pictures so until they arrive? 3 stars and I’m being generous!
I started with the free prints app, so I could get my pictures off my phone, and then I downloaded this app, because I wanted the blanket for this month. I haven’t been able to open the app at all. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted my phone after closing all apps, and nothing has helped.
This is the first time I’ve used this app. I started with the free prints which I received and they were great! My experience with this app has been the opposite. I ordered two items for my daughter who is due in August. I received one of the items but the other item, a blanket with her ultrasounds printed on it has not come yet. It was supposed to be here by June first and I ordered it may 20th. No tracking info and Noone seems to know where it is.
I recently installed the app and received my first free gift today. Well not really free as you have to pay a pretty expensive S&H fee. I don’t know if the gift I received is worth the s&h that I paid for. I mean, it’s nice enough but not as nice as I expected. It was a blanket that I had personalized for my stepdad for Fathers day. I’m sure he will love it and I will use the app again to see if the quality improves with the next item. If not, I’ll probably not use this app again.
they are a scam. I got an offer for a free blanket and I got an email they cancel it because my address was invalid I order from them before and send them an email and got back an email from their csr rep saying my address was valid. They offer something and lied about address for them to not give me the free blanket we even the shipping was 12 but still wanted to get it for my parents
I have been ordering from here for almost a year!! Now they have 6 credit cards on file for me! I only used 1 of the 6 and they one take it! I’ve never used any other credit card but mine, so???? I don’t get why there is 6 on file and they won’t take the one I’ve always used!
Downloaded the app to get my free blanket. (I Expected to pay s/h) However when i went to check out it says the blanket is $20 plus shipping/handling so total is over $30, not free!!!
I ordered Free Prints and was eligible for a free gift. I downloaded the free gifts app and ordered the free gift paid the $15 shipping. I have not received the free gift which was for my daughter. I have tried to reach out to someone and nothing. This is terrible. I will never order anything from free prints or free gifts. What an awful thing to do to people.
I love this app,,but I made an order on April 25,2022,,it said it would be in on May12,2022 it still has not come in, and I cant track it,I have send the company emails after email cant get any one to answer me back ,or help me with it,,so plz ,,if you this app just be careful,,they are starting to get under my skin,
I have used this app for canvas photos and am so pleased with them, my mother and father have a painting given to them by my aunt whom painted it, she was a wonderful artist. I sent a photo of it to FreePrints Gifts so that my sisters and I all had a copy. I expected it to be the same as the other photos I had sent in, to my surprise what I received back was so much better than what I expected! What they sent me was not photo, but actual oil paint on canvas, WOW! We are so pleased, beautiful!
I have got some of the most beautiful gifts from this app. The prices are unbelievably cheap for the things I’ve ordered. I not only buy something for me but for my 3 daughters and grandchildren and they love it.
Updating my review to reflect upon the customer support I have no recieved regarding a missing package. They are sending a replacement and were very kind in regards to this issue. Other than this one small problem, I have no issues with this app and use it quite frequently as small gifts to give my family members (and myself!). Will definitely keep using this app. 💜
I ordered the free blanket gift & was skeptical about how it would turn out. I love it! It’s so soft!! The pictures were great, the size is perfect for toddlers that I chose. Now I want them for all my grandchildren!! I also ordered the dinosaur & he is so stinking cute & soft! Very happy with my items! Thank you so much.

You guys were right about the shipping, I picked out a tumbler but when I got to check out the shipping is 8 dollars, and it still takes more than seven days to deliver. No thanks FreePrints! Excuse me but I’ve used this app before and I don’t recall the being so expensive. Or what was it you were trying to tell me??
I ordered a blanket from this company that had 6 pictures printed on it. When I received my blanket the two top pictures had my grandson’s head cut off and the two bottom pictures had his legs cut off. Trying to reach this company is impossible. I requested on their site to either have them redo it or refund my money three different times and it has been a month with no response. Don’t believe their satisfaction guarantee. Very disappointed and don’t buy anything from them, $49.80 wasted.
I loved this app but suddenly it won’t accept my payment, either through Google pay or with my card directly. I contacted my bank and it isn’t even being sent through for payment but it is being declined every time I try to process payment. Very frustrating.
