The Condado Tacos app also offers mobile ordering for pick-up or delivery; convenient payment options; and easy access to favorite orders as well as exciting updates via the “News” section of the app for all loyalty tiers.
Reordering from a previous order or favorite rarely works. It almost always tells me something is no longer available (usually hard corn shells for tacos), even though I can then add the same thing in a new order. Worse, it does let you proceed with the other items, so you have to manually re-enter the entire order.
Ordering in the app is a pain in the butt. It doesn’t let you use a reward along with a bud box. Even when you will be paying full price for the bud box, you can’t get extra items that the rewards would apply to. So you have to place multiple orders to use the reward and buy a bud box. The customization section is also tiny and does not allow enough characters to customize an item.
App is not user friendly. Unable to scan for reward points, selecting date of birth is ridiculous.
Notification system always inaccurate and awful.
You must be high if you think Im going to sit there and tap back to 1974 just to verify my bday. Won’t be using this app. Absolutely unreal.
