There’s a glitch in the system. If you have credits, and you click on a feature to get information on what the feature is, it automatically deducts the amount from your account. Even though the following screen has the button to purchase. So your credits are drained even if you accidentally click on one of the feature ads. Ive emailed support explaining that they’ve basically taken my money without providing the service (so, ripping off), and they’ve failed to get back to me. Problem is still persisting and they refuse to acknowledge and credit back. I wish I could like the app, it’d be great if not for the theft.
Described as a “Straight Grindr”, the only similarity between the two apps is that you can have a profile picture… This is just a giant money sink. Everything costs “credits” which you but with really money, also you must upgrade to premium to see people interested in you. Thanks, yes it’s totally free to use. It just costs money to use it for more than anything other than creating a profile and getting notifications with a blurred pic that you got a match you can’t message without credits.
So aside from wrongfully getting blocked back in January (thank you for correcting that error), I have a new issue. Everyone I match with is so far away, what sense does it make for me to match with a person that’s 90 miles away? I will never see them. Sadly I’ve been swiping left on the people that are out of my distance range, I wish the app had a more accurate filter for finding people near you. I swear I would delete this app if it wasn’t for my vids they should allow you to save them.
quite a few bugs in this app that make certain things complicated that really shouldn’t be (like making to make a picture your profile picture you have to upload it instead of selecting from your photos, the order of your photos is only in the order you upload them, and photo cropping is on what is displayed does not work). these are only to name a few. there are many other issues I dont want to go into now, but these wouldnt be so bad if there was a support team to contact. there isnt one.
