The most basic things are missing in this app. If you do some trasaction like selling stock, you can’t see the actual sale price. You can’t see a roster of transactions and you get conflicting information. Being able to see an account history is a requirement in any financial application, and this doesn’t have it. There may be worse apps in financial services, but I have yet to see one.
Nice interface but difficult to navigate and use. This app has so much potential but a lot of the options are not what I would expect. I can’t find what I think would be straightforward info regarding my awards, sales, and transfers. History and activity don’t work… They show no activity despite a few transfers and deposits.
The app is fine for viewing your accounts. I haven’t been able to use Advice Access on the app. One constant issue with the app is the fingerprint login. The first attempt always says “We’re sorry, but we’re unable to complete your request. Please try again later”. When I dismiss and use the fingerprint login for the second time, it logs in fine.
Uninstalled and reinstalled. Still says that there is no data connection either on wifi or on mobile networks… of which I have both.
