  1. I’ve been using this app for years and haven’t had a problem. Suddenly when I try to access my favorites, I get this message. It says ‘Unable to load this collection. Please try again later.’ I thought it was a wifi issue, it’s not. I turned my wifi off and switched to data… Still not working. I’ve closed the app and force closed, still not working. I’d appreciate if this gets fixed soon. Edit: Now I can’t add certain items to my cart. My cart says I have 96 items there, but there’s only 26?

  2. The app has the tendency to randomly stop working but it’s gotten somewhat better. I do wish they would add the option to mark items and recommendations as “not interested”. Etsy’s algorithm has the tendency to recommend me things that I’m not interested in or things that I’ve never looked at or searched for on the app. It’s getting really annoying and getting to the point where I can’t filter out those suggestions.

    Overall a good app, my only issue is several items disappeared from one of my “favorites” folders on many different occasions, yet the home page popup still shows the correct amount of items in the folder, but when I click on it, half of the items are gone. Refreshing doesnt help. This is very annoying, as not only can I not remember what things disappeared, but the fact that they disappeared in general

I usually use etsy like the etsy addict I am, but for some reason, when I look up something new, I can only see 2 squares of ads and then the rest of the page is blank, even though it states “10,561 results shown.” I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and turning the phone off and on again. I even double checked the phone’s latest update was installed to make sure there wasn’t an oversight on my end and it simply hasn’t worked. I would like assistance and will gladly re-rate it back to 5 stars.

  5. Newest update seems to have completely changed how favoriting works. Sold out items no longer appear even if they previously did when favorited and there’s no way to find them now. Shops that are also on vacation items aren’t showing anymore if you’ve favorited their items either. This makes it nearly impossible to ask a seller for a specific item to be made again or used to help reference what you want. At least give us the option to turn off the hiding in an EASY TO FIND PLACE.

  6. I can’t see everything that I favorited for wishlist purposes. The number of saved products and what I see when I click on my created list doesn’t match at all (plus I just know I’ve saved more anyway that’s just proof). I can’t even send in a custom report to my unique problem that seems to be happening to others which is why I’m resorting to complaining publicly on the store page until this is fixed!

  7. I love love love the sellers on this site. I’m always buying every gift from here and planning my wedding on it. Only reason for 4 stars is I hear from sellers they have a lot of fees through the app. Also, the coding of the app constantly changes how the “like” system and sorting works. I don’t want to be sent to the top of my list of 1000 items whenever I unlike something. Or when I unlike something by accident the item disappears. It was pretty fluid like a year ago but I notice it changes.

  8. Great👍! Easily one of the most unique shopping sites I’ve used, providing a very wide range of products from all over. One peeve though, is having to be very specific when trying to find items, even after applying filters. Sometimes it works out in the beginning, but most of the time, I have to scroll through many irrelevant items before I even get close to my search. P.S, Wish that you could filters reviews for the shops in the App! I think its possible on the Website, but not the App.

  9. So the app was bugging whenever I went to see my purchases. I could only see one or two and they would repeat, the same two, over and over. The last time I had issues with the app, it fixed itself after I updated. So I updated it again, but now when I go to view my purchases, it will show them for a couple of seconds before showing a new message, “You haven’t made any purchases yet.” After attempting this three times, the app crashes whenever I tap on it.

    The hoops we have to jump through to search, why. You can search within a shop, but if you want to actually look at any of the items’ pages, you lose your search. And search results load in batches. So to try to get back, it’s: repeat search from scratch, scroll, load more, scroll, load more, rinse, repeat. Good job making it so annoying to actually SHOP.

  11. Review is about the app and not the service itself. Basic functional is broken that makes it difficult to discover anything. For e.g. price filter just does not work. Neither custom range nor pre-defined ones. Also they don’t show the shipping cost unless you have provided your payment info like signing into PayPal. Why!? Why not just be transparent with total cost right after entering shipping address.

  12. Generally a decent app with the exception of one glaring omission that is VERY frustrating. You can’t download your purchases through the app. This wouldn’t be the biggest deal in the world if it weren’t so incredibly difficult to access them on a mobile browser. Clicking “purchases” in browser always takes you to the app. If you do manage to access your purchases to download, there’s a persistent pop-up. People print from their phones. You need to at least provide a link to the mobile site.

  13. 99% trusted sources and 98% quality items, small business owners, anything and everything you could want, varying price ranges, free shipping options, unique styles, great for gifting, constant sales and coupons available. This is my favorite shopping app, ever. The quality of the items is always top notch. I’m never disappointed with my purchases. I recommend this app to absolutely everyone!

