This app is a must if your facility has Sync. It allows me to track all my bowling (league and non-league) at multiple bowling alleys. It also allows me to track and use my loyalty points. I also like being able to get on a wait list without going to the front desk, especially when its busy on Friday and Saturday nights. I highly recommend this app for anyone and everyone.
This app has potential. It would be fantastic if you could get it to connect in a way to track your league scores. In a away that can seperate your league bowling with your leasure bowling. Also to calculate your average and handicap.
The app is useless. It doesn’t add reward points to my account like it’s suppose to, hard to navigate, and does not load/open unless I open and close it 3 times.
Poor…The app only shows 10 scores…edit as per your response…NO IT DOESN’T. IT ONLY SHOWS 10 GAMES…..it deletes the older games and only shows my last 10 games. Just bowled 3 games, they were added to my list and 3 were dropped off. IT ONLY SHOWS 10 GAMES. As per your latest reply…You said it will record all games within 90 days was that a lie?

App only works at times. Is great when you actually get credit for your purchase and earn points.
Tried several times to get it to work. Would not scan code. Even tried reinstalling the app. Will try again next time I bowl. Good dev response though… 3rd update. Still never worked. Tried multiple times. Camera opens but does not scan QR code. Maybe it is challenges w Android? I will leave at 2 stars simply for the devs response 🙂
No cumulative stats. Averages must be culculated manually. Won’t upload all league player scores. No consistency when uploading who played (loads 4 and they are not the same as part of a series -in other words, not your team or the other team – just random players.) No league support options. Shows stats for last game only for strikes and spares.
Cool concept but doesn’t seem to be worth it. Maybe it’s just my center doesn’t offer much. I’ve bowled close to 50 games and the rewards haven’t changed. It doesn’t track all of my games but only the last 10. It doesn’t track ball speed or any of the stats on the screen. Meh.
Not working notifications on home house selected does not have my scores, no offers, app up to date. 🙁
The capture screen that I am supposed to use to log in to my lane has a red horizontal flashing line. The capture does not function on my LG phone. The only way I can use the app is if the alley attendant signs me in at the desk. Only one person knows how to do this. I hope this can get fixed before summer leagues start.
works at any bowling alley using Brunswick Sync scoring system. there’s a lot of cool things you can do with this app. I mainly use it to track my scores. I had the same problems as everyone below. I deleted and cleared the cache in app settings, then uninstalled/reinstalled the app. worked for me
Great app but needs an update to allow us to delete used coupons so we are not playing guessing games with them at the counter
Love this app. Super easy to use and makes it convenient to resrve a lane and track my scores. Definitely recommend to all types of bowlers!!
I installed this app six weeks ago on the first night of league bowling. Followed all the steps. Week after week after week it tells me I have no scores to submit. Try to find any sort of support. It’s nonexistent.
Amazing to track you score and points
I downloaded the app last year and now it won’t let me log in. It constantly sticks on select a center. Very frustrating.
Captive app, its all the center offers so its what you’re stuck with. NEVER UPDATES. Had to coordinate my name to game being bowled in both open and league bowling many times. Waste of time.
The app has locked me out and I’ve done everything Brunswick has told me but it will not allow me to reset my password. Works well when you can actually use it.
Will not let me log in or choose my local bowling alley. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and I still get error saying can not save changes at this time
Doesn’t let me choose my location. I searched bu my zip code as well and I still get the same error message. Any suggestions? Uninstaller app again.

Can’t login to the app. It just hangs on the login screen after hitting continue.
I bowl here during a winter league and just for fun. Employees are always helpful and take pride in their work.
the “qr code” you’re supposed to scan is just not a thing man and it won’t let you enter a code either other than that the app seems cool
