Android: same warning as DaF 1 about the inventory arrows. Interesting that this set forms one long story, rather than stand-alone episodes such as ‘Legacy’ or ‘Lost Lands’. A couple of the mini-puzzles (in the ship to get the tweezers and syringe, and the ancient castle doors) were pains in the butt; I needed a walkthrough for those two. Great graphics and a cute story – like ‘Escape from New York’ and ‘Mad Max’ combined. 2nd time through – found *everything*.
The puzzles are lovely. I love the stories and game play of five-bn. The story is fresh each series, and though the puzzles and game play is familiar, it never gets old or stale. For those who complain their games are P2W, I have finished more than one of the series and never had to buy a single hint or skip any puzzles. You absolutely can win this for free.
I really enjoy these games, I’ve done all of them prior to this. Usually I wait till the end to rate, but I’m annoyed at the controls this time. Too many puzzles reset if the back button is accidently hit, very annoying, especially on the painting puzzle. Also when using a hint, its ridiculous that it is wasted when it tells u to hit the back button.
Great storyline, great graphics, great mini-games and challenges. Has me on the edge of my seat. Only frustrating thing is having to go back 3 scenes to finish a puzzle and then forward 2 scenes to find a part for a different puzzle. You’re constantly going forward and backward, and you never know when you’ve finished with a scene. It becomes hard to keep up with. I had to start making lists from each scene… Other than that, great game!