  14. cost of shipping is high! the cost of merchandise isn’t the same when you go to order it, of course, higher, promo costs are misleading & don’t work! for a first-time order, I’m not impressed, to say the least. I removed 4 items from my order at check-out, because of all the above reasons. Used a site I usually use !!

  15. App is okay overall. Docked two stars because I can’t get to previous messages without the whole page glitching out, purchases never update and I’m left wondering whether or not my items have been shipped out or have already been delivered. The worst part about it, however, is messaging Sellars. Whoever you try to message, be prepared for the keyboard to pop up and completely BLOCK the message bar, forcing you to guess whatever it is you’re writing out. Needs MAJOR improvements and fixes.

  16. I was unable to check out. It kept going to a black screen no matter what I did. (Restart app, sign in/sign out) so I Uninstalled and reinstalled and now when I go to sign in I get the 429 “too many requests” error code. There isn’t a way to contact support from the app and when I got to the actual website I get the same error message. Edit: I found an email for support and got a return message saying it’s not a monitored inbox. The customer support for this is app is nonexistent. Disappointing.

  17. Works great to buy stuff and I love the ability to message the seller directly about certain purchases. However, there’s been this bug after my second purchase where every time I look at my purchases, it shows the top, but when I try to slide down, it erased everything to say I have no purchases. Very annoying if I want to track what I purchased on the app.

  18. used this app many years and it has undergone many “upgrades” since. overall functions well. easy to use and search. one thing i wished they would fix: when shopping on individual store site it doesnt display the full page, just a condensed version. this sucks. many shops use their homepage banner area to give notice to shipping delays, sales, and if theyre out of town at time. important info for buyers.

  19. App is slow just as slow as the desktop version. I should be able to also add more that 99 items to my cart to hold them rather than continuously edit my cart. There should be a button to mass select your cart as well to delete items if you don’t want to save them for later. This app has been out for a very long time. AliExpress has the option to mass delete, this app should be as to do so as well. This has been one of my gripes for years of using this shopping service, it sucks.

  20. this is a huge site for buying homemade jewelry, art. I’ve even found parts for my pool and mounting kits for my Xbox and my rifles. basically it’s like a Amazon for small stores that create their own products. a lot of unique stuff, and sometimes I find myself just browsing and the stuff people make. have to be careful though because I’ve definitely bought stuff, when just browsing, and didn’t intend to buy anything when I logged on. I haven’t had to return anything so far which is great.

Lately, (the past week or so) when I attempt to scroll through my items purchased, it automatically redirects me to a prompt that states, “You haven’t made any purchases yet.” It’s a bit frustrating because it consistently happens. Update 12/28/2022: I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and powered my phone off and then turned it back on. These two additional tasks did not make a difference. As I tried to search for purchases, I was met with the same prompt I stated earlier.😮‍💨

  22. I enjoy using this app. However I don’t like that when I heart items it automatically saves it to favorites instead of letting me pick which folder to send it to. This is only an app issue, I don’t have this problem when using web browser. I also think the way the shops I have saved are organized could be better. Unless I have the shop name memorized I won’t be able to find them again unless they update their shop or I have a saved item.

    Recently re-downloaded on to a new device and at first some purchase history was missing or entries were listed twice. Now, order history appears, but then disappears and I’m shown “You haven’t made any purchases yet.”- this is crazy after the app worked well for years and now it’s a mess. (I’m using the same make and model of my previous device)

  24. I have always enjoyed shopping on Etsy. However, in the last week, there has been an is an issue seeing all my purchases made. It leaves a dialog box with a message that I haven’t made any purchases! Clearly frustrating as heck because that means I can’t track or give positive feedback to the shops that I frequent. That’s a problem for any business that wishes to grow their business. For now, I contact the seller and give them my review. Please fix this problem. Thanks and have a New Year

  25. We need the ability to search within our purchases. We need the ability to see our coupons from shops. The Etsy site has a lot more to offer, has the developer seen the site? We also need a much better way to organize our favorites and other lists, but that’s an issue both here and the site. This app is so lacking on basic abilities. Fix the problem with responding to messages. I type my message out only to see the send button grayed out, so I have to copy, force close, open and paste.

    I am unable to see my purchases beyond the most recent 2 purchases. When I try to scroll down to see my purchases, it says I haven’t made any purchases. This also doesn’t allow me to track shipped items or reach out to sellers regarding where my items are. This is very frustrating especially the busiest time of year for buying. I’ve made sure my app is up-to-date and I’ve cleared the cache and restarted my phone…nothing has worked. Please fix this.

