Avoid this. Sellers are robbers while Amazon doesn’t bother in helping refund. Customer services do not know what they’re doing. You are by your own. Their system is broken. Even you have to contact via email if you want to send any receipts. You have to explain your issue all the time from scratch as customer services would not have access to the records. It is totally a disaster. My first and last time.
I’ve only had the app for 2 weeks. So far every order I’ve placed(4 as of posting) there’s been some type of problem with the delivery. 1st one said was delivered but wasn’t. The replacement for that item also never got delivered. Said an attempt was made but couldn’t deliver. Today same thing happened again with a different order. When I order the exact same things on Amazon prime I don’t have these issues. If you really enjoy headaches and not receiving your orders, this app is for you.
Have been a user of Parallel Space then some others for many years. Last few years one by one all those apps stopped working. Finally I found an application that actually works on my Note 20! Great appreciation to developers
Waste of time, first item weeks trying to get seller to accept return as trying to offer partial refund. Second item shows delivery today 3 minutes after deadline it hasn’t been shipped and will turn up sometime- so I have a 20 mile round trip to collect from next big town for am delivery to my customer (£5 credit a waste of time as will cost more than that in fuel lost wages) Your paying for excuses and service that an online auction site would be better. Don’t believe hype, fail miserably!
