  1. Super convenient, great for hunting down tickets late notice. Big variety of shows to choose from. Lately the prices have been inconsistent. Feel as if they are hitting me with a bait and switch. I’ll click on an event listed at a certain price only to find it actually cost more.

  2. First time through the process of purchasing tickets, I was shown the cost and no additional fees. They claim to have no ‘hidden fees.’ But when my credit card was charged, I received confirmation by email each ticket was charged an additional $25 on a $62 ticket. It seems that once an account is setup with credit card on file, the checkout page shows the fees. But it does not do so the first time and it permits you to purchase the tickets without disclosing fees prior to purchase.

  3. Bought tickets for a game and had to change plans. They made it very easy to resell them. Totally satisfied with my experience. Also looked every where else and they were the cheapest. I have lost out on tickets bought before and I must say that really was not good. But knowing I have an app that I can buy and sell tickets with out the worry of my plans changing makes me more comfortable to make those spontaneous desicions with knowing game time has my back if any changes accure.

  4. If user after user contacts you about the confusion with final $ charged, why not just fix it so the default is final $ ? Idk anyone that wants to compare a total price you pay for a ticket to a partial price you pay for a ticket. Based off the significant fees you charge for your services I feel you do this intentionally for extra revenue due to no refunds policy. If you have to explain how to use app without confusion more than a few times, maybe just fix the confusion n get better reviews!

  5. I found this app through their Tiktok advertising and was excited to start looking at what was available. I found a show I was interested in but then see that ticket price shown in search does not reflect price+fees. This normally wouldn’t be a problem but for the fees totaling to more than the tickets themselves. This comes across as money-grubbing and dishonest. I’d be willing to try this app again if this fee structure changed for the better.

Liked it overall. Used to be better. It used to alert me to events in my area, and only my area. Now it continues to alert me to events in different areas, despite reselecting my city every time it changes it. I now have to disable alerts, they are useless. I made zero changes in how I have the app setup. It worked fine in the past, but this year it changed. I’ll still use it, but no more alerts.

GameTime is pretty legit so far. Relatively good prices when it comes to live sports. They also price match to 110% for other legit ticketing apps. So if you see it cheaper somewhere else (the exact same seats) GameTime will match that price and knock off an extra 10 percent. Always proper to look around and compare options. Anyways so far so good no complaints. Though i do wish they would show the final price upfront(not as bad as bitchitmaster with fees and taxes but still misleading).

  8. nerstylist dice:

Price on the stadium map is not what you actually pay. They make it deceptive enough so you think you’re getting the initial price, then sneak their insane fees as you purchase. Their “policy” won’t allow refunds, but credit instead. Emailed customer service and it’s been nothing but canned responses with reasons for justifying their prices, or saying you need to configure the app to see the actual price. All of this can be solved by making all-in pricing default, otherwise it’s a scam!

  9. Do not use this app. Enter your info at your own risk, there is no confirmation page so it’s easy to buy tickets but they won’t confirm for 20 minutes or so. No email or nothing. Easy to double purchase if you don’t know that your first purchase went through. Then they wont give you a refund. Spoke with several customer service agents and they all tried to make you use ticketmasters broken system to resell them yourself. Terrible interface too, impossible to find what you need in settings.

  10. The app does what it’s supposed to, which is to get you tickets, and I enjoy many aspects of it. However, the inability to save tickets on a temporary list or the fact that everytime you back out of viewing a ticket it takes you back to the top of the list is frustrating and makes it difficult to plan things through the app or make veiwing easier

  11. Excellent customer service. I bought tickets less than 40 minutes before an event, and they didn’t transfer. i contacted them via the chat feature, and got several prompt, effective responses. They contacted the seller, determined the tickets weren’t available, and provided me with new tickets at no charge. I made it in with 10 minutes spare. That is impossible with any other app.

  12. Best sports ticket app ever!! I’m not sure why people are complaining, especially about the price. The price is well given with all fees at the end. It doesn’t show it at first when it shows the list of tickets but it does explain it well once you click a ticket or tickets. Plus, you can change it in the settings to let you see the set prices with all fees once you first see them. I never bought tickets so great for so cheap!! And the layout is so easy to navigate and use!!👍🏻

  13. Ar first I was thrilled. It had better deals than anyone. Now, it’s the opposite. Mostly, I only need ONE ticket. Well, the price per ticket for ONE is almost ALWAYS significantly more expensive since they’d rather collect the fees off two than sell just one. They “guarantee” prices, but there’s too much involved to get any money back from it to make it worth it. They accidentally charged me today. Wouldn’t give ANYTHING back. Nice. huh?!