  27. ^^For some reason after the recent update. I’m unable to tap on my listing and the photo enlarges anymore. When I go to someone else’s listing; I’m able to do so. Why can’t I do this anymore with my listings? I like to use photos as a Tool to Drive customers to my Etsy store. This is the holiday season and now that Function is gone. We were using them as thumbnails in ads. I’m using a 5G Note20. Hope the developers can fix this problem; soon.

  28. wide variety of items at a reasonable price. I like the app which lets me filter my requirements (such as a size) very precisely. At the price I buy, shipping is usually free. Also, I know when the item will arrive at the ordering time. I have been happy with my experience.

  29. I never receive notifications. I am on a 6-month-old Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra running Android 13. I cleared the cache, cleared the memory, uninstalled this app, and reinstalled and it did not resolve anything. All notifications are turned on with their notification ringtone but I just do not receive them. My old cell phone that is a Galaxy Note 8 receives them just fine.

  30. Despite having to pay for shipping this app has countless customizable items in nearly every subject you can think of! I can easily find exactly what I want on ETSY and have little to no complaints about poorly made product from the sellers. Price points are realistic here, being that most things on here are handcrafted, it’s only fair to pay the seller a fair price for a good customization! Highly recommend Etsy to anyone who wants to stand a little above Average.

    Lately can’t see purchases. It just says you have no purchases yet. Which is not the case. Please fix immediately. Also not receiving any emails with my purchase information or shipping information. Just started happening within the last couple of weeks. Very frustrating. Reading a reply to previous review saying engineering team had fixed the problem, well they haven’t!! It’s not fixed!!

  32. Cannot figure out how to contact support directly about this issue, so I guess I’ll leave a review. This is possibly the worst time of the year for the app to be glitching and not allowing me to see the purchases I’ve made. I shouldn’t have to hunt it down through my email. & there’s another review from 2 days prior with the same issue and that person was told the issue was fixed… well it isn’t. Very inconvenient.

  33. First-off I have only ordered TyeDye items and they often differ greatly from advertised image. The quality is really good and once sent tracking info is great to receive. The fact is that the requested items haven’t even been created yet. Most of the time the items are very nice, but sometimes they hardly resemble what I expected. You just can’t find this stuff on Amazon.

  34. For the most part,, I love the app and think it’s amazing. However, for the last 6 months or so, I’ve had issues where I don’t receive message notifications. If I’m on the app and I want to see if a seller messaged me back, I have to go into the Messages screen and refresh. Notifications are set to deliver but I just don’t get them. Very frustrating.

After the update, sold items disappear immediately from your favourites if you uncheck the heart icon, so if you accidentally click it you’ve lost it because you can’t go through sold items in a store on the app. If you unfavourite an item from the bottom of your list, it throws you right back to the top of the list. Extremely annoying especially if you have hundreds of items. You also can’t search within your purchases within the app.

    Much better app than previously. Now it’s easy to access and manage my “favorites” lists which is very important to me and was the reason I previously deleted the app, using the browser instead. I like that it saves my info securely for ease at check out. My only issue is sometimes when I get a pop up notification in my phone’s drop-down menu (usually for a “special sale”, “editor’s picks” or some such over all etsy, not a specific shop I follow) and I select it, it tells me “not available”.

  37. Generally a pretty good app. I haven’t had too manybissues with it and it’s pretty intuitive overall. However, I HAVE been seeing issues with my purchases. It keeps doubling up on the same items in the list, seemingly at random, and makes it hard to keep track of what I still need to receive in the mail. I really hope this gets fixed sooner rather than later.

  38. I have been using this app for years, and very frequently the last couple of months. I and suddenly having issues sending messages on the app to sellers. I hit the send arrow and nothing happens. There is a new message on there that directs me to tap on it if I have problems, and it seems to have started when this was added? Also, a seller said I should be able to download a photo invitation she sent as a jpeg, but it would not download. I hope you can fix these issues.

    The BEST place to find unique, personalized, and hand-crafted items. The App streamlines the entire process. I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the sellers. Shipping may take a little longer than the huge corporate retailers but definitely worth the wait! Added bonus, it just feels good to support small businesses – artists, hobbyists, fandoms, and craft persons.

  40. I buy a lot from Etsy. But suddenly, within the last week or so, shipping costs no longer appear with the item in the cart. I have to go all the way into purchasing the item before I can see what it will cost with the shipping. Then exit out. It’s ridiculous! I contacted support, they gave me things to try, but didn’t work. Very disappointed.