  14. This app seems designed to separate you from your money as quickly as possible. My first purchase was two tickets that ended up being wildly overpriced compared to the venue website. After an unreasonable amount of back and forth with customer support, I received the difference — in app credit, of course. Customer service was quick to charge my card and then literally mocked me when I told them I wasn’t getting the service I expected. There’s more, but I’m out of space. Beware.

  15. BEWARE! DON”T DO IT! I previously downloaded the app and registered to create a profile. I never bought anything and uninstalled the app. After reinstalling the app, it automatically logged me in. However, it didn’t show my profile information. There was no name, no phone number, no email address. As you browse the app and click on a ticket option, it simply shows you the price and 2 buttons: “Add Payment Info” and “GPay” for Google Pay. I clicked on “GPay” thinking that it would take me to the checkout page to see the pricing information and if there are any extra fees associated to the ticket cost. It immediately charged me for the tickets, yet it had no name, phone, or email address to send the tickets. After contacting them, they asked me to enter my name, phone, and email address in order for them to see my order. After doing so, they said they can’t offer a refund because the seller had already issued the barcodes for the tickets. What a SHADY way of doing business. It automatically logs you into your Google Pay if you previously registered. It doesn’t have a checkout page. It doesn’t even need your name, phone, or email to charge you. NEVER AGAIN.

  16. The app works fine. Gametime not. The listing of “prices” and not including or referencing the per ticket surcharge/taxes/fees until after inputting payment info is criminal. Bought what I THOUGHT was a cheap tix for $16 just to get in but then a $10 surcharge of taxes and fees (almost 70%?!). I could have bought tix on tickpick which shows ALL cost for same price in far superior location. Transparency wins for me

  17. Seamless resale purchase. It’s very easy to use. Been buying tickets from them for 2 or 3 years now. Never had a problem and all purchases are insured. The prices do fluctuate because it is a resale app and the transaction fees are a bit steep but it’s still cheaper than buying tickets from the venue. Definitely would recommend.

  18. I was prompted to give a review yesterday after I made my second purchase on this app for Dave Chappelle tickets. My first experience was great, I thought my second was great also. Today I received a text saying my tickets I purchased were no longer available and was offered a replacement. I accepted the replacement and then received another text saying those were no longer available. I noticed that the price of tickets have doubled since yesterday. Very disappointing.

  19. I feel fooled. The fees for the tickets I bought did not show on the page with the “confirm purchase” button. Later on I found out an extra $200 was charged on fees. Customer service did not solve the problem and did not want to reimburse me, even though this was before the 24 hours period they advertise (would give me credits but not my money back). Also, my credit card number was saved in the app without my consent. Not a trustworthy company.

  20. If you can get last minute tickets from people who can’t make the event and are selling theirs cheap… It’s a good app. That almost never happens in my city though. And just now looking at a couple of shows with face value tickets available, they’re $76 (with all fees) for two tickets through the promoter, or $106 through gametime. That is an ABSURD markup. I’m finally just uninstalling the app, having only used it once it 4 years.

  21. Intuitive in the search, easy to use and not too many screens to navigate through. Had to use the customer service feature first time using the app and they were extremely helpful. *Edit* However, they are a vendor for other paries trying to sell tickets. Only the primary ticket holders can get a refund, poor pathway forward if you have to cancel, you have the option to resell on their app or the event be totally cancelled inorder to get a refund. Will be using other services for tickets.

  22. Bovey Lu dice:

Terrible experience. Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Spent over an hour looking for help via phone and live chat with no answers. Figured this was just a one time thing but it happened twice. Uninstalling and never using again. There are much better options for third party sellers for tickets. If I could give negative stars I would.

  23. Don’t fall for it. The tickets ended up with 40% surcharge even though there was no indication of any fees before buying the tickets. Ended up finding out the final price only after checking my bank account. No receipt either. Customer service offers lots of apologies for confusion with pricing, but no real help. It makes me wonder if that confusion with pricing is deliberate business model

  24. Worst experience purchasing tickets ever!! I was trying to buy 2 tickets through this app and I received an error message at the end of the process. I tried two times and after seeing that i was recieving the same message I decided to not buy it there. The surprise was when I recieved two SMS saying that my tickets where buyed. I could not cancell any of those tickets and from help center did not give me any solution. Waste of money, time and patience. Next time I will buy with Ticketmaster

  25. It’s perfect, no problems with the tickets, and it’s fast and safe, plus the prices are much better, comfortable for people on low-grade, very well, I like it really the best application there is for games

  26. Fees are way higher than other apps. For two tickets at $422 ($844 for both), the fees and taxes were a combined $389, roughly 47% of the original ticket price. Even ticket master has cheaper fees than that, so don’t let gametime fool you when they say they charge lower fees than other sites. They truly charge considerably more. Same tickets on ticket Master were $389 a piece ($778 total) with $150 for taxes and fees combined.

  27. Can’t Remove Payment Methods From App. You can add as many payment methods as you want but to remove them you have to email or call them and “request” it be removed. Also I’ve seen ticket prices change literally in front me and my girlfriend’s eyes to higher prices but on my phone or laptop be the same price it was before. The fees didn’t change they just did the airline trick where if you look at something a couple of times they bump the price up to create false scarcity/more money.

  28. The app is super easy to browse your favorite teams and score tickets easily! The tickets I purchased were a month away and still I received them instantly! Great app and super easy and convenient! 10/10 recommend!

  29. I’m having issues accepting the tickets i purchased. It takes me to a blank screen when i hit the accept button. This is definitely a scam. I have tried to reach thru email and phone and they dont answer. Dont trust this app. I just paid over $1k on tickets still haven’t received anything. It’s been 3 hours since i purchased. Best option to call your bank and say how you were fraud from this app. Stubhub or Ticketmaster are definitely the best option for purchasing tickets. DONT TRUST THIS APP!

  30. Alex lopez dice:

I have purchased many tickets from Gametime. Always a great experience. There were a couple issues before but Gametime made sure to come to a resolution that worked for me.

  31. This app got my brother and I both tickets to see Twenty-One Pilots in Madison Square Garden for a total of $74. That’s both of our ticket prices combined. And that’s after the fees. Yes, it does charge fees so you have to look at what it is going to cost after them and not the advertised price. Overall it’s still cheaper than normal tickets even after the fees.

  32. Love this app as I always find great tickets. The only thing I don’t like is the confirmation process. I always have to use a different email address than my acct email. Just doesn’t make since.

  33. Just downloaded app for the first time after seeing a commercial. Looked at some tickets. Price was great but then after “taxes and fees” big jump. I rather stick with stubhub. This reminds me of ticketmaster with the fees. I took a screenshot of the tickets. $200 in taxes and fees. Nah man Uninstalling now

  34. Lately their prices have been higher than others and recently more than double. And other apps have the same last minute tickets. They have a price match guarantee but it’s only for 2 hours after your purchase…and they’re firm on this. Their ticket transfer process is NOT as “friendy” or as integrated as other apps. They often transfer your tickets into ticketmaster which depending upon your tech “saviness” can make it challenging to locate your tickets after your purchase.

  35. Only reason I won’t give 5 stars is the fees.. omg expect to pay more in fees than the actual tickets.. wouldn’t be so bad if they did away with fees. The whole reason anyone uses this is for cheap tickets, then you pay for it in fees.. might as well buy at the box office.

  36. Hey——Didn’t know much about this site, except for t.v. ads, and sometimes here on the internet, but after using it-(Gametime), for the first time to purchase Philadelphia Phillies gametime tickets, and finding, booking, and purchasing a set of (4)-great tickets/seats, and at a very attractive & great price, with basically no additional fees or taxes either included or added on, I am definitely sold on Gametime, and on how easy it was to both navigate & purchase tickets! Thank you!!—-Paul!!

  37. Great app for getting good last-minute prices. It’s easy and straightforward. Only drawback: as is usual with these apps and ticket platforms, expect fees that will rise the price from what they originally offer.

  38. My first purchase was 3 hour before the concert, the concert was postponed for next year and I did not get my refund. I will not used this app again, i lost $498 because they already know about the concert status and they sold me the tickets for get my money, i don’t recommend. Better used tickets master the one I used to use. I’m frustrated 😠

  39. johnny dice:

Buying tickets here for the first time after the good things I’ve heard and it was a huge disappointment. I purchased 4 tickets to the Mexico vs Peru game and apparently my tickets transferred to the axs app. When I made the account with the instructions provided by gametime I did not receive the tickets. I got rejected to enter the stadium because my tickets didn’t transfer. I waited an hour at customer service and I only received 3 tickets out of 4 and had to buy one there. Will not buy again.

  40. The worst. Customer service refuses to do anything for their customers. Contacted them multiple times. I do not recommend this app because of their customer service. I’d rather pay more to get actual assistance. Don’t bother wasting your money. Asked for a credit multiple times and they refused to do anything. Used this app for years but it glitches and customer service refuses to help.
